Lovely sofa, really comfortable and well made. Comes in two parts for easy moving. Really good value for money. Dispatched quickly, delivery company kept us up to date with times. Would have brought it upstairs in our flat for an extra cost but we managed between us. Very efficient. Thank you!

Terrible communication. I ordered a sofa on the 7th and was told it would be delivered this weekend. I didn't hear anything so I had to chase it up with company who told me the delivery company would contact me to explain why it wouldn't be being delivered. Got a call to say the delivery driver had an accident so I won't be getting the sofa for another week. I shouldn't have had to chase this up, I should have been contacted and there should be more than one delivery driver honestly.

Great guys, they were flexible with the payment option allowed me to pay some at the time of my order and the remainder on the day of delivery in cash. The sofas quality is great too so I will be ordering another sofa for the front room with them too!

I bought a, 3 seater and 2 seater verona sofa I ordered on bank holiday Monday and was delivered Wednesday. Amazing sofas great value and I paid a bit extra to have them set up in my room of choice. The driver and mate were polite and professional. Would recommend them and thier products and service well happy

Stop communicating regarding a “fake” warranty
Delete and block from social media so ya can’t warn others about their poor workmanship

Ordered via ebay for my daughter as a Christmas gift for her new flat, excellent price for a brand new 5 seater corner sofa, the delivery was arranged via courier all the way to Cornwall, it was delivered extremely quickly, the service received was excellent and the sofa is beautiful, my daughter is very happy with it. Highly recommended to everyone, great prices, great sofas and great customer service

seen some bad reviews cant understand why, i have my sofa delivered today weds 29th nov, after ordering it black friday , was the cheapest i found after searching for 3 days for best deal, well my sofa is here is lush and really well built and feels really strong, i had a giggle and good friendly banter with the drivers who were friendly and helpful , and communication was also brilliant, i am very happy to give top marks! i am very happy to spread the word as i have been very impressed very , never bought new before terminal ill single dad cant work so glad i did now about to have a little kip on it, THANK YOU GUYS SUCH A GREAT JOB AND I REALLY DO APPRECIATE IT #RESPECT

Brilliant service, the sofas are a brilliant quality and so comfortable. The couriers who delivered the sofas were amazing and friendly. Nice, quick and easy process from purchase to delivery. The store and courier communication was brilliant.

Really disappointed with this company. Had the sofa for a few months and a few weeks ago I noticed a tear under one of the cushions. I contacted Sofascene immediately and they informed me that they'll contact the supplier to replace my sofa. However, whenever I chase them they take am age to respond. I feel like I've been scammed! As now I haven't had a response from sofa scene nor the supplier in days.
