Great seller/company and couriers service awesome would highly recommend

I haven't even received the sofa yet. I wish I looked at the reviews on trust pilot first that highlight the poor communication. The communication started nice at first once we said we could not do that date as we are not in the house yet. The tone changed. We had also sent an email stating this date to sofa scene and in a delivery link from wowcher.

The communication changed with a message back " we will confirm a new date" and no clear follow up procedure. We texted back saying what did they mean, and would we hear back with 48-72 could we have more direction in what was going to happen next. Which was followed up by a text all in caps interpreted as shouting, "WE WILL CONFIRM A NEW DATE AS EXPLAIN ABOVE"

How can it be as explained above, they haven't explained anything.

the experience has left me feeling unhopeful about this service. Making customer feel bad for asking a simple follow up question when moving into a new house is already stress I have 0 faith in this company. Shouting at a customer in text messages is not on. Even if it was intended to text in all caps which everyone know is shouting this company clear has no procedure in place or customer skills training.

Just be honest if your delivery team can only work on certain days and you will get back to us with 72 hours. That gives us as customer clear guidance not just being left in the dark.

Ordered a three and two seater sofa in mink velour but when they arrived, I decided they looked too big for lounge. I emailed shop who kindly said I can exchange for corner one which I wanted. Great communication and lovely sofa. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very good quality sofas. Bought from here twice. Bought the first 3 years ago and the other not long ago and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference - both look brand new!! Offer a range of variety in quality and style and top quality is very long lasting and looks amazing. Would definitely recommend.

I needed new sofas and this company was recommended by a family friend. Let me say how extremely pleased I am with the sofas i've received. Great quality and great customer service. I was informed of the delivery date and I got my sofas on that date. I also got a courtesy call 1 hour prior to delivery, this was really good for me and gave me time to make my way home. Good standard quality of the sofas and are very comfortable.
