Really pleased with my sofas & the quality especially given the low price. Good value and it came in time - delivery & customer service/communication was great too, no issues.

Rip off buyer beware avoid at all costs! Faulty sofa sent twice! Poor quality. Bad service try ringing before you buy

Poor quality sofa falling apart within a year of having it, all messages regarding this were sent before the 1 year guarantee ended however the messages were ignored and now they are refusing to rectify this as the year is now up! they are cheap for a reason don't waste your money.

The sofa arrived quickly with professional and helpful couriers. Sofa was a great price and had Free delivery. You just don’t get that in many places. The sofa is comfortable and stylish but issues occurred after a while.

So after having the sofa for a few weeks I did start to realise that the back cushions were much smaller than they should be and quickly lost there fullness (went very flat) and looking back at the advertised photos, they did not match the size of the ones that were advertised. The ones in the photos were definitely much bigger than the ones I received. I did try to message the seller through eBay about these issues but no reply unfortunately. I also had to buy some replacement padding for the seating as the fabric started to look baggy and foam was sagging. I don’t think the seat padding was filled out enough. Another issue was the staples kept popping out of the bottom of the sofa which had actually stabbed a few family members in the foot , but I managed to push them back in.

Now that I have managed to source some bigger cushions in a very similar shade and replaced the seat padding, I'm happy with the sofa but upon reflection of this I probably would not have bought the sofa if I knew these issues would arise.

Still waiting for delivery of corner sofa ordered on 7th November. I have emailed and telephoned and was told they would telephone me back to inform me of delivery date. Nothing! Awful customer service. I was expecting delivery a week ago.

Update: After posting above review contacted next day and sofa delivered day after. Not very impressed with delivery company SSL Deliveries, Wolverhampton. I feel they were the problem with the delay in my sofa being delivered and not Sofa Scene. The two delivery men were going to leave my sofa on pavement as they said it wouldn't fit through gate, (I have recently moved and there was no problem getting my furniture in!) I asked them to pass it over hedge, which they did no problem. Then dumped sofa upside down in sitting room, asked them to put it right way up. On leaving they put their hand out and asked for tip!

Extremely happy with the 2 sofas I bought from this company. Sturdy and comfortable. My requests for information were answered promptly and courteously, and they went out of their way to deliver on a day convenient for me. Delivery people rang to let me know they were on their way, and were very polite and efficient. Would absolutely buy from them again!

Ordered a sofa from eBay. Was damaged so got a replacement, also damaged. So 4 sofas in we still have issues. Cushions slide all over and will not stay in place. Cushions sink in also. I am dubious that this even meets the fire regulations. Customer service was ok then went dead. I offered them to send me some velcro so I could secure the cushions so they did not move, or moved less. Rather than returning at their cost and them ordering another one from a different supplier. But nothing. I asked for the item to be marked as delivered on eBay. I have asked several times. If they sent me some velcro the issue would disappear. I did leave a positive review on eBay based on the fact the 4th sofa was not damaged. This one, after a few days use we found was not fit for purpose. Pillows also go flat. I suppose you get what you pay for.

The worst company to deal with sofa is horrible, it is not strong it slides out and also too soft so sinks in when you sit on it, cushions folds down too. I have contacted them and it is now over month and nothing has been done about it....

First the company brought a totally wrong sofa which obviously could not fit , after wasting my time they then split the sofa into 2 parts and there is a visible space in between both parts.. ridiculous quality.. also they r now refusing to pick up the phone even after sending them the pictures on WhatsApp.

if I had ordered this on my credit card I would have taken your company to the ombudsman.

I would not recommend....il also add they r very rude as u can see how rudely they attack any negative comments instead of finding a way to resolve complaints.... it shows how as a company you do not care about customers.....
My review is about the sofa not been padded well its nothing to do with sizing the sofa, also your company brought the wrong sofa the 1st time that's why it didn't fit.....even if u split into 2 should they be space? ridiculous quality....

Would be zero stars if possible. Sold a defective product and continually avoided messages and calls. It really pays to do your research so hopefully someone will read this and shop elsewhere.

A terrible company to deal with. Ordered two sofas that were meant to be delivered quickly. 3 weeks later still waiting with no contact. Phoned up and told they don't deliver to my area dispite the website stating free nationwide delivery. I'm discusted!

Ordered a sofa from this company and i have to say, i am so pleased with it. Sofa Scene were in contact with me right up to delivery which was impressive, they clearly value their customers. Upon delivery, the drivers helped put my sofa together and set it up, very friendly men! I am in love with my sofa and get alot of family and friends asking me about it.
