Professional and Courteous
I have been liaising with Jane Higgins for a year and have enjoyed working with her to reconcile the water accounts for our organisation. She has always been courteous and professional and completed agreed actions to time and quality.

Query on Consumption and Accounts
I had a query on water consumption and past bills - Daniels went over and beyond to help. He worked out figures to ensure daily consumption rates were ok and sent all relevant information needed to work out year on year accounts. He waited until the email was received and took the time to ensure I understood the content of the documents attached.
