Great Customer service
I spoke to Sam about a huge increase in our bill
She was very polite, friendly, listened and understood my query. She explained everything to me about consumption amounts and reading, etc. She has a great wealth of knowledge.
Although this is still an ongoing issue, Sam has reassured me that she will be there to speak to me again if I need to discuss this issue with her

Super Helpful Customer Service
Had an issue with our bill and had to submit a metre reading. The lady over the phone was extremely helpful and friendly and also helped get set up for an online account.

New contract
