They didn’t send me my design
They didn’t send me my design. And then when I email and ask for it they sent me a page to reorder it. But they charged my credit card!!!

I apologize for the poor experience, but you've had the files in your email inbox since 9 days ago. I appreciate that the initial experience must've been frustrating - but you've already received the files and acknowledged their receipt before writing this review.
Also, to clear out any misunderstandings - the link that you received in the email gave you a "invalid link" error. This was due to a technical error - I apologize for this. After that, I directly emailed you the files as an attachment - I never redirected you to a page to purchase the logo again.
It could be possible that the faulty link asked you if you'd like to "go back to the shop." It doesn't ask you to re-order the item or try to scam you into paying twice.
I understand that you're entitled to your opinion and review, but I would urge to you reconsider this poor review as it is inaccurate and false.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. Ran into an issue of receiving a bad link to download and also missing the smaller embroidery file....was resolved rapidly within less than 12 hours. Appreciate the responsiveness. Can't wait to try and stitch out!

Edit - It Got Better - Originally "Terrible"
Edit: I did not receive my files immediately, but Nick did email them 16 hours after order. He is in a different time zone and also had a festival, so they were sent late. He said they were not sent automatically because of a technical issue. I responded to him and ask that he might include information in his listing that files may not be immediate.
They stitched out well. Had my expectations been set that they would not be an immediate download, I would have left 5 stars.
I did not receive the files for which I paid. I checked my Spam folder multiple times. I sent an email to the company and also sent a message through the website.

I only use the SVG files. They are excellent, always separated and layered properly and easy to make any adjustments if necessary.

The digitizing is one of the worst I have seen. Background fill is to thick and bulky.... rest of the thread changes go on top of the black fill. You can see the black. In some places there is triple thickness of thread. I bought three designs for a lot of money and totally not worth it

I apologize for your poor experience. Please reach out to me on sportslogosin@gmail.com with photos of the stitch out and I will help you sort out any issues you're having. Generally speaking however, designs with backgrounds have other colors go on top of the stitched background - and any issues you're facing with the background being visible through the stitching are easily sorted by adjusting the stitch density.
I understand that it's frustrating to not have a good result the first time stitching a design out, and we try our best to make sure that is the case. I'm sorry to have missed the mark this time, but I'm more than happy to work with you to fix the issues.

I am trying to download my purchase, forgot my password and asked to reset and it will not send me an email to reset password. Wanting to stitch out the design as a gift today. I have tried 3 times to get an email to reset the password. Frustrated and disappointed.
