Unterste Schublade. Ich habe einen personalisierten Cup als Abschiedsgeschenk für einen Kollegen bestellt. Das Geschenk hätte zu Händen einer anderen Kollegin in unsere Firma geliefert werden sollen. Aber der Zusteller – DPD – hatte den Firmennamen weggelassen oder nicht bekommen. So kam das Paket nie an. Es ist laut DPD in Tschechien. Stanley hingegen behauptet, das Paket sei angekommen – ich solle mal bei den Nachbarn fragen oder an meinem sicheren Ort nachschauen (beide Zustelloptionen habe ich gar nicht autorisiert). Schlimmer Customer Service, der noch nicht mal das Problem versteht – geschweige denn, behebt. Finger weg!

Forced to give one star (should be 0 stars). Their customer service is horrible. I returned a cup only because of the color. It was in original packaging, completely perfect condition. They received it a month ago on 1/17 (today is 2/17). After 3 phone calls my credit is still not processed and they told me today it will be another 3 weeks! Each person I have spoken to tells me that the previous customer service rep did not complete whatever steps are needed in order for me to get my credit. I will never buy directly from Stanley again. Horrible customer service!

Awful. SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. My teen requested a cup for his birthday so several weeks before the big day, I ordered his chosen mug online and was offered free engraving. I didn’t initially plan to have it engraved, but since it was offered, I decided to put his name on it. I ordered the mug and was sent an email confirmation. However, that’s where the communication stopped. It never arrived so I called the company’s customer service number and was told that my order “was canceled” because they were “having problems with their engraving.” I HAD TO CALL THEM TO ASK FOR A REFUND WHEN THEY CANCELED THE ORDER & DIDN’T TELL ME! Stanley was just fine with keeping my money with the order “canceled” on their end, but they weren’t going to bother telling me about it. The agent I talked to was very nice and I hope she finds a better company to work for. This company scams its customers and I will not ever buy from them again and neither should you. I had my lead test kit handy so I could test it before giving it to my son. You’d think a company that just had a big lead scandal would be more considerate of their customers but this just shows how little regard they have for people and their hard earned money. We’re just profits to them.

I bought a cup for my granddaughters bday it was damaged has a black stain and they won’t do anything they keep telling me send pictures I did three x.the worst customer service.they deserve 0 stars.

Current recall handling is an imposition. Maximum verification demanded incl. phone number and consent for sharing my personal data with non-save countries/ users. Absolutely disgusting!

Product not delivered for over 1 month, no contact, no answers from support team - it's simply a scam, AVOID this seller.

Ik heb hetzelfde gehad als veel anderen. Mijn bestelling bleef ergens hangen. Ik raad aan om via Instagram een bericht te sturen naar Stanley Europe en de situatie uit te leggen. Zo krijg je het snelste reactie. Houd je bestelnummer en track and trace bij de hand. Zij hebben mij uiteindelijk de optie gegeven voor geld terug of een vervanging. Ik heb gekozen voor een vervanging en deze is zojuist geleverd. Het is natuurlijk niet ideaal, maar weet dat het op deze wijze kan worden opgelost. Via email reageren ze niet of supertraag. Ik geef het niet ontvangen van mijn pakketje en de stress die ik hierdoor ervaarde 1 ster, 4 sterren voor de customer service. Het contact had nog sneller morgen verlopen, maar ze waren redelijk snel.

Would be zero, but not allowed. Do not order from this company. Got a stanley cup from what I thought was a reputable company. Returned it as not what I expected. They received it back and said the bank would release the payment in ten working days.In the end I've had to put a dispute in with Visa and told that by doing this it is fraud by seller

This is a scam - dont buy anything from them as they take your money but dont deliver the product

Ze hadden zogenaamd geen huisnummer toegevoegd. Oplichters zijn het.
Ze sturen wel iets, maar wat? Een leeg bierflesje of iets dergelijks? DHL niet (meer) telefonisch te bereiken. En Stanley ook niet. Oplichters hebben gewoon vrij spel hier in Nederland en de consument staat in de kou.

Alles ging er mis. Zoals bij bijna iedereen hier.. er word niks geleverd. Nu zeggen ze per mail we zien dat we vergeten zijn je huisnummer er op te zetten. Zijn echt oplichters. Ik heb er online aangifte van gedaan. Als iedereen dat nou doet miss helpt het.

**aanvulling** het probleem is uiteindelijk opgelost en ik heb mijn betaling retour ontvangen. Stress en ergernis maar onder aan de streep is er een oplossing geboden. ** Ik heb net als vele anderen nooit mij 2 artikelen ontvangen. Ik heb tig x gemaild en bericht en ontvang standaard mails terug. Het bijzondere vind ik dat DHL wel een bezorgmoment heeft doorgegeven en dat de bestelling toen ook direct werd geannuleerd en retour verzender is gestuurd.. zeggen ze. DHL deed dezelfde dag een bezorgbevestiging op mijn adres en na heen en weer mailen zeggen zei dat dit de bezorgbevestiging bij de verstuurder zou zijn. Qua tijdsbestek klopt hier niets van. Ik heb ook de melding ontvangen dat er iemand bij DHL zou doorverkopen.. 85 euro armer, oplichting, nooit bestellen hier; slechte zaken!!

Unfortunately, the ordered product never arrived. The company enters its address in the recipient's address, which means that the order will never reach you. No response to the submitted inquiry regarding the order, zero contact. You can simply say that it is a scam

Top producten en zeer snelle levering.

This is most stressful thing in my house. We can never open my daughters cup because the top is way to big and it creates a suction able to not open it. There is nothing to grab on to. Awful make for this cup. I’ll keep my Walmart artic cup that looks the same and stays cold just as good and I can actually open it up!

Ive never ordered directly through the 1913 website, however I have several of their products from the thermos mine being from 1993 to my favorite of the quadvac mugs, the iceflow bottles and the quencher cups. I've not had a bad experience with any of them. Especially the mugs they are hands down the best spill proof insulated mug, threw my yetis and others away they didnt even compare in quality, had them for years with no degrading qualities and keeps coffee hot for what seems forever. Their warranty is un paralleled they will replace anything regardless of age at no cost and very quickly.

This is not actually the Stanley brand website. I placed an order 30/11/24, Amount showed on website in local currency, different amount charged on my bank. Description on bank TEMUFASION! I cancelled order they ignored my cancellation. They proceeded to send item which now shows delivered but I did not receive it. Tried to contact them they are full of excuses and mostly no response. After multiple emails requesting where item was delivered they responded by asking I check with neighbors. I raised it with my bank as fraudulent transaction and was refunded by my bank. Then they contacted me again to say they will follow up with courier. I advised that I resolved matter with my bank.

Ordered way before thanksgiving and received it after Christmas customer service was awful nobody answers and then you get a response in email saying thank you your problem has been solved and it wasn’t. NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD

I ordered 3 cups for Christmas on November 26 and didn't receive them until December 27th. I have tried to contact customer service over and over then when I do get a call back I am told they will issue a refund. Then I get an email that a refund can't be issued because the order had been mailed (this was before the package was received) then I am told when the package comes to return it with a free return label and a link was given to me. I click on the link and it says a return can't be done on this item due to it hasn't shipped yet. Customer service is a joke!
