Received a shipment email on November 28th. Fast forward to December 18th, no package, no explanation, no response. Impressive how much effort went into Christmas marketing while customers are left wondering if their orders even exist for Christmas. Great job Stan Ray keep up the good work 👍🏻

Bought a painter shirt! Excellent quality as always

Still waiting for my package and customer service is ignoring me. If they can’t even send a package properly they shouldn’t be in business.

I cant judge the quality of the garments as I haven't received them yet but $30 shipping I expect them to be sent well before 10 days of purchase (purchased on 05/11/2025).

Usually good quality clothes. Have gotten shorts once that were a bit smaller than the indicated size.

I placed an order in August and what followed was the worst customer service I’ve had with a clothing brand. Out of 8 items, 3 were faulty or wrong — that’s nearly 40% failure rate. Quality control clearly isn’t where it should be.

When I realised the Hickory Bib was the wrong size, I returned it immediately and asked for the correct one — which was in stock at that time. Stan Ray confirmed receipt of my return on the 21st of September, and four days later I emailed asking when they’d ship the replacement. Silence. It took them 8 days to even respond, and by then the Bib was out of stock. At no point did anyone bother to inform me of this. So effectively I wasted a month waiting for nothing.

And here’s the real problem: instead of asking me what I wanted, they assumed I wanted a refund. That’s not customer service, that’s laziness. If I wanted my money, I never would have bought the product in the first place. I wanted the product. A good brand doesn’t push the customer out, it finds a way to keep them in.

I love the designs, but this was handled with zero urgency, zero ownership, and zero creativity. By 2025 standards, it’s unacceptable. Even a pigeon could have delivered faster updates.

I couldn’t rate Stan Ray as a brand more highly. I love wearing this brand and look forward to what my next purchase is going to be. Consistent sizing and quality

I ordered a T shirt which was not delivered. I spoke to customer service who said they are moving warehouse so could send another in 2 weeks. I was in no rush so happy to wait. I emailed again after 2 weeks and the guy said they are moved in and he will send a replacement.

It's been over a week now and I still haven't received anything. I've sent 2 emails since asking for an update and had no reply.

My initial order was sent to the wrong address. Stan Ray were great at communicating this to me and keeping me updated when I contacted them. When the item hadn't still been returned Stan Ray offered me a full refund or an alternative. I chose an alternative and it was sent out asap. Great product and good customer service.

Stylish menswear with top customer service. Bought a pair of USA made shorts for the summer. Rugged and fly! Fast and very reasonable delivery too. Recommend the Stan Ray crew!
