Read the small print - was charged £10 extra on arrival - this is misleading as other (closer!) car parks would be cheaper.
Also, didn’t appreciate witnessing an argument with other customers (who were justifiably annoyed with same charge).
Not close enough to airport either.

When we booked we were told to phone 30 minutes before arriving. We phoned up and were told someone would be with us within 25 minutes. We entered the orange carpark and waited. No-one arrived to collect our car, so we phoned again. This time we were told someone would be with us within 10 minutes. Over an hour later, and after several more calls, a man arrived and told us to pay for the carpark fee. It stated,when we booked, it would cost £10, but because we were now over an hour, we had to pay £18. We confronted the man and he was very rude and told us to oay as the price was going up as we spoke. It was a horrible experience to start our holiday.
On the return we again phoned 30 minutes before as advised, but we were told the weather was bad so it would be at least 50 minutes for them to deliver our car back. That was a lie, the weather was fine.
Eventually we got our car back and paid the £10 exit fee.
We will never use meet and greet again.

Worst company I've dealt with by far!

had to pay £40 extra on arrival because it was 0.5 meters longer than a standard car, making it far more expensive than parking in Stansted car park. On top of this they damaged my wing mirror and denied it was them despite the vehicle being brand new. Avoid company at all cost

Went way above any expectations and cannot be more grateful.

Upon arrival at the reception and got car booked in I asked the Lady for directions to wheelchair assistance and she told me she will call them for me but it turned out they was at that time very busy, the Lady then decided to go herself to pick up a wheelchair for me and she took me to the wheelchair assistance reception, without this help I would of struggled to get there myself and so couldn't thank her enough.
I then had to rearrange my return to come back 2 day's early and the person who altered my booking was very polite and even told me they would make sure my car was parked close to reception on my return, when I arrived to pick my car up the Lady who dealt with me that time was also very polite and marked my car on a map for me, the whole experience from dropping car off to collecting was brilliant and made things so much easier and smoother for me, it just cannot thank them enough.

Due to an error with the booking made by their agency, Parking Buddy (PB), Stansted Meet & Greet (SM&G) demanded I paid an additional £25 in cash otherwise they would not be taking my car in. While this was happening I was at risk of losing my flight and had additional charges on the short stay car park. In total, I had to pay £33 on top of what I had already paid for my parking which was totally avoidable and unacceptable.

I have raised this as a complaint with PB on 28/04 and it's been well over 1 week and I have not received any meaningful update nor my money back.

I then called SM&G upon my return to the UK to explain what had happened and to seek a refund and resolution to this only to be treated with the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The person was rude, sarcastic and in the end hung up on me.

The whole experience was simply outrageous and I would not recommend anyone getting anywhere near SM&G or PB.

Like many others here I unfortunately booked this bunch in error thinking I was on the Official Stansted Airport Meet & Greet site. Very unlike me, but looks like I'm paying for the mistake as I have emailed several times asking for a refund - your website says cancellation available - but no response from my 2 emails 2 phone calls and 3 completed contact forms on your website. You also add charges after booking so are not cheaper but of course you cover yourselves in the T&C's. When you respond on here do not call me names like you have others or say wrong company we've heard it all before. A waste of my time and money.

Had to wait 50 min for the car to arrive not 30min like it said. And if you Read the comments it seems to be a thing! Bit of a downer to the lovely holiday we just had.

When we arrived to leave our car all was fine, the driver was there to meet us and there was no problem. However when we returned it was a different story. We rang, as instructed, when we felt we were 20 to 30 minutes from leaving the airport. we stood in the designated meeting place and waited, and waited, and waited! despite ringing several times to be told another 10 minutes, another 10 minutes. The person on the other end of the phone kept telling us the driver was stuck in traffic but we could see no traffic problems on google maps. As we have a tracker in our car we then started to look where the driver of the car was and could see he was still in the place where the car was parked despite them saying they were in a traffic jam. After one hour 10 minutes of waiting my husband told them we could see where the car was and it hadnt moved for the last one hour, funnily enough the car then arrived 5 minutes later. This then meant we had to drive home in rush hour which took twice as long as it should have done.
They advertise the fact that you call them 20 to 30 minutes before you leave the airport and their 'courteous' driver will be ready there to meet you. Don't believe it, read the reviews

They are suggesting we used a different parking company called Stansted services parking but telephone number on that site is not the same one that I used and web page is different. Also it says cars are parked in a covered car park and shuttle bus is used which was not the case. Our car was obviously parked in a field as the wheels were very muddy.

It there was a '0' star I would choose that. They do not deserve 1. Its a company masquerading as the Terminal side of Stanstead 'Meet and Greet. Like many of those below who have reviewed this companys activities - I also mistakenly made a booking with this 'company' if you can call they that - realising my mistake I called to try and amend to a terminal drop off option - or to cancel. I was told quite aggressively that they would amend the booking or cancel it - the later would be at the full charge of 82 - despite the booking being live for less than one hour - as i went to conclude the call the employee called me a 'f'ing idiot! Several emails have since been exchanged and their rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and lying attitude has continued to manifest itself. AVOID THIS SHAM of a company like the plague. The reviews of this company speak for themselves. Use them at your peril.

Such a big scam SMG & Parkos! Never ever book with them!Looking for airport parking and came across parkos which was cheaper however, they are very misleading from "FREE SHUTTLE"when you book to read terms and conditions where it shows £2.50 per person so it ended up being more expensive than parking directly at airport.Moreover, reaching out to them as I had several issues from waiting 50 minutes to depart from the parking toendangerment driving due to frozen windscreen and driver refusing to clean it to driver telling myself and my fiance to use the bushes if we need a bathroom.Bottom line Parkos will tell you, we are a third party, reach out to the parking directly. You reaching out to the parking and come across the most disrespectful "manager" or "director" that you can ever see, blaming the customer for literally everything and even why I did not used the toilet at the airport.The biggest SCAM that you can ever come across is PARKOS! Avoid booking if you think is cheaper because it is not! and you will be in between third party parkos and parking with no resolution!

Used this service for the last three years and everything has always been perfect. Ignore the bad reviews they are not the same company. I've never been asked for more money or received bad treatment. The best and easiest way to park at Stanstead.

The service was very efficient, but it is NOT Meet and Greet. You drive into a car park behind a long line of other cars. Lug your luggage to the reception at the front, lug your luggage into the terminal. On return, you lug your luggage out of the terminal back down to meet and greet reception , get your key, lug your luggage along the car park again to where they parked it. In other words, it is an airport car park. Meet and Greet is where you drive up to the front, hand over your keys and on return they are at the front with your car.

I'm utterly gobsmacked at how this bloody cowboy company's business is still afloat. It's indisputably the vilest operation one could ever have the misfortune to encounter. Staffed by impudent berks and outright thieves, they've a knack for mysteriously slapping on extra hidden charges. I recommend you avoid parking there at all costs, even if they're offering it for free.

This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to make a complaint, but the humiliation we endured—especially involving my two young children—was beyond unacceptable.
Before my trip, I was informed of all charges and paid accordingly. However, upon my return from a three-day holiday, I was suddenly told I needed to pay an additional £20. This fee was never initially disclosed, but I agreed to pay it to avoid any issues.
I spoke to a staff member named Hugo, who falsely claimed I had returned early and instructed me to wait until the afternoon for pick-up. This was incorrect, as my travel details were provided at the time of booking, and there was no prior mention of any issue. Despite my willingness to pay the additional charge, Hugo refused to allow the driver to pick us up unless I paid in cash on the spot. I explained that I had no cash or card but could make a transfer or contactless payment.
Hugo showed no willingness to assist and instead insisted that my family—including my young children—wait at the airport for six hours. The driver was compassionate but clearly afraid to go against Hugo’s instructions. Eventually, a kind stranger offered me cash to resolve the situation, which should never have been necessary.
This experience was humiliating, stressful, and completely avoidable. Hugo’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also cruel. No family should be subjected to such treatment,

Unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn’t payed attention to the reviews!! Big mistake!! On the day of our booking we have received a text message from them saying that due to maintenance work we have been upgraded to meet and greet at the airport at no extra cost! Big lie because we had to pay £10 for the entry ticket and another £10 for the exit on our return,on top of the parking price that we’ve paid online!
The car was taken almost 25 miles away from the airport to their parking lot and we had to wait more than 45 min ,for them to bring us the car back to the airport,in the cold!
Please don’t make the same mistake!! Be safe and take care of your money!
This is a scam and they are unprofessional!

Ian the driver was brilliant. Great service, friendly, remembered us when he came to pick us up. Did not have to wait long to be dropped or picked up from the airport. Have just read the other reviews and they must be confused with another company as they have similar names. Could not fault this one. Thank you Ian!

This company's name cannot be found online as they are actually SMG Park & Ride. They are rude, unreasonable and do not care about customer service. I would not trust parking here.
