Time for a -1 Review. Do NOT trust this company with a red cent. They will turn into instant con artists saying things like they have the same dog breed and that their wife is a teacher. They will also impersonate trusted moving companies like B*****(big name I can’t say). Their main goal is to get your 1K plus deposit than outsource your move to another company. They will ignore your calls when there’s any kind of problem. So then I called and emailed persistently the day of and the day after. The two guys I worked with did not respond and the supervisor I finally contacted (they would never transfer me and seemed to be working from home) made empty promises. This head supervisor (who avoided calls and emails and had to be contacted at least 10 times) lied and lied and lied. He tried to use the race card when I gave a detailed report about the movers who showed up 3 hours late after dark. I was under the impression he wanted to right some wrongs and needed details. These guys more than doubled my original quote (claiming I missed some things) so I did not resign with them & sent them packing. This supervisor “rescheduled” my move promising to use Budget, the company I was originally working with. Of course none of this happened. They also do not record calls since they would be incriminating. I immediately filed a police report, a Google Review and more ( I reported them to the FBI and BBB). I hope to see them out of business to save others from their scams. If you had any issues report them but be smart and don't do business with them. (This has been edited to remove names and their response is full of lies too).

Stephany, I regret the negative experience you had with our company. However, I'd like to clarify the actual sequence of events. During the initial reservation, the complete list of items to be moved was not accurately disclosed. There were additional items added, and during the process, there were unpleasant interactions with our driver, including disrespectful behavior linked to his background and ethnicity. Consequently, on 08/05/2023, the cancellation occurred on-site.

After certain discussions, despite various challenges and threats, we made efforts to accommodate your move by arranging another crew. On 08/22/2023, we sent movers to provide services as agreed. However, there were claims that we were affiliated with "Budget Van Lines," a company we do not have any association with. Despite our attempts to continue with the move, it was disrupted again, even after sending a crew twice, due to disagreements over additional charges, considering the undisclosed items.

We always strive to work collaboratively with our clients. Unfortunately, the circumstances in this situation made it challenging to reach a mutual understanding. As a company with high standards, we prioritize respect and fairness in our interactions and do not condone any form of discrimination or racism.

We value our positive relationships with many satisfied customers and take pride in our reputable service.

Best movers!

Super thoughtful and made sure to take the necessary time for prep and safety. I'm a big fan of smooth and expedient transactions. I'll be back. They are great at what they, handle everything with care, incredibly professional and have a very friendly staff.

This company has great customer service…

This company has great customer service and professional. The original rep I spoke with has been helpful during the entire course of the move. They were very careful with moving my furniture. all items were wrapped as promised so they arrived in great conditions. I highly recommend this company.

Manager mocked me, stole $1000

My husband booked a move with this company in September for a November move. The next day we decided not to pursue the move. Less than a full 24 hours after the contract was signed, my husband called the same representative who we had been working with to request to cancel. Again- this was less than 24 hours. This conversation happened through a phone call, and the rep claimed he was going to get him team on it to cancel things. There was NO further instruction to write an email, and the matter was being handled. We tried to follow up to get out $1,000 deposit back and the calls stopped being returned. We tried texting and there is evidence of that. Finally on the FOURTH MAGICAL DAY, someone replied and said, “oh, did you write an email to cancel it to this specific address?” We said no because we were given the impression it was handled.

Because of misleading information from the representative, they refused to give our deposit back.

I called back again to try to speak to a manager and got F. G****. (They have made new remove this name with a complaint). This person is really incredible and I don’t mean this in a good way. He continued to regurgitate the same terrible customer service as before about “but the email, the email”, trying to make it sound like we did not request a cancel in time but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I tried to explain the situation again and how we DID request the move and were given misleading information to make us believe our representative was working with us and had not returned our calls or texts since the initial call to cancel.

Then this man has the absolute audacity to MOCK me, using a high pitched voice saying “nah nah nah nah” like a baby whining to pretend he was me!!! I was absolutely shocked at the unprofessional and immature behavior I was seeing. He also mentioned he saw my husbands review (posted below, where they said they couldn’t find us in the system- yet another lie), and that they knew we were saying negative things about them! I asked if the negative review was another reason they refused to give us the deposit back. I asked to speak to someone above him at that point and I was told there WAS NO ONE. So the only thing left for me to assume is that F. G**** is portraying himself as the highest position in this company, the CEO. If he is not then he makes this company look very bad and is representing you. They forced me to edit this response once AGAIN (3rd or 4th time now, 6 months later), but I do absolutely feel we were robbed of our deposit because they told us this was handled with them and not to worry, and they did this purposely to make us lose $1000. It’s just bad business practices.

I would NEVER, ever recommend these people to move even a couch much less my entire home across the country. They should not be trusted and please, have some respect for yourself and just go somewhere else.

I am going to reply to their ridiculous comment below. PLEASE come with your recordings of my so called “rac!@L @bu$e”. What a joke. There is no such recording because I would and have never said any such things. What WOULD be on a recording (which when I asked for a recording of conversations where my husband requested a cancellation verbally, I was told there are NO recordings because the representatives are not on recorded lines- funny how now it’s available!) - would be a MANAGER mocking a customer because he was irritated with me! This is an absolutely hilarious reply and if anyone should sue for defamation it should be me. Racial abuse- what a complete joke of a company. This alone should tell you these people are crooks.

I wish everyone could see all the emails from trustpilot. I am starting to lose a lot of faith in the neutralness of this company. They have asked me just now to revise my latest review, see above, for “racial abuse”. With no real explanation. Please someone help me understand what you are even talking about. They just want my review gone and I assume soon it will be.

Our investigation indicates that the cancellation request was made outside the 72-hour cancellation window specified in your contract. We acknowledge that there was a subsequent conversation regarding the cancellation process, but the cancellation request was not received within the stipulated timeframe. As such, the deposit became non-refundable according to our policy.

It is essential to emphasize that our team is committed to providing accurate information and assisting customers promptly. WE did not at any time mock you and will be more than happy to show the recordings of all conversations to any potential customers upon request. We take all customer interactions seriously, and we do not tolerate any form of abuse or disrespect directed towards our staff. You have verbally abused our staff multiple times and we do not tolerate racial abuse.

Your deposit is non-refundable per our contract and submitting false information online will not earn you a refund. You think Fredrick is the CEO of the company, he is an employee only for customer service so all your information is so incorrect. In fact we are consulting legal action against you due to defamation and racial abuse of our employee. If you wish to speak to a manager I would suggest calling in and Asking for Jacob.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

If I could give this company a 0 I would Don't waste your time or money I set something up with a Justin he set up cubic feet which I was unaware it worked that way he was nice and encouraging however I've not added any extra boxes and they didn't even take half the furniture on the contract isn't even on this truck I've been waiting over 2 weeks for that no one has any idea where it is when or if it'll even be here and I got charged an extra 5000 dollars for being called a liar told I'm playing games been hung up on asked for my money back which they refused but the contract states I have every right and I'm intitled to it back so now I'm out 6800 dollars and my belongings NEVER TRUST THIS SHADY COMPANY my next move is making a police report I don't even know if the belongings they picked up are all going to be there and I need this report just in case they are not because the police will get called while unloading is happening if my things ever make it here

Terrible service they robbed me for…

Terrible service they robbed me for stuff over 500 bucks and ignored me after they asked me to send them a detailed email of what I was missing never heard from them again !!! ACTUALLY it was more than what. You are stating I am missing
The bed woods and the two supports to hold the bed which I had to buy 300$
1 leg of the bed which they don’t sell just one so I had to buy a four pack which was $85
A vacume which cost $120
Curtin rods (I didn’t replace these because I didn’t need them for my new apartment but that was About $60 lost!!

Was quoted an initial price after I…

Was quoted an initial price after I went over the items that would be moved. Satisfied with the quote, I booked them. I paid half of that quoted price at booking. 4 days before move, the coordinator called to do a second inventory of items being moved. Apparently the first coordinator did no list several of my items so my quote price went up by 3500. I should have walked away and asked for my money back. Day of move the price of move went up again by 4000. They said I had more to move then they were told, making the total more than double to what I was initially quoted. I was outraged but I felt I had no choice. The buyers of my home were moving in just a couple of days later. It was too late to make other arrangements.

Movers left a mess of empty tape rolls, plastic, a huge ball of used tape, and moving blankets. They scratched my floor, broke a drawer to a piece of furniture, and smoked on my property. To top it off, they couldn't fit all of my belongings. I was told they would need to get another truck and that I would have to pay more. I said enough. I ended up having to rent a 10ft Uhaul and move the rest myself.

They are not upfront with the moving cost and take advantage of you when you are vulnerable. They should provide an on-site coordinator to walk through your home so they can give an honest quote upfront so the customer can make an informed decision. I felt scammed. I had never used a movers before, and I never will again.

They lied about everything!

They lied about everything!
Said we would get our stuff in 5 - 7 days! That was just a commission sales pitch! 30 days later and we still don't have our stuff! We only packed 3 days of clothes for our 3 day moving drive! They do not return calls or text! I have documented all this proof if needed! I also contacted the Attorney General of Florida! The contract said they would also act on our behalf in delayed shipping matters! Another lie! They breached their contract!

Great movers

We were referred to them through a company that had no availability in early July. We had been scheduled with a flat rate company, but were looking for something else. Alex responded to my request very quickly, answered all my questions, and assured me we were good to go.

We were scheduled for 8-830am start. The team arrived by 8am and they began moving by 8:20am. Andre was phenomenal as a foreman, letting me know approximately how long he expected them to take. He was only 30 minutes off for his estimate, and it was 30 minutes shorter! We were moving from a 4th floor walk up, and then did it all with tremendous effort.

We were NEVER asked for a specific tip amount as other reviews have mentioned (Alex had given a recommended amount of $8-10 per hour, but we tipped much more due to their effort and professionalism). They moved quickly, not trying to elongate the amount of time since we were a per hour move. They even ate their lunch on their way to the drop-off location.

I was worried at first switching from the flat rate company to hourly, but we saved a ton of money on a huge move, even with tipping more than recommended. I would recommend these guys for any move!
