AVOID THIS COMPANY
I bought one of this companies bracelets in December 2024 it fell apart in 1 week - I contacted the company via email- no reply - typical I got it repaired locally - lasted 3 months something else gave out- they are cheaply made and poorly designed and as far as I can tell customer service is non existent.
Not the worst scam I have fallen for but beware these are toys not accessories for grown ups
After some back and forth with the company subsequent to my trust pilot review they offered me a 15% discount on an online purchase if I would change my review- I told them from the start I was not looking for compensation, I wrote to them looking for a solution to a problem at this point I would not wear their "accessories" if they paid me which I guess is what thy were trying to do. Feeling insulted I will now make it a point to tell everyone I can about their inferior product. Small pebbles can make large waves

Great and fast customer service. My return took a little bit of time to arrive and get refunded as I chose regular mail. But when I reached out you guys were quick to reassure me it will be a while and when it's received I will see the refund on my card. I love how fast you reply to your customers inquiries and the package I previously bought from Belgium came faster than I thought. And you kept me updated on all the stages.

The bracelet was a gift for my son's 20th birthday. He really likes it and it is beautifully designed. I found it ran a little large. Even the small was big on him. This isn't a negative judgment, as my son is on the small side. The company is amazing and the return was easy. I will purchase again from this company.

Slechte service, geen returnlabel voor retourzendingen alles uit eigen zak betalen zowel verzendkosten als retourkosten in totaal voor een bedrag van 11 euro.
15% korting gekregen voor in de shop te gebruiken voor de problemen die ik heb ervaren.

Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor het retourneren van hun bestelling, inclusief de bijbehorende verzendkosten. Dit stelt ons in staat om eerlijke prijzen te hanteren voor al onze producten zonder verborgen kosten.
