Exceptional customer service from Alex
Alex at the Swansea outlet did an outstanding job helping me yesterday. I enquired about the possibility of shifting my stuff into a more appropriately sized unit and within just a few minutes all the admin was done & I was able to relocate. I was also given a special deal for the next 8 weeks. I am delighted with the friendly, efficient & professional service I had from Alex.

Brilliant service! Good price and nice and clean facility. Lachlan helped us from the first second calling us up and talking us through everything and then letting us come and take a look at the units and multiple occasions and nothing was too much for him

Excellent Storage Company
This is a great storage company. . Really good value compared to other local storage companies and James Longman, the manager was super helpful , as were all the staff I dealt with. I would highly recommend Storage Giant and would definitely use them again.

What a Team!
I’ve never had the need to use a storage facility until now, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I went online, shopped around a bit and got an idea of prices, and some facilities I got quotes from called me to discuss them and try to secure my business.
Then Warren from Storage Giant in Stoke on Trent called me and the difference was instantly apparent. He was super friendly, on the level, no sales pitch or agenda, just facts and helpful advice for this novice “storager”, and it was this easy going, easy to talk to approach that piqued my interest and steered me in their direction.
I had a couple of queries when deciding the size of unit and so I called them back a couple of days later and spoke to Claire (with an I!). Again, she was super-helpful, we had a laugh while working through our requirements and finally we arrived at a unit size.
Pricing for the storage was never an issue, since these guys were hands down the best value - making the trip to them in Stoke on Trent, past the front door of a number of other facilities, worthwhile!
I’m pleased to say that, even once everything was decided, the honest and friendly approach continued and it was soon apparent that this is their standard MO; we were dealt with in person by Brad when we arrived and he was equally as engaging, and since then as we have been moving our things in, we have met the whole team and it’s like we’re old friends. Nothing is too much trouble, even when we realised we’d messed up a bit and needed to take on a second unit, it was seamless and the excellent value continued with the cost.
The summary here is that people make the difference. Warren, Claire (with an I!) and Brad have, with no real effort on their part (apart from just being themselves and making everything so easy), ensured that any opinion I have of this new-to-me experience and industry, is a super positive one and Storage Giant will carry my recommendation to anyone considering storing their stuff!

Outstanding service! The manager, Alex, provided absolutely stellar support and went completely above and beyond to make the entire process seamless, stress-free, and straightforward. I cannot recommend Storage Giant Llanelli enough for their helpfulness and professionalism!
