I was called by Kate Jackson, who provided excellent customer service. I have had variable customer service at this branch, so it was a real pleasure to have my enquiries managed and sorted by Kate.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I'm amazed as to how simple the process was and the speed of getting a storage unit, thanks to Alex in Swansea.

I had originally had a unit reserved and potentially ready within 3 weeks but was made aware once there was a unit available that suited my needs, and that I could move into at a sooner date if I so wished.

Alex talked me through everything in terms of the T&C's and knew every answer to all my questions. It was all very professional and in no way did I feel like I was just another customer. He made everything very clear and I very much so recommend renting a unit from Storage Giant!

Friendly staff, easy process, the facilities are clean, easy to use, secure.

The staff (especially Vin and Maya) are lovely and the set up is really good! Really easy to use, safe, clean, etc. The only issue I had was a slightly different price to that quoted initially due to a cost review, but aside from that very good experience. Thanks very much! 😊

Organising storage was quick and easy with Simon P. Simon called me after I did an online quote and I was able to go through all the questions I had. Simon run through different storage size options and availability and then got me booked in straight away. I haven't visited the storage facility yet, but I'm hoping I'll receive the same great service that Simon provided.

Simon was such a huge help and I deeply appreciative the wonderful friendly British way of communicating when more and more companies are using foreigners to answer phone calls and i either can't understand what they are saying or they just lack the friendly disposition that British people are known to have! It is probably one of the best phone call I had with a business in a while so it left a positive impression which is always nice when you need to get something stressful sorted out properly. So thank you Simon!

This is the 3rd time using the Swansea Storage Giant and would use and recommend again.
Clean facilities, easy to get to, park, and they have the trolleys and lift which are super helpful.
Alex who looked after me on the day is very helpful, full of knowledge, happy and so nice to deal with!

Staff is always lovely, supportive and flexible. I had my things dropped off with AnyVan 4 years ago and now getting it cleared by another company. The staff kindly coordinates the move ins and outs so I don't have to be present on site and everything has been going smoothly. Also, after 4 years, other than a few cobwebs, everything stayed in perfect condition at probably the cheapest price in the UK. Access is nice and easy.

We needed a unit for six months and the team (Vinh, Maya and James) were very helpful and friendly throughout the whole time. The unit itself was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Storage Giant.

Warren @ Stoke was very friendly informative snd very helpful. He showed us how everything worked and to us to our unit for the first time. I'm sure that if we had any concerns or needed help in the future, the staff would help us in any way.
