4 stars only because of the late delivery (5pm) despite booking days in advance. Other than that, the cake tasted really good!

At this time my experience is very bed

The cake was so delicious, all my colleagues loved the cake and the flavour. Really recommend the cake and the good service of the delivery.

Sugaholics™ in London offers beautifully designed cakes with good flavors and prompt delivery. Communication was smooth, even for detailed custom orders. However, there are minor improvements needed for making the overall experience more consistent. Sugaholics shows genuine care, but room for refinement remains. I found this company after tasting a friends birthday cake and asking where it was bought as it was the best cake I have ever had the pleasure of tasting!

I emailed the bakery as I didn't know where to start concerning the cake I wanted, the response was prompt and had a link to the suggested cake, which I ended up buying.

I got the Strawberries Mousse cake...🍓🎂 and everybody enjoyed the cake the same way I did trying it for the first time.

I requested a specific delivery time, and the cake did arrive later than expected but this is without exception as the window for delivery is wide and the driver tried his best....which I am greatful for. He was also very polite and easy on the eye.

I will be ordering another cake for my fathers birthday which I will have delivered on the day hopefully it comes at a decent time.

This company is our new go to bakery for cakes and I love the fact that the ingredients are halal. They do not compromise on taste or quality.

Thank you for the wonderful bespoke Pokéball themed cake for my son's first birthday. Communication was great throughout and the cake looked great and was tasty and fresh.

good effort and timely delivery with good tracking and would love to give more stars for that, but out of 20 people, 1 liked the cake, the rest didn't - way way too sweet, the kit-kats and buenos on top were stale and the sponge part was moist but soaked in what tasted like sugar syrup.

Last time when we took it's really good. This time not good. Cake is dry and no one enjoyed. Disappointed
