Despite a bad start, through no fault of the company, and with good communication the orfer was finally delivered to the recipient. I couldn't have asked for a key under, more understanding driver and delivery person than Adeel, co-owner of Sugaholics. It was a complicated situation, with me placing the order from Derbyshire and the recipient in London. Eventually it all turned out for the best and my daughter's birthday will be a good one after all when she sees the wonderful cake made by Sugaholics and delivered vered with such care by Adeel. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart

I have ordered cakes from Sugaholics on multiple occasions. Their cakes are beautiful and tasty. I love the wide range of designs that Sugaholics offer as I'm always looking to switch things up for birthdays and other occasions. I have never had any issues with deliveries being made on time and their delivery drivers have always been friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Short notice order, communication was Sunday night with the exact details of how we wanted our wedding cake to be was designed to perfection. Price was cheaper than other vendors. It tasted absolutely beautiful, fresh and all alterations we wanted were completed. Cup cakes were tasty and beautiful too. Delivery was exactly when it was requested. 5*+ for everything, we couldn’t have asked anymore so thank you very much.

I’ve ordered a Mango cake. It doesn’t taste at all like mango, in the description says it has mango slices, mine had zero. About the delivery: it’s says they could deliver till 9PM, I have asked to be made it after 5, it came at 1PM and it had be left to my neighbour. If you want a cake from they, you need to take a day off from work.
