Superparking 

Scam, avoid, the contact on pnr website is a scam number, does not exist. They have had possesion of my car keys since 4th feb and wont return. Also paid for return minibus only to be left stranded and had to get taxi costing £28 to get back to car park. Previous review taken down as was told to contact PNR direct , but how can i if the number does not exist and is a scam. Ive got my legal rep on the case who had given them 7 days to return my property otherwise ot os going further.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. We were left waiting for over three and a half hours, while being given a series of excuses, including that our car had supposedly broken down.

In the end, we had no choice but to take a taxi at our own expense just to locate the vehicle ourselves. Shockingly, we found it parked on a public road, in perfectly fine condition. I have requested refund for taxi expenses (£45). No response from the company of course!

This experience was misleading, stressful, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this service.

Left my car at T5 after waiting some time for them to arrive. Unfortunately once I was on my flight they contacted me to say that my car wasn’t MOTd so they couldn’t remove it from the car park unless I paid them £270. I was stunned to find out that my car wasn’t MOTd so I paid them. It looked like the payment didn’t process so I asked my husband to pay it for me. He paid- then I realised my payment had gone through so now they’ve been paid twice. I explained what had happened and they reassured me they would refund the additional payment. Since returning I have tried calling them, messages and emails and they just ignored me. They haven’t returned any money. The car was a mess inside with nuts everywhere and muddy boot marks. They kept me waiting for around 90mins after I arrived back. They are robbing, dirty, cheating cons- don’t go there!

This company trades under a succession of corrupt and illegal websites. I’ve had the misfortune of using ParkLane Meet&Greet who collected my car from me at Heathrow T5 meet & greet. After 10 day holiday and a 4hour wait at Heathrow T5 I had to admit defeat and take an Uber to get home. After 20+ phone calls to various cretinous liars it became obvious we weren’t getting our car delivered back to the terminal. Following more lies I reported the car stolen. The police were excellent and apparently my car is in some compound in West Drayton. To make matters worse I’m away with work for 10 days so a further delay to collect my car and even then I can’t be sure they’ll have keys. The worst ever experience from a corrupt and illegal set up. DO NOT USE.

Just back and waited a long time for car return- it didn’t arrive at designated area.Looked at car log and it had been driven 3 times in the week and over 10 times and 100 miles the day before we returned. Petrol was nearly empty. Car full of litter. Have written to Heathrow parking and they are aware of these rogue guys, also contacted Citizens Advice and they are reporting them as rogue traders, beware it’s a very nasty experience.

My car was returned full of mud and rubbish and had been driven 152 miles.
It was also left with only 24 miles of petrol which was not enough for me to drive home.
The driver was also late meeting me when I arrived for my outgoing flight which then cost me more on the car parking charge and also left the car early on my return flight which also cost me more.
Very unhappy and would not use again.

Had a 4.30am meet &greet, nobody answered the phone and nobody turned up to meet us. We needed to check in for a long haul flight so in desperation we had to use the services of another company who took advantage of our situation and charged us £300. No response from either super parking or compare your parking. Don't use any of these companies.

Parklane Meet & Greet is a fraudulent company and a front for Super Parking Limited which is run by criminal low lives.
They trashed and dumped our car at the thistle hotel claiming they had lost the keys! If we hadn’t have had a tracker we wouldn’t even have been able to locate the car.
They put miles on our car, we had to pay the parking fee to get it out of the car park at the thistle hotel. We had to check into the hotel as had to wait for a friend to drive from Devon (where we live) with a spare car key! came back stinking of cigarettes and full with debris and other rubbish. It was in multiple locations during the course of our holiday as per our tracker. Mechanical damage to electronic rear seats. New tyres prior to using meet and greet, they now look like they’re years old! Mud throughout the car from people sitting in every seat possible.

Diabolical. No driver to take me from car park on arrival then waited well over 2 hours for car to be returned.

Never use this parking at any cost!!!!!, it is a scam. My car was returned with 600 miles more while it was parked for 12 days with them. The car was full of cigarettes, coke cans etc,. and showing multiple entry tickets to Heathrow. Also I had to wait more than one hour for them to pick the car and I run the risk to lose the flights and had to pay £16.00 for parking. I complaind they did not answer, I complained to Compare The Parking (used to make the reservation and which charged my card) and they wash their hands. I will take them to court.

Kept us waiting for over an hour to pick up our car then was told we had to pay for the car park ticket for them to exit the car park as it wasnt there responsibility when we said but this is meant to be MEET AND GREET and as they have have kept us waiting for over an hour it was going to be £20 now, they said not our problem if we don't pay then they will leave our car parked where it is !!!! Where this would of cost in excess of £90 a day.
Then when we landed at Heathrow was told they would not being our car to us and had to get a cab to where the car was park which cost £40!!!

Took the money. Never collected the car to park it during our holiday.

Didn’t answer the phone. When they did, they could not understand me and their English was not very good at all.

Then they just hung up on me.

Finally told me to leave the key on the wheel arch as the traffic was terrible and would be a hour before they got to me. Clearly forgetting we had just driven in that route!!!

Another car was there who had done the same and had been there all week, facing hundreds of pounds of fines.

Do NOT use them.

They are a scam company. They do not exist.

Terrible service. One of their drivers parked in a no park zone outside Heathrow Terminal 5 which I later incurred a PCN of £80 for!!!! Written the company responsible requesting a refund for the PCN and have yet to hear back. Further action now being taken for a settlement.

Awful service. No drivers available after a long haul flight and were driven in a van to 2 locations before our car was located. And it was just in a hotel carpark. Not the secure 24/7 surveillance that they claim to provide.

Do not use this company! Everything in other reviews about telephone ringing out and no reply and comms issues both dropping off and collecting and we waited 45 mins to drop off and 1.5 hours to get out car back.

Total scam. Deserve negative points and no stars.
To be avoided at all costs. Such a terrible experience with this company.
Extremely rude to talk to, arrived very late to pick up our car from Heathrow and we were asked to leave the keys on the tyre for them to collect the car later.
On arrival waited for 2and half hours for our car to be brought to us at the terminal car park.
Story does not end there: we then receive 2 PCN for the illegal parking at two hotels while we were on holiday and the car was under their possession.
Extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and rude people.

Please beware of these people, they are fraudsters, they took two payment from me for £270 each, promised to pay one back but never do. you can never contact anyone just get sent round houses, apparently the manager is a guy called Sam who you can never contact or get his number. (Sam the no show man) Very clever how they scam you and trust me you will not be able to get your money back of them once they have it.

We booked meet and greet parking at T3. All looked legitimate at the time and have used loads of different meets and greets in the past and never had a problem… until today! We called super parking 30mins before arrival as stated and probably arrived a bit later due to bad traffic. Nobody was there when we arrived so we called again and were told it would be a further 50 minutes until someone picked up our car. We had to leave to check in so left the key on the wheel and paid the exit fee as requested. We weren’t comfortable with this but had little choice. We then called once we were through security and were assured our car had been picked up.

Fast forward to 4 days later. We collect luggage and call to collect the car. We are told 45minutes BUT we get back to the pick up point and realise our car hasn’t gone anywhere at all… they key has been on the wheel the whole time (and the car has keyless entry). We call to ask the company to pay the parking charges so we can exit the car park, but of course we are fobbed off and after a lot of calling and hanging about are told we need to pay and claim back from the company! Having read the reviews this will clearly never happen. Heathrow were helpful and in the end charged us as if we had booked the car in with them online to the tune of £148. Super parking will be reported left right and centre, probably to little avail.

This was a bad experience from the start! Ring half hour before and meet a short stay car park … 1 half hours later they turn up and I have to pay the parking bill £20. Ok so I go on holiday. My flights got cancelled and I was going to be 1 week later, my partner in uk call them and explained due to Middle East crisis I was going to be late home. They demanded £100 straight away which we had no choice but to pay. On my arrival to Heathrow I called to say I’ve landed collected my bags now I need my car. He said 45/50 mins ok I give them that. 1 hr later I called no answer. I called from another number he answers driver delayed that’s all I got. 2 hrs later I called to ask where my car he said car park level 2. I go there to find the car locked and key on the wheel no one around. Once in the car I noticed my car mats , boot liner , service book and lock wheel key was missing. I called to then explain I want my bits back with a ride aggressive man. This company and Compare the parking both need shutting down. How can these people run a business like this and get away with it. Shame on England!!
