Superparking 

Avoid booking with this company! We paid for them to park our car securely in their car park. After we landed it took two hours for them to eventually pick us up. Telling us their vehicles they use to pick up customers have punctures and other excuses like traffic. The worst bit is I have now recieved 10 parking tickets as they parked by car on a kerb on a residential street. They are con artists and frauds who take your money and park the car wherever they like with no regard for it. I am shocked they are still on websites recommending their services. Looking at all the reviews I do not know how they have not been shut down.

Thieves.
I had chocolates, cans of pop, money and petrol stolen from car.
Normally I would not care they stole my chocolates but considering they had to search through my car to find them, shows me they route through cars looking.
Absolutely terrible. Then you try to call complaints telephone number but it does not exist

Stay well clear of this lot, late at car pick up and had to wait over 2 hours for car to be returned. Repeatedly lied to me when asked for update, stating ‘it will be 20min’, this pattern repeated for over 2 hours. Also had the audacity to ask why I was calling him so much and then hung up on me only to call me back seconds later to say that he was no longer bringing the car to me and to get a taxi!!! Disgraceful, if I could give zero stars I would.

Really nice people, took a bit of time to pick the phone up on our way there and the shuttle was broken, but they diligently upgraded us to a better deal because of it and were very polite and careful with our car both on receiving and delivering it back. We will be using it again!

Terrible service, avoid this company
I booked valet parking with Super Parking Ltd, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
My car was supposed to be parked securely, but instead it was used on several occasions while under their control. I even received a penalty notice showing that my car was parked on private hotel property for several hours, which clearly should never have happened.
This proves that my vehicle was driven and parked without my consent and outside the agreed terms. I do not trust this company at all.
Not trustworthy, I strongly recommend avoiding them.

I used Super Parking Heathrow for a meet and greet service recently. My vehicle was handed directly to their staff and remained under their control for the duration of my trip.
After collecting my car, I discovered that a 100ml bottle of perfume worth £115 had gone missing from inside the vehicle.
I contacted the company to raise a formal complaint but have received no response. The matter has now been reported to the police.
I am very disappointed with both the loss of my property and the lack of communication. I advise noone to use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS OR PARK LANE MEET & GREET. Took an hour to collect the car costing us £15.50 for the ticket for them to get out of car park. On arrival back told it would be up to 40 minutes to deliver car, after an hour kept ringing them and was given various new times, eventually got the car two and a half hours later!! They tell lies and shouldn’t be operating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPMAY!

They refuse to return the car to you, refuse to answer the phone and ultimately lie to you.

I strongly belive they use customer cars to transport other customers to and from the airport.

I had to get a taxi out of my own pocket to retrieve my car. This was not as advertised.

I have never left a review before but have received such a poor experience I am this time, having report to, trading standards, compare my parking and the credit card company.

Slight delay on drop off but had to wait 90 mins on return. Then about 4 weeks later we received 3 fines in the post as our car had been parked on a Permit only road in Hillingdon for the full 7 days. This company are shamelessly taking peoples money for a sham business.

**AVOID** Super Parking Ltd // PARKLANE Meet&Greet
Not only did they LOSE our car key - they did not even bother to communicate with us to tell us, so we could plan an alternative route home.
Subsequently - Super Parking Ltd and their registered Director: Mr T. Hussain Bibi have only tried to AVOID and LIE to us.

They told us 2 weeks ago that they had found the key and would post it to us - NOT RECEIVED. They told us they would pay us back for taxi and other costs incurred - NOT RECEIVED.

I am now having to take them to the Small Claims Court

These guys are crooks - they should not be in business - do not give them your money.

On return waited 45 mins car was delivered but we were not informed and they just left the car with key on the tyre- Unbelievable

Unfortunately this company is a sham and borderline criminal. I dropped my car at Heathrow T5 with a gentleman who said he was from the company took my car, only for me to get through security and have them call me on the phone asking if I'd dropped my car off yet? I said that I'd just dropped it with one of them and then called them back 2 minutes later to make sure that they did have it - which they did.
On my return it took 5 and a half hours and over 150 phone calls for them to return my car - thankfully undamaged.
They first said that it was in a compound that did not open til 08:30 but I would have it soon. This continued for an hour or so. They then suggested that I get a taxi home and they would deliver my car to me the next day. They then told me it would be there in an hour etc etc. This went on until I threatened to report my car stolen and managed to get in touch with the driver who had called me on my departure. He eventually "found" my car and returned it to me.
Often when calling them, it would not connect or they would answer it whilst having another conversation and then hang up.
How this company is actually approved by Heathrow is beyond me - just be very aware, it may seem a reasonable price but judging by the other reviews it is certainly one best avoided.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN - they have damaged my car and now will not even answer the phone. DO NOT USE THEM

WARNING – Avoid this parking service.

My experience with this company has been completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

When I collected my vehicle, I discovered that it had been damaged in two separate places while in their care. My car was also returned in a filthy condition, covered in mud, and it was obvious that someone had been inside the vehicle. There was a strong smell suggesting that smoking may have taken place inside my car without my permission.

In addition, the airport transfer service that was advertised was not provided. Instead, I was told to arrange my own transportation. As a result, I had to pay £30 for the journey to the airport and £44 for the return journey out of my own pocket.

Staff at the office assured me that a reimbursement claim would be submitted and that I would receive my money back. However, more than two weeks have passed and I have received nothing. This is unacceptable.

My vehicle was left in their custody and I expected a duty of care. Instead, my property was damaged, additional costs were incurred, and promises of reimbursement have not been honoured.

If the reimbursement and damage claim are not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter through formal complaints and legal channels.

I strongly advise others to avoid this parking service.

Be careful using this company. They were over an hour late when we dropped the car off so we almost missed our flight and 45 mins delayed on the way home. It’s cheap but not worth the saving

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Returned from overnight long haul flight. Called as advised once bags collected. Told 1 hour because of driver shortage. After 1 hour no show so called again and told 30 mins. Then same again 30 mins later - car arrived just under 3 hours waiting. After 2hr 30 mins waiting was advised to get a taxi to parking compound if I wanted my car ! They would repay me back later if I submitted claim for taxi charge ! I threatened calling the Police to which the reply was 'fine, go ahead, you know where your car is so not stolen'. Also my car has a tracker and know it was parked on side of the road in a housing estate for the 6 days I was away. Not secure parking with surveillance as promoted. Car was moved to parking area just before being returned !

Gave the company a 30 minute warning before arrive at Heathrow Terminal 5 meet and greet as asked . When we arrived no one was there to meet us so rung the company again to be told a driver would be there in 5 minutes to collect our car, 45 minutes later and many more calls a person turned up. This delay left us rushing for our plane.
On return flight gave the company a ring when we had collect luggage and was told their would be an hour wait, we waited an hour and then went to where we was told to go to meet or car. No car but two other families who had been waiting for nearly two hours already for their cars . Tried ringing company but they either block your number, hang up on you or tell you that your car is on its way but you know it’s not because you have a tracker !
Eventually was told our car was there, only to find it had been left on level 3 in a disabled parking bay, we was told to wait on level 4. The car key was left on the wheel and no driver in sight! This is not a meet and greet service , it took nearly 2hours for us to get our car and no one to meet us !

We have been waiting 2.5 hours now for our car to be returned
I’m really concerned.
My hubbie booked these con artists.
He mustn’t have read the reviews !!!!

Absolutely shocking!!

DO NOT USE. Absolutely shocking customer service. Waited nearly an hour for car to be collected and then they staff were rude. On our return, waited nearly 2hours, they seemed to cut off their phones eventually so I couldn't even get through. The guy on the end of the phone hung up on me, others waiting with the same situation.
