Scam

Extremely disappointing experience. The service advertised a shuttle bus to Heathrow Terminal 4, but no shuttle was provided. We were told the bus was broken and had to drive ourselves to the terminal, causing long delays and extra parking charges. On both the outbound and return journeys we waited over an hour for the driver, and communication was very poor — calls were ignored and information was unclear. The parking area was just a crowded gravel lot with no proper spaces. Despite requesting a refund for the extra costs and inconvenience, I have received no response. I would not recommend this service.

Got a parking ticket, no customer support, late pick up.

The the company we used from your site was Super Parking Ltd also known as ParkLane Meet & Greet.
We called as requested 30 mins before arriving at Terminal 2 Heathrow at 16:15. We waited 2 hours and a lot of phone calls before the driver arrived. During this period we were asked to go and park the car at the Hilton Hotel where we were staying and the driver would come and pick it up at 22:00, and we said no as that was not was agreed.
On returning 2 weeks later we called 30 minutes before baggage pick up, we were told to wait in the arrivals hall and the driver would call when he had parked the car. We waited over an hour and when calling to get an update no one would pick up.
We walked up to level 4 and the car was there with the keys on the front right hand tyre, no phone call.
A week later we received a parking ticket from Horizon parking for £60.00 as the car had been parked at the Thistle Hotel Car Park Terminal 3 for the two weeks.
After emails, telephone calls no more replies and we had to pay the parking ticket by today 15-03-2026.
How the car was parked at the Thistle Hotel for 2 weeks with out being charged for two weeks is a miracle in itself, work that one out!
Never again will use meet and greet companies with no on site office, will use only companies with meet and greet offices on site in the short stay car parks and pay the extra.
When we did speak on the phone to Super Parking it was all replies like "he is coming" in "10 minutes" and then the phone was put down, after several calls no pickup of the phone.
I gave it one star as we got our car back!
It is is obvious now that this company does not have a designated parking site.

Awful company.

Pick up driver went to wrong floor of car park created 10 min delay and some stress . To make it really bad the return was over an hour late (despite calling them on arrival of bags). Then to cap it off I noticed a few pounds in change had been stollen. No one to complain to. Avoid this company.

Appalling - AVOID at all costs

Appalling. Avoid at all costs. They never turned up to meet me so I had to leave my car otherwise I would have missed my flight. And they are scammers as the phone number on the website doesn’t exist and they don’t respond to emails.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I collected my vehicle on 11 March at approximately 14:00. Upon collection, I immediately discovered multiple issues which strongly indicate that my vehicle was used without my permission while it was supposed to be securely parked in your care.

Firstly, the fuel that was in the vehicle when I left it had been completely used, leaving the car on an empty tank. In addition, there was rubbish left throughout the vehicle that was not present when I dropped it off. Inside the car I also discovered an Uber Eats delivery receipt dated 8th March 2026, (I was still away till the 11th) which strongly suggests the vehicle was used during the period it was entrusted to your company.

Furthermore, the vehicle mileage had increased beyond what would reasonably be expected for normal parking or movement within a storage facility. This raises significant concerns that the vehicle was driven for purposes unrelated to the service I paid for.

In addition to the above, I also discovered ash on the rear seats of the vehicle, which indicates that the individual who used my vehicle was smoking inside it. This is completely unacceptable and has left the interior of my car in a contaminated and unpleasant condition.

I entrusted your company with my vehicle on the clear understanding that it would be securely parked and not used for any other purpose. The condition in which the vehicle was returned, the missing fuel, the increased mileage, the rubbish left inside, and evidence of smoking all strongly suggest a serious breach of trust and a failure of your duty of care.

Super Parking: Un-organised and Dishonest

I booked Heathrow parking through Compare Parking Deals, who allocated a provider called Super Parking (contact number 07707243516). The experience was appalling from start to finish.
On drop off, they took almost two hours to collect my car. During this time, I had multiple calls with someone named Rahul (number 07707243516), who was without question the rudest and most aggressive person I’ve ever dealt with. When a driver finally arrived, he had no uniform, no ID, no branding — nothing to indicate he worked for a legitimate company.
When I asked how to file a complaint, I was told that Super Parking Ltd, Parklane Parking, and Compare Parking Deals are all the same company, and that I could complain “to any of them.” Meanwhile, because of their delay, I was stuck at Heathrow paying excessive drop off charges after exceeding the 30 minute limit.
On return, the same chaos unfolded. After calling them, it took 90 minutes for my car to be delivered.
This company is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and misleading.
Avoid Compare Parking Deals and Super Parking at all costs.

booked our car with super car parking they collected the car after 30mins delay and on our return journey it took almost 2hrs for them to drop the car after numerouse calls and arguing and frustrations and week later receiced a penalty notice for £100 by horizon parking as they have not paid their parking charges
avoid never again book with them surprise they are still in business

Do not use

We paid for our car to be parked & for us to be shuttled to Heathrow.
1. On the morning we flew; we were told the shuttle bus had broken down & to take our car to T4 Meet & Greet. We did this but no-one was there to meet us.
Each time we called, we were told they were “10 mins away”.
After an hour, someone turned up.
We had to pay for the car being taking into the Meet & Greet area.
2. Whilst on holiday, on 22.2.26, I got a text message from another customer. Our car key had been left in that customer’s car. The customer lived near Guildford & had spent time between 22.2.26-7.3.26 repeatedly calling the company to arrange collection of the key with no success until someone eventually went to collect it on 7.3.26 at 10:30pm.
I emailed about this x4 from holiday & received no reply. We only knew about all of this because of the customer telling us. No communication from the company. Collection of the key was due to the customer’s persistence.
3. On returning to UK today, we called to be picked up at 7am. We were told it would be 45 minutes. Pick up didn’t come.
Called us & told us the key was missing yet again.
Called again, was told the key was in Slough & they would go get it from Slough.
Called again, was told they now had they key but that they did not know where our car was & that they were looking for it.
At 11am, after waiting 4 hours, with a twice missing key & a missing car, our car was eventually delivered.
Again, the car was delivered by the drop off so it also cost £7 instead of being shuttled. Was told the shuttle wasn’t in operation again. Does the shuttle exist?
Do not use this company.
All of this did spoil our holiday, the missing key constantly in the back of our minds.

Got a penalty for parking in a hotel while the car was supposed to be driven back to me to handover.
No customer services at all .
After I arrived it took 90 mins to get the car back .

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. When we arrived another customer was present, her car had been initially lost, then locked in a pound with no access. But as we had a flight to get to, we didn't have time to change plans. There was no shuttle bus. We were taken to the airport in my own car! On arrival back at Heathrow we had to wait more than 2 hours for my car and on each call we were given a different excuse. Other customers were waiting too and experiencing lack of info on where their car was or when it would turn up. Some customers were told to get a taxi home, irrespective of distance and they would return the car the following day. Please do NOT use these cowboys.

Did not get car back until 22 hours later. Multiple calls made to company and received lie after lie (car returned in an hour due to traffic told same thing again an hour later, told car keys were lost or mixed up and was told the car was stored in a garage that opens at 11 am the next day). Ended up staying over night in hotel, company said we would get compensation (not received). car was meant to be delivered at 17:00 on the 2nd March received back on 3rd March at 12:40.

This company does not even deserve one star! Absolutley appauling service and ruined our holiday!

When we arrived to drop the car off we were told we would have to drive ourselves to the airport as their bus had broke. We were given no directions or help with where to go and were told the driver would meet us there and then drive our car back to the compound. Upon arriving at the airport we had to pay £8 to meet them in the short stay parking despite already paying a bus parking fee for a bus we didnt even use! They alsp refused to tell us where the car was being kept and did not let us know if the car had arrived to the compound after being collected.

When we returned I called them to be collected from the terminal at 7am. They said as I had booked the parking till 12pm (which I always book extra to cover for delays) they could not collect me yet and could not give a time of when we could be collected before putting the phone down. I called back as this is unacceptable and was screamed at down the phone and told it was my fault for booking extra time so my partner then had to take over with trying to sort the situation.

After a total of 18 calls, 8 ignored calls, offers to get ourselves to where our car was (which they would not tell us), offers to meet them somewhere or even to drive the driver back to the compound and 4 HOURS they eventually said we could be picked up. Even then the time continued to be changed for around an hour.

We were minutes away from calling the police as we believed the car was being stolen due to the amount of excuses and changes to the pick up time that seemed like a scam.

When the driver arrived he acted dumb like he had no idea of the hell we had been put through and no apology just another £8 parking ticket.... We felt totally helpless stranded in london after travelling already for over a day and just wanted to drive home ASAP.

I AM BEGGING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU EXPECT.

Don't use this company. Take heed of the reviews! We used Super Parking for a 2 week trip. When we dropped the car off, they took 40 minutes to get to us to take custody of the car. Our return flight was delayed by a day, because of the US-Iran conflict. I contacted Super Parking via their web email and normal email, letting them know the situation and asking them if this was OK. They didn't respond at all, which was doubly bad, as we just been through a nightmare trying to get a flight back home while hostilities were escalating. When we got back, I phoned them from Gatwick (where we were diverted to). No response on both numbers. When we were on the coach to Heathrow (where our car was with Super Parking), they called me. I told them the situation and said we would be at Heathrow for the car in 50 minutes. They eventually brought our car to us one and a half hours after that call, which meant a 40 minute wait at Heathrow. The driver parked the car at an angle in the disabled bays, got out the car and said, "twenty quid", which was the fee for the extra day. I gave him the £20 and he walked off. I got in the car and it stank of food. There was a dirty plastic food container and celophane lid in the well of the driver's seat. The central console trays and wireless charger had been taken out of their holders and the lid to the canister where we keep our parking change was off. The car was filthy on the outside. Our experience with Super Parking was terrible and their customer care is despicable.

After waiting 4hrs - (being told 15 mins, 15 mins)I was told they had mislocated (LOST) my car, this was all over the phone and one would agree to meet me to explain, I was then told to get an uber back for £273 which they said they would refund (which they are now refusing to do) despite me having the recording of the the calls and they would deliver my car to my home address by 12 midday the following day. I’m sure you’ve guessed it……the car didn’t arrive, to then be told after 3 calls, that they had found my car but would take 3 days at least to get it back, as they weren’t insured to drive further than 7 miles from the airport- and that their insurance needed to see them in person to add the additional cover ‘another lie’. I drove back down to Heathrow to collect for it not to be there despite being assured it would be there for 2pm- it arrived back at 3.20 with an additional 1k miles, scratched and missing items. I reported to the police who said, yeah we’re aware of this but not a lot we can do as civil matter etc etc- just called me literally a min ago to say you should feel lucky your car is back- we get calls like this everyday!!! 🤬🤬🤬 I’ve spoken to several people since who have confirmed that it a known scam and taking them to small claims won’t get me anywhere as they will have shut down and restarted a business within a couple of months!! Please do avoid at all costs!!!

What a cowboy company

What a cowboy company . They said to leave our key on front tyre after 20 calls . Tx them in airport to see if they had took our car , finally rang as no reply to be told they had taken it . On return rang to bring it back and they said they would ring back . When we got back to the car 8 days later , they had not even moved it, key still on tyre . Went to drive out £888 as it had been left . Heathrow helped us out for £150 . They won’t answer the phone to me or reply to emails .. please please don’t use them , I don’t know what to do next ????
