This company should be closed because…

This company should be closed because they are very bad, rude and unprofessional. I waited 3 hours for my car this evening. I noticed that they were using my car for other things because i left my car on 10 000 miles and when collecting my car it was 16 000. So wants everyone left the car they use it on other thing antil you collect if.

Urgent: Avoid this company

Extremely poor service. This company does not provide what it promises. They do not answer calls, and when they finally do, they hang up on customers.
On departure, the meet and greet was delayed by 30 minutes. On our return, we were told to expect a one-hour delay for car collection — completely unacceptable, especially when customers have onward travel plans.
The lack of professionalism, communication, and reliability is shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Avoid This Company – Extremely Poor Service
A complete joke of a company. I have also raised concerns with Compare Parking, where they are advertised with a 4.8 rating, which raises serious questions. Upon further research on Trustpilot, the true pattern of complaints becomes clear.
We were left waiting for over three hours with a family of young children, despite being repeatedly told the vehicle would arrive “within 15 minutes.” During this time, we witnessed another customer who had travelled from Chicago waiting close to six hours. The communication was misleading and consistently inaccurate.
The business appears to operate from a residential flat in London, which speaks volumes about its setup. Based on the number of similar reviews, this seems to be a repeated and ongoing issue. Customers should exercise extreme caution when booking, even if the company reappears under a different trading name in the future.
Compare Parking should also take responsibility for allowing businesses with such conduct to list on their platform. It is reportedly common for vehicles to be parked at the Thistle Hotel, suggesting this practice is ongoing. Greater monitoring by the airport authorities would be appropriate to prevent further customers being affected.

Total crooks - Avoid

Liars and cheats. I left the car for a week, was told to set up auto-pay for ULEZ so they could move the car. Courtesy car to airport was a wreck with seats removed. On return I called and was told the courtesy car was broken down and wait 40mins to have the car brought to me. After an hour called again and told to get a taxi which would be reimbursed. It has not been. The phone is now not answered, nor the landline and no reply from emails

Avoid using this company at all costs!

Had to wait for an hour and a quarter and then when car arrived both alloy wheels had been completely rimmed. Awful experience with no help offered and I've probably called now 30 times with no success. THIS COMPANY IS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

Zero stars NEVER USE

Zero stars. Absolute cowboys. weren't at the airport to pick up our car at the agreed time. We had to leave the keys on the bonnet or else miss our flight They didn't communicate that the car had been picked up. Upon return the 25 minutes turned into 45 and our term 3 arrival turned into a Term 2 car pick up. Incredibly rude service. Incredibly unprofessional. Do not give them your money or business. Total disregard for customers

Would leave zero stars if I could

Would leave zero stars if I could. I called ahead of dropping my car off as per the email, no answer. When I arrived I was told I would need to get a taxi as the shuttle was broken. £20 later I arrive at the airport delayed. When collecting my car I called ahead as per the instructions but no answer so got a taxi back again £20. I was scolded on arrival for not calling them. My car was not on site and I had to wait 30 mins for it. No apology or acknowledgment. Rude staff, uninterested. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. We arrived slightly earlier than expected and they refused to return the car for an hour and 45 minutes. His solution was that we either call the police or get a taxi home and collect the car the next day! They then returned the car to the wrong terminal - T5 rather than T2 and refused to answer any calls. We were forced to travel to T5 to get the car - only to find our car dumped with the keys on the wheel and no parking ticket to exit the car park. The call handler refused to answer calls and when we finally managed to speak to him - he kept putting the phone down. Avoid them at all costs. Terrible experience. Would give them no ratings.

AVOID, DO NOT USE!!

We waited THREE and a HALF hours for car to be returned, during which time we believed we had been scammed and the car stolen. We reported to airport security & the police, even bought train tickets to get home thinking the car stolen. The 'staff' were very rude, unprofessional, hung up the phone on us when they bothered to answer, repeatedly lied about timings and whereabouts of the car. A massive stress. This company needs taking down ASAP!!

Paid for a meet and greet the didn’t happen. There was now one to take the pre arrival call so we ended up getting to the meet point with no one to take our car. There was another disgruntled customer there saying they had been waiting 4hrs for their car. With now communication. Hope they got the car back. Had to go through the banks to get our money back. What out for this scam. Heathrow should be monitoring there links companies better. SHAME!!!!

DEFINITELY NOT “SUPER” PARKING

DEFINITELY NOT “SUPER” PARKING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! They are completely useless and unprofessional. We were given a really long waiting time, despite advising in advance of our return date and time. When we asked where we should meet our car, we were told to wait inside, ‘we’d be told later’ (?). When we called to chase the whereabouts of our car, after the requisite time, we were repeatedly hung up on, then asked if we were “mental”. When they finally arrived, they outrageously left the car unattended, after less than 3 minutes, leaving our car in the car park, with the key in the wheel arch (our car has keyless entry). To top it off, the car was filthy, they has used up our tissues and strewn them (dirty) all over the front seat and footwell, our wet wipes had been used and my wife’s lip balm was missing from the glove box. These guys are not even cowboys; they are shysters who dare charge money for this crap and to call it a service. The sooner they go out of business, the better!

Avoid – Service Not Provided and Insulting Staff

I booked a meet and greet parking service, but no one showed up at the agreed time and location. I was forced to pay for alternative airport parking at a higher cost.
When I called the company, I was treated extremely rudely and even insulted when I asked for a refund. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.
I had to dispute the transaction through my bank to get my money back. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid them.

Park lane meet and greet in the UK

This company goes under the name of Park Lane meet and greet, it’s taken me a while to find this info but hopefully this will help people. But don’t use them, we’ve been in the airport for over 1.5 hours with a baby and a child after 12 hours of travelling. Same thing as others - they keep saying our car’s on its way but it never arrives. The man on the phone is hard to get hold of and then he’s extremely rude and unhelpful. Worried about the condition it’ll be in.

I have one star as I can’t leave zero. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. it took over 1.5 hours to get our car once we returned and we had to wait 15 mins to drop it off on arrival. Useless.

When we droped our car off at terminal 5, they collected our car right away.
On return I have now been waiting 2 hours for someone to return my car. Call after call and told " someone's on the way" "next in line" "we dont have enough staff" if I dont get my car shortly it will be reported

No words for this company

No words for this company, we called 30 min before hand like instructed, was told the driver would be there to meet us, 1.1/2 hrs latter & after 20+ calls some 1 turned up, we then had to pay £20 waiting charge at thr drop of point, then on way back again called 30 min before to be told would be 45min but again 2hrs latter & 30+ calls the car gets droped back. This car is a Range Rover sport,
All seats had been moved, front seat led down, mud all over carpets & defo been smoked in as fag ash all over carpets, mileage gone up 83 miles & a crack dash board , called & emailed but no reply…..

Wouldn’t even be a 1 star, do not use this company. We did meet and greet at Heathrow turned up late, then used our car while we was away and denied it. We can see on our tracker all the time, it did 200 miles in the 4 days we was away. It was apparently in a secure car park but they couldn’t tell us where this car park was! Refused to answer any emails. Car was only stopped being used after we reported it stolen and emailed them this, half an hour after this email it stopped being used but was left unlocked, they don’t answer your phone calls, don’t reply back to emails.when arriving back from holiday they lied and said they was on the way to bring the car, we rang again after an hour as we could see our car had not even been started, was told he was nearly there. We told them we can see the car is not even on then 5 minutes later it was! Luckily we got our car back in one piece unlike some poor other people! They should not be on comparison sites or trading at all. They are a disgusting company

Con Artists - Avoid!!

This company are con artists. On our departure day, they turned up 30 minutes late, despite me calling them twice to let them know when we were arriving. We met a lady while we waited who had been waiting for them to return her car for over an hour.
On our return, which was late at night, we waited over an hour even though I had again called them twice to tell them our arrival time. The man who answers the phone constantly told us they were almost there, which was obviously a lie. Avoid at all costs.

Rude, deceitful, unreliable and dishonest

We had booked meet and greet parking at Heathrow via Compare the Parking. We called at 15.40 to say we would arrive at 16.10. We were told our booking was 4.30 so we would have to wait. After a few phone calls driver arrived at 17.10 which meant our car park fee was £20. I emailed a complaint to Superparking but have not received a reply. We returned and called after collecting our luggage. We were told it would take up to 45 minutes. After numerous calls and broken promises the driver arrived with our car 95 minutes after our call.We had been told by the operator that the driver was stuck in traffic - the traffic around Heathrow being awful between 6 and 10pm on a Saturday in February!!! The driver told us he had only been given the car 7 minutes before, the journey only being 4 miles. Needless to say there was no traffic outside. I tried to get them to pay the car parking fee but they wouldn’t. Also, I realised after the driver had left that my phone charging lead had been stolen from the car.
Compare The Parking should monitor their service providers and kick out rip off merchants like Superparking who are rude, deceitful, unreliable and dishonest.
