Do not use this parking company for…

Do not use this parking company for meet and greet. Over an hour wait after landing from a 12 hour flight. When you phone for an update they say 5 minutes or put the phone down on you.

Please avoid. Worst experience.

This was truly the worst experience I have ever had, and I’ve never felt so compelled to write a review.
We used Super Parking Park & Ride at Heathrow airport February 2026, and the entire process was poorly explained from the outset. Vehicle drop-off took place in an unkempt, congested car park. The shuttle bus provided was in poor condition and the driver’s conduct was alarming- he was distracted, non-communicative, using his mobile whilst driving.
During our holiday, I monitored my vehicle via its app and discovered that the car had been moved to an entirely different location, driven for over ten miles and left unlocked for the duration of the holiday. None of this was disclosed at the time of booking.
Upon our return, despite the agreed arrival procedure and notifying the company in advance, we were left waiting for over two and a half hours for the vehicle to be returned. This required multiple unhelpful phone calls. We were initially told we would be collected by shuttle, which did not happen.
We were also charged an additional £15 Heathrow entry/exit fee on drop-off. However, when our vehicle was finally returned, the parking ticket had not been validated, forcing us to pay this fee again. Of course, no accountability or apology for this service.
An unacceptable service from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Where's my car??? Booked via Compare Parking the name…

4 hours 20 minutes had to force a driver to take us there. Car parked on a side street not a secure car park with 24/7 security. Lying thieves. Booked via Compare Parking the name they used was ParkLane Parking. Absolutely appalling. Dropped iff at LHR. No receipt. Called when we collected bags told 45 to 50 mins. Nothing, called after an hour no answer, tried WA and calling then told driver just left and it will be another 20 mins. Spoke to simeone else who had issues with them. His car was dropped back and I spoke to the driver asking where ny car was. Firced the driver to take my ither half there. Will be rausing a formal complaint and informing Compare my parking to drop them like a stone. Thankfully no children or elderly/ unwell people wuth us ir it would gave been far worse

The most outrageous customer service i have ever experienced

Giving this company a 1 star is more then they deserve, I would give them a -10 if I could. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY even if you have no other choice.
A very long story short, they lost our car keys, we had to take an uber home which we were told we would get reimbursed for, they delivered our car to us 3 days later, constant excuses, so much inconvenience caused with 3 young children, tried to contact them through calls and emails, no reply, then eventually spoke to one of the workers who hanged up on le 3 times and continued to swear at me, my goodness i was speechless being sworn by someone who's is meant to be a professional. This company left me in utter shock.
Pleser please please avoid them to save yourself future stress.

Very disappointed experience I have…

Very disappointed experience I have received from super parking Ltd!parked from 4/02/2026 10:30 am to 11/02/2026. Yesterday I received my car was unattended and left it on terminal 2 level 3 . Car key was left passenger wheel side after 2 hours of waiting!, I noticed my car was knocked down and damaged passenger side bumper and scratched passenger side doors!really disappointed with service. This is the first time I have this bad experience after several times of using the service .this people are thieves.no reply for the complaint!
Now I need to contact police .

If I could give 0 stars I would; absolute joke of a company. Half an hour late picking the car up in the morning of our arrival almost making us late for our flight. Upon our return to Heathrow and contacting the company the moment we landed the car was delivered two hours late despite having all flight details and a prearranged drop off time, the driver was told by the manager to lie to us and say he was 15 minutes away repeatedly when he hadn’t even received the keys. The poor driver looked ready to cry when he dropped the car off. To car subsequently was only dropped off after we threatened to contact the police to report the car stolen. Whilst we were waiting another lady was also in the same situation and waited nearly two hours and over the course of the 15 phone calls we placed to the manager requesting drop off eta another woman was in their office screaming that she’d had to uber to their office because she had been waiting 3 hours and her car had still not been delivered. We were advised by the drives the cars are stored 12 minutes away.. Avoid at all costs!

Shady outfit…

This is a mixed review,yes the carpark is right dodgy looking on what appears to be waste ground and very hard to find .we were taken to the terminal in a mini bus witch looked very terminal in itself . The driver asked for £15 for the cost of the drop off and pickup fee at the terminal apparently the card machine was broken so it had to be cash . Paying the airport drop off fee on top of the transfer cost is pretty standard. Our flight arrival terminal had changed at the last minute from 4to 3 on arrival we phoned the designated pickup number having emailed them before we left Dubai and was told they would bring the car to the terminal which they did within 15 minutes which was great however they wanted me to pay the drop off fee again.The driver made a call but there was a garbled discussion about a change of terminal so we paid it . The whole outfit seems abit shady but worked alright for us but I wouldn’t recommend them

What a terrible service

What a terrible service! Located down a dingy potholed road, no signposting. Driven to airport after being charged another £15 in a van with no seatbelts. Waited nearly 2 hours at heathrow for return of the car. NIGHTMARE. AVOID!!

Car parked illegally in Thistle Hotel car park T5 with £100 fine

Paid £81 to Park Lane Valet Parking which seems to come under Super Parking Ltd to drop car off at T3 Heathrow on 1st Jan 2026. Slight delay at handover but not excessive. On return on 16th Jan 2026 told it would take an hour to bring car to T3. Busy so ended up collecting car outside T3 car park. Car seemed fine.
28th Jan 2026 received a £100 fine request from Horizon Parking for parking without paying at the Thistle Hotel T5 Heathrow with photographic evidence of timed entry 1/1/2026 and exit 16/1/2026 - PARK LANE and SUPER PARKING should be shut down immediately!

Good afternoon, 

We've arrived 30 mins early than expected as the traffic said it was worse than what it actually was. When calling to explain, we were greeted with a clearly unempathetic person, who frankly seem pissed off that we'd even called in the first place. Polite as I was, even though the person on the other end was nothing but rude, he explained that because I didn't call 30 mins before that I'd have to wait 40. 

Clearly disappointed with our misunderstanding with the communication and process, the agent made it quite clear that we were an inconvenience and was not open to helping us. As a result, we waited 50 minutes for our car to be collected, which not only was a poor service but resulted in us having to pay £20 parking fee.

Fast forward 48 hours, on our return we carefully read the instructions, and the outcome was no better. The service provided by the chap on the phone was delightful this time, which is an added bonus. As instructed, we called once we were through passport control and collected our luggage, unfortunately we were then told we’d have to wait 45 mins. Of course there’s no where to go, sit, or put bags, so we as instructed, spent 60 minutes stood in the short stay car park. After calling to find out, we were simply told, it should be here, which (you guessed it) was not.

In this time we spent, we did experience customer after customer with complaints about high miles added to their cars, cars parked up hitting the barrier and cold receptions from the staff dropping the cars off - all unsurprising.

A very good example of poor service overall. When advertising I’d strongly suggest managing expectations, we were not aware that we’d have to wait an hour either side. Every meet and greet experience we’ve used before this has been smooth, easy, efficient and have had no complaints. This experience was nothing but frustrating.

DO NOT USE - UNREPUTABLE AND UNSAFE

BOOKED THIS CO. UNDER THE GUISE OF PARK LANE MEET & GREET - DO NOT USE - UNREPUTABLE AND UNSAFE. I waited over an hour for them to collect my car - the driver who turned up had no ID and I wasn't given a receipt of any kind. I was so late by this time I just went with it. On return, I called as instructed and was told the driver would be there in a maximum of 45 mins (already long compared to the other companies I have used). I called back after an hour and was told that there was no driver to bring my car and I would just have to wait but he couldn't tell me how long! I ended up spending £30 to take a black cab to collect the car myself which was being held in an unsecure parking area in West Drayton, full of massive pot holes, bumper to bumper with many other cars (presumably by others who believed they had booked a reputable parking company) . It was dark and felt very unsafe - thankfully the cabbie waited with me until I collected the keys from some random guy in a portacabin and was in my car. DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY - always book with companies who have a physical presence at the drop-off location.

Dreadful service

had a extremely poor experience when dropping my car off. Due to waiting for almost 90 minutes for my car to be picked up my parking charge came to £18.50. Almost missed my check-in because of their poor service!

I was told I will get a refund for anything over £7.50 but nobody responds to my emails.

After leaving my car with Super Park for two weeks, I returned to find an £80 Parking Charge Notice from Heathrow for entering a terminal drop-off zone without paying the fee, with a picture of the superpark staff in the driving seat. I was explicitly told my car would not leave the car park. Despite calling and emailing repeatedly over several weeks, they have refused to resolve the issue, pay the fine or even explain why my car was driven there at all.

I would avoid using this company at all costs.
