Horrible people, will damage your car then ignore you

Criminal company. Our car was
keyed from end to end while in their possession. We noticed it right away in the Heathrow parking terminal but the parking driver ran off. The man on the phone refused to settle a plan of action.
He yelled at me and hung up. He never called back or responded to my e-mail. Do not use this company. Do not believe that compare airport parking reviews, they are a sham.

Do not use these scammers

Do not use these scammers. Parking fine incurred while they had our car. They ignore calls, constantly lie and ignore emails. This is on top of waiting hours both sides of the trip for pick up and drop off.

I believe the fine is a scam to get more money. One guy I talked to said he could get the ticket cancelled had I not paid it as it’s a sister company and they regularly do that.

Do not use!!! Also trades under park lane meet and greet. Heathrow airport should stop these scammers operating at all.

A Serious SCAM Warning: Avoid This Company at All Costs

If zero stars were possible, this company would deserve it. Please take this as a genuine warning and avoid this service entirely. They are rude, unprofessional, and have clearly used my vehicle for their own purposes while I was away.

Dropping the car off was already slower than expected, but the return experience was far worse. Despite calling ahead as instructed, I was told they were “busy” and that I would be waiting an hour for my vehicle. I tracked my car and could see it wasn’t moving, and when questioning this, I was told, “If you know where your car is, why don’t you get a taxi to it?”—an absurd suggestion given that they had my keys.

After 2.5 hours, around 20 unanswered calls, and no communication, my car finally arrived; dirty, as though it had been parked under a tree or in a field. When I asked the driver why it had taken so long to bring my car from just 15 minutes away, he claimed he had “just started his shift.”

To make matters even worse, on 30/01/2026, ten days after returning to the UK, I received a parking ticket for a period during which this company had full possession of my vehicle. This confirms they were using my car for their own benefit and parking it wherever they pleased.

This company has shown complete disregard for professionalism, customer property, and basic honesty. Do not risk leaving your vehicle with them.

Just to confirm, this was under Super Parking Meet & Greet, however they also operate under Park Lane Meet & Greet

We booked 2.5 weeks of “stress-free” valet parking with Super Parking at Heathrow. Drop-off was fine, but the return was a nightmare.
After landing at 6:30am and calling as instructed, we were left waiting 4.5 hours for our car after a 13-hour flight. We were lied to repeatedly, spoken to rudely, had calls hung up on, my number was blocked, and were even told to “go ahead and call the police” while being threatened that the car would not be returned.
A few days later, we then received a parking charge showing our car had been parked at a hotel the day after we handed it over, despite paying for it to be kept in a secure car park. We were not driving the vehicle. The charge has been passed to Super Parking and we have had no response.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely concerning behaviour.
Do not trust this company with your car.

They lost my car, crashed it and shut us in a room

They crashed my car, blowing a tyre out and left it in a back road several miles from Heathrow airport. They gave me an address and when I arrived, shut me and my colleague in a room and refused to share information as to what had happened to my car or when I would be able to get it back.

Eventually, they sent us to a random side road with my car key (which was already in the office the whole time). I had to pay for vehicle recovery and a new tyre which cost me £255 in addition to the taxi to their offices. The whole ordeal took nearly 5 hours.

At the time, they admitted liability when I saw the car and told me they would pay for the tyre. Upon providing them with a receipt they said that they will not be doing this.

I am genuinely fearful for how this company might treat a vulnerable party travelling alone. Being kept in a room miles from anywhere familiar whilst they decided how to get out of the situation is just about the most anxious I have ever felt.

I am currently investigating the matter with the police.

Be Aware, uses your car for personal use , while left with them

I used this meet and greet initially I had a great problem contacting them to drop the car off, and waited hours to collect it. That was least of my problems, The car had three quarters of a tank of fuel , when it was returned there was only a quarter of a tank remaining when I collected it , The tracker on the car was saying it was at different location in London while I was on holiday . my coat had been rummaged through Trading standards you should get involved with this company.

PLEASE AVOID
Don't want you having the same trouble as us.
Had trouble dropping the car off at Heathrow airport called them 15 times to arrange.
We were worried about collection when we would return and we had good reason it took 12 phone calls and we waited 2 hours 35 minutes for the to have our car returned.
The operator thought it was funny and laughed at me over the phone.
We have used Meet & Greet many times this was the worst service experience we have ever had.

AVOID ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT DAMAGED TO THE CAR

What a awful company the worst we have ever experienced, they traded previously under parklane meet and greet, they got that many bad reviews they re registered with this company,I made 33 phones calls when dropping off the car no reply to the phone calls ,almost missed our flight, waited almost 3 hours for them to return our car, contacting trading standards , very unprofessional while speaking on the phone mimicking me, would not tell me how long my car would be , saying different times, and then had damage to the car we did not have before .AVOID AVOID

The worst meet and greet company

This must be the worst meet and greet company operating at Heathrow. We waited 45minutes at T5 when leaving our car having followed all instructions. On our return we waited 2 hours for our car to be returned. The driver left our car at a different T5 parking level with the key on top of a rear tyre. We had to pay 2 separate T5 parking charges totalling 20.50. A terrible experience.

When leaving they took 50 minutes after calling to arrive and then falsely claimed that I must pay the short-term ticket £12:50 “small print”, flight departure close so I could not investigate at the time.

On collection they ‘endeavour’ to arrive in 60 minutes of your call. No reason to justify any delay but it took 161 minutes, that’s close to three hours. No updates or help given either. We were on the point of taking alternate route home and calling the Police about our car being stollen. When he arrive the driver left the car in the roadway in the car park, gave me the ticket and keys and ran off. Another £8:00 spent, less time parked this time!

The Controller has such a strong accent and poor English that they are no use even when they do answer your call.

Finally, the instructions quote the wrong exit from the M25 for Terminal 3 / Car Park 3 and also the wrong lane approaching Car Park 3, they cannot even get those right.

Not a shambles more a fraud, ‘Meet & Greet’ Ha!

Well from reading the other reviews, I’d say that we actually got off pretty lucky!

We called 30 minutes before we got to the terminal but then got stuck in a tiny bit of traffic and congestion within the carpark getting up to level 4 so received 2 angry calls from a no caller ID asking where we were as we were 10 minutes late. The man didn’t take any pictures of our car or give us any sort of collection ticket. Both things I thought were strange but I didn’t think into it too much. I was then trying to get in touch with them whilst on holiday as I noticed an error with our collection time so only then looked at reviews due to the poor communication and that’s when I started worrying! When we arrived back, I surprisingly spoke to a polite man on the phone multiple times whilst chasing our car up. We waited 2 hours in the end and thankfully didn’t have our car damaged or trashed or driven for personal use.

Horrendous company

Horrendous company, stole every bit of cash and change (over £50) from the cash which was hidden and out of sight so they have rifled through the car. 30 mins late to pick up despite us calling when 30 mins away. Also had to wait 40 mins upon return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Parklane Meet & Greet and Super Parking Ltd is a SCAM!!

Parklane Meet & Greet is a fraudulent company and a front for Super Parking Limited which is run by criminal low lives.
They put 76 miles on our car, it came back stinking of cigarettes and full with Greggs and other rubbish. It was in multiple locations during the course of our holiday as per our tracker. One of the car shades had been removed presumably so they could smoke out of the window. Mud throughout the car from people sitting in every seat possible.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff - Mashood in particular is an awful person and total crook
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Be Aware of Super Parking Ltd Co.

I always travel and leave my car at Heathrow parking usually I use meet and greet service .
Most of the time I check the reviews before making any online booking to decide on which company is the best for the parking service .
Unfortunately due to urgent booking to travel to the US I booked with super parking Ltd company without checking the reviews , it was I nightmare for me ,my wife and our one year granddaughter when handing the car over although I called 30 minutes before arrival as they advised it took them 2 hours to take my car which also increased the parking ticket price on me , the weather was cold and we had a baby with us , the two guys showed up were so unprofessional and rude for a minute I hesitated to give them the car but what I should do I have a flight to catch.
I was worried all the time I was away about the car when I came back I called again 30 minutes before heading to the collection area , I’ve been told 45 minutes the car will be there , after one hour of waiting I tried calling but the phone just discounts I tried several time with no luck so I tried calling from my wife ‘s phone they answered and said I mentioned in my booking I will collect the car at 9:30 am we arrived Heathrow at 6:30 am .
The rude guy on the phone said I should go back to the terminal with my wife and Waite for the driver to call me.
We sat down waiting for the call with no luck we have been waiting for 3 hours then me and my wife decided to go up to the collection area and to our surprise we saw our car parked and locked no driver was nearby to give us the keys , then decided to call the guy again and he told me the car keys are on the front tier .
This is a Scurity concern as any one can take the keys and pay the carpark ticket left inside the car and drive away.
The end to this be aware of this company they also come under park Lane meet & Greet.
I don’t recommend Super parking Ltd company at Heathrow Airport as they are rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely dire

Absolutely dire. Wish I had read the other reviews before booking this. Currently been waiting almost 2 hours for my car to be returned. Why does this have a 5 star rating on the Heathrow website??

Wait and wait rather than meet and greet!

Had to wait for 1 hr 15 mins for my car to be returned to me. The man on the phone lied to me about the reasons citing bad traffic although there wasn’t any at all! They clearly didn’t have enough drivers on to support their orders. Avoid! This is not a meet and greet service!
