Terrible experience

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs!

My brand-new car was damaged and driven by strangers while smoking, despite being told no one would touch it. I even have live CCTV footage showing what happened. I submitted evidence as requested by customer service, but my emails were completely ignored. Three different people drove my car while I was on holiday. Absolutely shocking service – appalling parking, terrible communication, and zero accountability. Never going back.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! Complete liers. We nearly missed our flight on the way out as the took over an hour to get to us. On the way back they left us waiting for 2 hours in the freezing cold. Said 10 minutes away every time we called. I have reported to Police & Trading standards. They should not be allowed to operate. DO NOT BOOK

Keep away from these lot

Waited 30 mins or so after our agreed time on the phone earlier and it was hard work meeting with the guy as had no signs/jacket etc to help us identify. Now been sitting around for an hour so far since we called whilst getting our baggage and they’re saying another 30 mins at least - don’t bother with these lot - update it’s now been almost2 hours and they are now simply not answering the phone

Disgusting…

I am so shocked and concerned these people are allowed to work from Heathrow airport! They made me wait with my 7 year old at departure and return 2 , every time I called he said he was 10 minutes away. After I started to get angry - he said he refused to bring my car back and did not care about the consequences. He said he would think about what he would do with my car. He dropped it off at the drop off I now have a car fine of £40 and I paid extra at drop off because I was in there over the time I could be paid extra £20. The person on the phone is the owner, he is rude , arrogant, disrespectful, disgusting and a liar! There is no way of contacting them and no email complaints address.

Don’t book with them!

I experienced the most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered. I was booked for 5:30am and called the driver 30 minutes early to meet me at the terminal. Arriving at 5:38, I received continuous declined calls and occasional answers like “the driver is 5 minutes away”. Frustrated, I had to book in with another on-site service costing £200. Then at 6:50, I got calls from the driver claiming he’d arrived. Never again!

Terrible company

Terrible company! 1hr in advance then had to wait 3hrs for car. Kept saying your car is on its way every 15mins when we rang. Only to find out 3hrs later he couldn’t locate our car, he had no clue where are car was. 3 other people had the same issue that was standing with us also. One women’s car had been left on the bottom floor of terminal 2 for 3 weeks! Terrible company complete liars! Avoid at all cost unless you want a hefty bill once returning from holiday. Avoidddd!!!!!!

Total scam

Same lousy experience as the other reviewers (late, rude, won’t answer the phone) but with an extra twist: after leaving the airport discovered on-board computer had been disabled to obscure where it had been and how far it had been driven. They are using the cars for nefarious purposes.

If you book through the aggregator site Heathrow Meet and Greet you won’t know you are actually dealing with Superparking until too late. So don’t use Heathrow Meet and Greet either - it’s not the official Heathrow operator.

Horrendous

Horrendous company - do not use! Extremely poor communication, long wait times and keys were left with the vehicle upon collection putting it at risk of theft. It’s not worth taking a chance on this untrustworthy and uncaring company.

Don’t use this company.

Don’t use this company.
On return to Heathrow we were told to wait an hour and they would let us know where to meet them.
When they called to say where to meet, our car was left in the car park and they were nowhere to be seen. So I phoned and phoned and there was no reply. I had no idea where the keys were and found them placed on top of a wheel on the car meaning that anyone could have nicked my car.

Cowboy company

1 hour wait on arrival at Heathrow. Got a call after an hour to tell us where the car was parked. Found it but no driver to give us the keys. Waited 10 minutes and after several calls to the company the phone was answered to tell us the driver had left the key on top of the passenger wheel. This is poor practice. The driver, who called us 15 minutes earlier, did not tell us he was going to leave the key on the tyre.
Poor communication, uncaring service. These are cowboys who should not be in business. Do not use them! We never will again!

NEVER BOOK WITH SUPER PARKING !!!!

This is unbelievable!! Booked in advance, confirmation received and being completely robbed off .On a day, called 30 min from airport, spoke with a very rude man. Waited and waited at the designated area at the Heathrow car park. Called multiple times from a 3 different mobile phones ( about 60 times in total) with all calls went to a voicemail. Almost missed our flight. We went with another company which cost us £260 in additional to the original fee 0f £74.00. We have raised a complain, left multiple reviews, reported to the police.
WORST PARKING COMPANY EVER !!!!

Thieving scumbags

I wrote a review previously about how awful our experience was. Had initially thought they hadn’t stolen our belongings but just realised - unfortunately - that they stole a bottle whisky. It was a Christmas present from a relative, buried and out of sight.

Those thieving scumbags rifled through our things and took it. Disgusting, awful people. If you leave your possessions with them - beware.

I wish I could rate zero stars

We recently booked Park Lane Meet and Greet Terminal 3 Heathrow airport

Drop off 3/1/26 @ 6am
Pick up 10/1/26 @ 11am

Upon arrival on 3/1 I rang the operator as instructed half an hour before drop off.
Once at the meeting point we had to call multiple times to find out where the driver was, the phone constantly rang to a Gig Gaf voicemail. In total we waited for an hour and a half sitting in the car in icy conditions. We then had to rush through the airport to make our flight

When arriving back on 10/1 I rang once we had our luggage as instructed. I was told 40-45 mins until our car arrived. After an hour I rang back and was told it would be a further 45 mins. It didn’t arrive so we chased again. Calls constantly went through to a Gig Gaf voicemail. In total we waited 2 hours in the cold. This is after a 9 hour flight!

So please don’t book with them, they are obviously parking the cars a long way away to take so long to get them back to you and another operator at the airport told me that the cars were parked in the street, not sure how true that is but I wasn’t filled with confidence.

There is every chance you will miss your flight!

WARNING -DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!
This company kept us waiting 2 hours on our departure day and a further 4 hours on our return day.
We were kept waiting in the cold with no waiting room and no WC facilities.
Incompetent, unreliable, dishonest….
DO YOU WANT TO RISK MISSING YOUR FLIGHT BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY?
THEN DO NOT USE
Given 1 star because you can not give a minus review , otherwise would be -5

Just awful

Just awful. Collection of the car was fine when we arrived at LHR but on the return it was awful. We had to return back to the UK 7 days early due to my wife being taken to hospital in Thailand. I called them to advise this 48 hours before we came back. The person on the phone said fine just call us when you land. When I landed I called an was told I couldn’t have the car as it was blocked in. I advised I had called 2 days prior to advise. They didn’t care. It then cost me £185 for a hotel over night. The next morning I had to collect the car from a compound 7 miles away and the UBER cost me another £25. Shocking service and I’ll be claiming th money back for this or taking them to court.

Never book with Super Parking

We booked in advance, called multiple times 30 mins from the airport but it went to voicemail or said the mailbox was full so couldn’t take a message. We emailed them but no answer. We arrived at Heathrow T2 Short Stay Parking and none met us so we paid the parking with another company which cost us £260 in addition to the original fee. Having seen the other reviews of Super Parking we at least feel confident that we will get our car back on time when we return.
