The bad I purchased works well and is what was expected. However, The magwell grip fits loosely. After fastening all three screws, with no gaps between the two halves, there is still approximately 1/8 of an inch gap, on both sides, between the magwell and the grip that was purchased.

I had been looking for a good price on a set of plates in AR500 Level 3+ for sometime and I just happened across Tacticon's sale on their left hand shooters cut 3+ plate set for $59 dollars & the trauma pads for $29 dollars more. I couldn't pass that deal up! Tax, shipping and all for a set of quality level 3+ plates & pads was $114.

Great product design and description. Quick shipping.

Pretty unsatisfied with the quality, durability, and overall design of the duty belt.

Issue #1 -The straps used to size the belt fold on the inside of the belt, which takes away space from the Velcro which should hook onto the inner belt, resulting in the duty belt sagging in the front, or forcing me to slide my mag holder down to an impractical location on the belt.
Issue #2 - the MOLLE isn’t made with a durable material, and after a few uses of anything on the heavier side causes the stitching to tear away. They are also made with not enough leeway, so that something as lightweight and simple as a radio clip is frustrating to attach and even more of a headache to remove again.

I bought a 3A lite vest, and it was the best value for my money. Great products and great customer service.

The product was good and well made

They kept good communication about a pre order that kept getting delayed and after still waiting on the product, they offered to upgrade the order so that way they could ship it out now, instead of still waiting for the delayed one.

I received a package that was missing an item. I'm not even sure who's fault it was, Tacticon or the shipping company. Regardless, are a few email exchanges and pictures, Tacticon made it right and shipped out the missing item. A1 customer service. 10/10

My favorite shop!!

Order wasn't delivered and according to usps it was. Tacticon basically said not our problem and now I'm out over 600 bucks and have nothing to show for it. The insurance is therefore pointless. UPDATE. Post office in my area has been making multiple wrong drop offs. But due to them brushing it off I must accept the loss of my money and try a company that does not use USPS.

Good product great customer service took a little longer for them to ship out than they projected but overall happy with purchase
