Customer service rep Jen NEEDS promotion,I tend to be a jag, Jen calmed me down in seconds and handled my needs in a matter of minutes. She's great, got my new replacement part shipped out in cupl days and received it 3 days later. Can't ask for a better CSR....PROMOTE JEN!

Great communication. Pre-ordered a vest and plates, let me know when to expect items to ship, however plate carrier was going to be delayed. Customer service reached out to see if it was OK to UPGRADE my carrier in order to fulfill on time delivery. Very happy with the dealings I had with Tacticon.

First off the items I purchased in December were on preorder and were scheduled to be shipped out mid January. Well that didn’t happen it sat on delayed for months. Finally last month they told me they can change out one of my items for another one. I was happy at first but the item was not in Ranger Green like the other items I order that were in Ranger Green. They gave me a tan one instead. I was sick of waiting and the communication Wasn’t helpful.

The lead time was way to long before my items were shipped. Plus was the upgrade to stay on shipping schedule.

Had to wait awhile do to get my stuff due to merchandising issues. Upgraded my battle vest to make things write. Customer service was always kind a very responsive. Will continue to purchase from Jake and Tacticon.

I've purchased a few products and have always been satisfied with everything. Fast, quality, and my most recent purchase was my first "issue" with any kind of QA that was resolved very quickly. It was a fairly minor issue that I inquired about trying to just fix myself, but they just sent me an entire new product IMMEDIATELY. The communication was very fast and once the issue was identified they sent me a whole new light (not just the switch) the next day. I'll continue to recommend their business.

Tacticon's customer service people are awesome...! I destroyed the tail switch wire on my lights laser combo, and enquired about the possibility of buying a a replacement. They sent me a new wire free of charge....! So buy with confidence, they stand behind their products...!!
