I use teeveeing on a firestick
I use teeveeing on a firestick. It has been excellent until lately. Constantly loosing signal causing the program to freeze. Customer service has been very good but the problem hasn’t been solved. Going on for four days now. Even as I write this it has lost the signal four times. Not a happy customer at the moment.

ich würde niemanden empfehlen sich mit diesem Unternehmen auf eine geschäftliche Zusammenarbeit einzulassen.
Am 07.04.25 habe ich mich registriert um das SAT Programm Deutschland zu empfangen, die Abbokosten für 9,99 Euro wurden sofort von meiner Krditkarte gebucht. Empfangen konnte ich aber nur 28 deutsche TV Programme. Ich kündigte am nächtsten Tag das Abbo und ging davon aus das ich auch mein Geld zurück bekomme. In den FAQ stand geschrieben dass man sein Geld sofort zurück bekommt wenn man nur bis 60 Minuten oder innerhalb 7 Tage kündigt. Bei mir kam beides in Frage. Am späten Nachmittag des nächsten Tages bekam ich von Google eine Mitteilung dass meine EMail nicht an dieses Unternehmen gesendet werden kann, die Annahme wird verweigert. Diese Mitteilung bekam ich bestimmt fünf mal. Ich nahm Kontakt zu meiner Bank auf und versuchte die Zahlung rückgängig zu machen. Vorgestern meldete sich nun dieses uminöse Frma um mir mitzuteilen dass sich mein Abbo am 07.05.25 um einen Monat verlängert. Ich teilte erneut mit dass das Abbo gekündigt ist, was dann auch bestätigt wurde.
Gestern Abend eine erneute Mail mit der Frage was denn passiert ist, warum ich gekündigt habe. In kurzen Worten beschrieben, darauf hingewiesen dass ich noch keine Rückzahlung erhalten habe. Nun seit einer Stunde Mail Verkehr mit dem Ergebnis das die Rückzahlung nicht begründet ist weil ich nicht innerhalb sieben Tagen gekündigt habe. Leute, Finger weg von diesem Verein.

I love to watch tv with teeveeing and have had just normal internet related issues but nothing so serious. My customer support is always a delite to contact them, because they are really helpful and had for everything the right explanation.
To your payment issue I will let you now, paypal is shit and I use since ages wise.com (former transferwise) and they are reliable and correct and is a pre paid debit cart which you can set up directly in your teeveeing account as payment methode. No risk and all works fine. Just try it i use it as my second payment methode everywhere.
Quick and easy to use. Will sort your error messages 👍👍👍😏😏😏

Can no longer receive Teeveeing as they no longer use PayPal for payments. My bank will not allow me to pay with my bankcard directly on their website neither will they let me pay via Apple. We have a company here that control card payments ( it is called Nets) they have to agree with payment site and if they detect anything untoward so payment is not allowed......Very unhappy....Danish tv is crap as is there Satelite tv!!!!

Wrongly charged
Actually, I am quite pleased with Teeveeing and I am very pleased with the "Time Machine" function, which I use almost every day. Last year I subscribed to "Later", which was before Time Machine. I tried many times to cancel my "Later" subscription and nothing happens. I removed my credit card details, hoping that would work. When my subscription to Teeveeing expired I had to add my credit card and suddenly there is a transaction for 89.99 Euros for "Later".
I am now in contact with Visa to try and get a refund for this fraudulant behaviour.

Great service in general
I use teeveeing mainly to watch the BBC Europe news channel and also some Irish rte and virgin TV channels. In general service is great and works well. I find the casting to Chromecast confusing as it gives me multiple options and occasionally have had service not working but mainly this has been stable since the move from TV mucho (apart from outage in march others have noted in reviews). Recordings work very well and I would recommend this service.

Ugh! They had been doing so well after the nightmare switchover from TV Mucho. Unfortunately, for the last week or so, they've been buffering so badly again that most programmes are unwatchable.

I was thinking of joining them, but after reading these comments, I don't think I will now.
One of the worst things that really put me off, is the lack of contact method. Many companies don't let you talk (phone) to them at all. That's a no no for me.
I am looking for a good customer service most of all.

Phew what a relief
Phew what a relief, my TeeVeeing in Italy was offline earlier this morning but, whatever the problem, it seems to have been solved now and I can continue viewing.
Since taking over from TVMucho I’ve found their service excellent so hope it’ll continue long into the future.

Teeveeing was unaccessible on March 1. Emailed support and they're not available until Mon. That's strange in itself, because support was previously available 24/7. I am glad to say that Teeveeing was back to normal today (Mar 2). I'm in the US. Relieved and hope it doesn't happen again! Wished the company would've let customers know what's happening though🙄

My view is that this is a great service for those of us who want to watch UK tv while abroad. We use it mainly in Spain but our daughter has also used it while in Australia. There are occasional blips in the service for technical reasons but in my experience have always been quickly resolved as they were this morning when the ssl certificate expired.

I am having the same problem as others
I am having the same problem as others. Last night TeeVeeing was working perfectly and then this morning a black screen on all my devices. I have emailed support and received an email very quickly stating that they have updated my request. However they are only available Monday to Friday at normal business hours of 8.00 to 5.00.
I have given two stars as normally my service is flawless. I use the service in Spain.

Started having problems a couple of…
Started having problems a couple of days ago.. Now today the 02/03/2025 blank screen. No way to contact teeveeing.. Each time i try i receive a message" not a secure site"..Would appreciate feedback from teeveeing as i have just payed for a full year subscription.
Been with tvmucho 7 years no issues.. Teeveeing has not been to bad, but there service has not been any near as good.. Customer service when you can access them have been good..

Now have full access on all devices.

UK TV channels
Never had any major issues with site, and have been using it for years. Streams without any buffering. Good clear 7 day TV guide, which is great for recording upcoming programs. All communication are replied to promptly and efficiently.
Would be completely lost without it.
