Too much buffering and lagging…

Had Mucho tv before and signed up for Teeveeing which was ok to start with but since Dec the buffering and lagging is get worse everyday.. I have no other problems with any other streaming channels.
Have a very fast fiber WiFi.
If it doesn't improve I we not be renewing my subscription. I really hope they sort it out asap.

I have to agree with previous reviewers…

I have to agree with previous reviewers that the buffering is getting unbearably annoying. I have fibre optic internet connection, I've tried wifi and cable connections and the buffering remains, totally totally awful.

Wenn ich nur wüsste wie man den Service…

Wenn ich nur wüsste wie man den Service konfiguriert, das erschliesst sich mir einfach nicht. Ich soll die App auf dem iPhone mit dem Fernseher verbinden, nur die App gib es auf meinem brandneuen LG Fernseher gar nicht. Nirgends findet man eine Anleitung die auch nur irgendwas beschreibt. Schade.

Hi, as of my email dated 06.12.24 I was informed that the issue with the buffering was fixed, but obviously not as it has gone worse, this is making my decision to renew not easier, so could you please try to find the problem and solve it. Regards Frankie

One problem after another.

The same problems for as long as i can remember. Buffering, then no sound, then audio and sound out of sync. One problem after another and solutions that never last for very long.

"Als Weltenbummler war ich auf der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit, weiterhin deutsches, englisches, französisches Fernsehen zu schauen. Mit Teeveeing habe ich endlich die perfekte Lösung gefunden! Die Auswahl an Sendern ist riesig und die Bildqualität ist hervorragend. Besonders schätze ich, dass ich auch Aufnahmen planen kann, um keine meiner Lieblingssendungen zu verpassen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es wäre schön, wenn es noch mehr regionale Sender von allen angebotenen Ländern geben würde."

Ich habe zwar auch gelegentliche…

Ich habe zwar auch gelegentliche Abbrüche, aber sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden mit teeveeing.
Katastrophal finde ich die Menüführung, unter anderem die deutsche Menü Übersetzung ist falsch und manchmal muss man 1x klicken damit Video startet, an anderen punkten wieder 2x. Wo ist die Favoriten Liste geblieben ?? Mit einem super Menü und ohne Abbrüche wäre es top

Nur noch treurer Müll

Als es noch TVMucho war, war wenigstens das Feedback noch korrekt und man hat (auf deutsch) sich redlich bemüht. Aber jetzt!? Diese App grenzt an abzocke und ist keinen Pfifferling wert. Es ist unmöglich eine gesamte Sendung ohne Abstürze, einfrieren oder Blackouts zu sehen. Auf Beschwerde erhalten sie dann eine AI generierte Rückantwort auf englisch. Kein Wunder, dass man diese App nur 15 Minuten kostenlos testen kann, denn länger läuft sie nich fehlerfrei. Weg mit!

No service and no explanation

I haven't had TV service for over a week (probably longer). None of the channels connect, they just show the little satellite. I have the annual plan, and there have been months at a time where I have had no service here in Spain but never received any kind of explanation or compensation.

No service for days

Hi there. Another customer that can only see the satellite beaming on screen... but no signal reaching my tv for days. Really bad. Not renewing.

Keeps stopping.

Why does this app keep stopping? All you get is a blank screen, no app, no tv..... Nothing. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but it makes no difference. Tried on an ipad mini, Xiaomi TVbox, and Samsung Chromebook. It doesn't work.

Scam

It was nearly two months ago that I informed people on this site not to touch these rip off merchants. Two months has elapsed and not only no service provided for which I’ve paid but they’ve shut off the server, hopefully they’ll go bust because the Spanish police are investigating this operation. My “contract” runs out in April and I’d have had no service for six months and at that point in time my abogado will instigate legal action.

Living in Italy missing some of my…

Living in Italy missing some of my favourite programmes but with first tvmucho then became Teeveeing i must say I'm completely satisfied i can watch live or record and watch when i please.
Customer service is brilliant the few times i have contacted them they always resolved the problem straight away. I wouldn't be without it.

I bought TeeVeeing when it was known as…

I bought TeeVeeing when it was known as Mucho TV, in essence I bought it for my father to watch TV while he was in hospital, I installed it on an iPad. In concept its brilliant! Time has passed now and I was a bit suprised when out of the blue a few years later, a years subscription came out of my account. I immediately contacted them who, very quickly terminated my account and provided a full refund. Mucho TV and/or Teeveeing have always provided an excellent service.
