A lot of negative here But I Have been using Teeveeing for 3 months in the canary islands and yes there is the odd drop out but lets not forget its an internet signal in areas that may not have the best infrastructure plus these things happen. I watch thru a "Shield" Android box and all good . I am very happy with the service . On set up been a novice on this I got excellent advice on line from Teeveeing thru the chat box

The sign in doesnt work tonight 16th July...its really irritating. Im using a VPN. It worked earlier, now not! Its crazy and customer response only available until 5pm..in my experience the problems all happen later. Needs to be attention 24/7...

Why is it since the Name changed from TV Mucho to TEEVEENING that I cant watch the Rugby, it was always available with TV Mucho, to day I cand see the Rugby Match between my Counry Ireland and South Africa to day, WHY, I would appreciate an Early Reply, verry disappointed Customer.

Cannot sideload onto firestick. No response to email so cancelled subscription, I thought. Have charged me again. Nothing on the app to cancel as it states there is. Have emailed again and awaiting response. Not happy. Please don't respond with what appears to be your standard response....

Absolutely disgraceful, it works during the day then at night it won't load. I have paid good money for this product and you can't deliver. 3 months now or however it is since you took over TV Mucho utter utter disgrace. I told you to boost your signal, that is all it will take. Do it and Trust Pilot will not be full of complaints. Why is YouTube and Netflix not in this dreadful state?

Have had no Live TV or TV Guide since Friday just a blue screen. Sending emails is a complete waste of time because just ignored and no help whatsoever. Crap customer service just like their app.

Response to reply from TeeVeeing to address the lying response.
I just checked and it still is €99.99 not €89.99 that you’ve stated here in your response and my account was purposely shut down by one of your staff, he knows who he is, and then I mentioned this was fraud because I paid for it, then you turned it back on when there was days left from a few months remaining. According to the Spanish police you are fraudsters, and I did contact you and you did nothing for me, but give me the runaround, and close down my account.
I have proof back to back everything up I’m stating, too bad you can’t add photos.

They are beening investigated by the Spanish police. They are scammers fraudsters They closed my account two months early without any explanation or refund of which is fraud. They blocked my response so all emails get bounced back, when I’m paying for a service?
My story; I had no access to my account to turn off order renew, no one seems to address it and went ignored, probably hoping for a payment July 6th!? I’m going to be contact my credit card to make sure billing doesn’t go through from TVMUCHO, PZAZ, or TeeVeeing pick a name, same company many name changes.
This service has more than double in price since I joined in 2019 and I’m not paying the new increase to €99.99!
I’ve was asking since April to stop my auto renewal but it still is ON and I don’t have access!? It was OFF and I received a cancellation letter when I did, but since your update it has been reactivated. Yet to receive assistance with this because it has been ignored so I’ll be contacting my credit card company so I’m not billed.
With now TeeVeeing taking over after TVMUCHO/PZAZ price has gone up and service down. It’s just way too expensive now for the buffing slow service you get now for expat tv so I’ll go elsewhere! I looked at the 25% off but that doesn’t even work, and takes a long time for reply’s so I gave up. No accessibility to your account works, No access allowed!
Like I say prices went up since I started in 2019, it was €48.00 EUR for Expat TV, then it went up to €71.88, €89.99 now they want €99.99. It’s laughable and not happening. It’s gone up from €48.00 since the pandemic!
I will be contacting my credit card company if this goes ignored any longer, since this has been ignored since April, cancel my auto renewal I’m not paying €99.99 for this glitchy service. The Spanish police are interested in my experience so I won’t be holding back since the way things went down

Signed up on 17th June
Signed up on 17th June. Worked fine on holiday in spain. Now back in UK. Nothing working. Just get the satellite symbol. Less than 2 weeks out of 52. Not good service.

Unbelievably bad for months now
Unbelievably bad for months now, but at a total loss tonight, in fact every night, dont know what I am saying, just no recordings come through until late at night, live TV tonight literally only one channel working, itv and thats football, no idea what I am paying for

Can’t contact teeveeing by email
I’ve been a customer of TVMucho and teeveeing for a couple of years.I’ve been trying to renew my contract and pay for the expat one for another year. I have only managed to get the free 15 minutes a day. I can’t get past the payment and detail page….comes up with warning server error.
Please don’t tell me to email support team as I’ve already done that and it bounced back.
This appears to be the only way to contact you.

Working ok till a server went down here in italy, once repaired they told me to reinstall the app, IT WILL NOT reinstall, emailed teeveeing twice with NO reply ?
Seems they are happy to take your money without any customer service GGggrrrr

Slowly but surely they are getting back…
Slowly but surely they are getting back to giving good service. Had an issue with no icons on live tv or tv guide, but now they are back.
Still have an issue with some of my recordings with no delete button to delete them but hey ho, they are getting there.
SPOKE TOO SOON, 2 DAYS LATER AND THE ICONS ARE GONE AGAIN !!!

Once again no channels are working on laptops
Once again no channels are working on our laptops but are working perfectly on tablet & mobile. This issue was fixed by them about a week ago but it seems that it is happening again here in Greece!! They suggested previously using a different browser with a free VPN which we installed and it was working well until today. Even on the alternative browser with VPN installed there are no channels working. Very frustrating again and needs sorting as soon as possible.

No TV, unable to access my account, helpless
I have been unable to watch TV since the end of May and I can no longer access my account, which means that I cannot cancel my subscription and get a refund for the months that I paid in advance in January.
From my ipad, if I type their address I get the page about their site being seized by the Spanish police. From my computer I manage to get to the login screen but it doesn’t accept my password and when I tried to change it, it tells me that there’s an unexpected error and that I have tried too many times.
I want to cancel my subscription and I want my money back.

As Trustpilot continues to be the only…
As Trustpilot continues to be the only way to get Teeveing to respond (they don't respond to messages sent to their Support email), I am desperately trying to get my money worth. I even provided the proof of my subscription payment and now the system tells me "please provide a valid email address" whenever I try to log in. Which means I can't even try to get a new password. I have tried with 3 different VPNs, to no avail. I just don't understand why some people continue to get the service they paid for, while others like me are left stranded with AI-generated sorry messages. Can Teeveing (some guy named Rich??) get this fixed please?

Have had similar problems to all the people below, and cancelled my subscription. To give them their due, they issued a full refund of my annual subscription within a few days, Hopefully this service, which used to be excellent, will be back up and running at some stage.

Clunky sign in screens, multiple sign ins needed
When it does work it is fine. I have not experienced the outages others seem to have had. My biggest gripe is with the login system and on screen navigation. It is very clunky. Today I had to put my password in again and it came up with the message - you've tried too many times etc...wait x minutes. So I signed in on my PC with the same password and it went straight through. Back to the TV and signed in and it went through. But I had a sign in screen come up, I filled that in and then it puts you through to a screen with the stations but also a banner giving you the free 15 minutes, or, yep...sign in. Signed in again and got through. It doesn't help that my Sony has a clunky signing in "keyboard". But every time this happens I really want to cancel but it is the only way of watching the Rugby I want to catch.
