Excellent customer service. I had an issue with multiple payments while purchasing a Tourist eSIM, and the support agent was very helpful and professional. She quickly reported the duplicate payments for a refund and suggested using an incognito browser window to complete the registration, which solved the problem immediately. Thanks to her help, I successfully registered and installed my eSIM. Thank you for the great support!

Operator, Nemanja, that was handling my request has been extremely professional and quick in resolving the issue. He has also been very polite and not only that the interaction has been extremely useful for me (as it saved me from going to one of your physical locations) but it was a great experience with amazing staff member. Really five start for Nemanja.

Overall constructive comment about Crnogorski Telekom services: What can be improved is chat with operator through your app (that was the first thing I have tried). It has started and then it stopped, not even delivering messages I have been sending so it seems like there is some technical glitch. Then I moved to Whatsapp and it worked without any technical challenges.
Generally app has some glitches (like the ine I have faced today) that would be amazing to be resolved. Yet, to be fair, the call center support and your agents fully offset that with quick reaction and resolutions.

Excepted the fact that it took me almost 30 minutes to be up and running, all the rest went perfectly well. The network is always available, the connection is very stable and the price is excellent for what it offers. Excellent option to always have data and network available.
