My vaginal swab test was perfect but apparently my blood tests could not be tested... I paid £90 and I am really upset that I don't get what I paid for. I really wanted the blood tests that's why I paid the extra. Disappointed wound not recommended

I am very sorry to hear your blood results weren't able to be tested. Sometimes we can't test samples that have taken a while to reach us (particularly when the weather has been so warm). Results say there was a problem now order a new kit. Its a money scam. The results were replied to two days later. So the reply below is not justified answer. So I'd like another test ir a refund

I paid for the full range of tests and…
I paid for the full range of tests and followed the instructions. When I tried to get my results, I was told 4 of the results could not be tested because by the time it arrived back to their lab they said the blood sample was not viable. I am guessing therefore that returning by post is not suitable for this type of sample. So why make me pay in full when actually this will never work.

We are very sorry about this experience. I have looked in to this and agree that you shouldn't have to pay for a new test. Our blood tests are very reliable, but occasionally delays in the post mean that samples are too old and cannot be tested by our lab. In this case, we should have offered you a retest at no charge. If you send us an email, I'll get a new kit in the post to you right away. Just send your name and reference number to info@test.me.
