I really like TEVA sandals to wear in Spring , Summer and Autumn . So my foot is not closed and the system to fit on my foot is simple . Also the Look of the sandals i fell natural and perfect . And the best effort is the simple , good and easy cleaning with water .My last TEVA sandals i wear 5 years in water , swimming and wandering and casual . just 1 week ago the clou make the sole in two parts . Very good product !!! From the order to arrive in my home is not even 48 hours . So for me i feel this all is more than perfect .

I have lots of pairs of Tevas, they are always delivered promptly, can't beat them.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after nearly a month of dealing with this, I feel other customers should know what to expect.

This issue started on 16 June when my order was delivered incorrectly. I had specifically selected delivery to a Post Office collection point, but the parcel was shipped as a home delivery to that location instead. When I went to collect it, the Post Office refused to release it because a collection code was required. DPD then confirmed they could not provide a collection code because the shipment had been created incorrectly by the sender.

In other words, I was unable to collect an item I had paid for because of an error outside of my control.

I contacted Teva and eventually had to submit a formal complaint. I then received a phone call from Leona in the UK customer service team who apologised and assured me everything would be sorted. I was specifically told the parcel would be collected from the pickup point, returned to Teva, then sent back to me with next-day delivery. I was also told I would receive new tracking information once it had been dispatched.

None of that happened.

There was no follow-up, no tracking information, no replacement parcel, and no proactive communication. I was simply left waiting.

Now, weeks later after complaining AGAIN, I have received another email from Maria effectively suggesting that I was responsible for not collecting the parcel and informing me that I will only receive a refund once the item is returned to them. That completely ignores the fact that I could never collect it in the first place because of the way it had been shipped.

The most frustrating part is not even the original delivery error. Mistakes happen. It’s the way the UK customer service team handled it afterwards. I was given assurances that were never followed through, my formal complaint wasn’t handled properly, I had to keep chasing for updates, and despite this dragging on since 16 June, I am still without the sandals or a refund.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. A simple shipping issue turned into weeks of wasted time because nobody took ownership or followed through on what they promised. I expected far better from a well-known brand.

The TEVA Men's HYDRATREK Water Sandals are an attractive Purple and Green colour with brown Soles.-The Size 11 is the correct fit -they seem quite wide.-I think that a Size 12 would have been a bit too big probably.-They were delivered quickly by the excellent DPD Courier company -At 12.20 pm today.-I am very pleased and completely satisfied with this purchase and recommend TEVA and DPD to anyone.-Thankyou very much.

I love my Wraptor sandals but it took a day or two to get used to them. They take a bit of foot wriggling to get on the first few times but once on they’re very secure and don’t flop about. It’s very much like a trainer but with ventilation. I’m on my feet all day and normally wear barefoot shoes but in hot weather running about on hard surfaces I get fatigue in my calves. These special edition wraptors cost more than I really wanted to spend but I just loved the colors. When I first tried them on though I considered sending them back but I’m really glad I didn’t because now I wear them almost all day everyday.

I could track the whole process easily, was quick,they had the option to accomodate a new delivery address easily and the pack arrived in optimum conditions.

Plus I immediately put on the new shoes and are heavenly comfortable! I can only hope they last as expected.

Es sind bereits meine 2. identischen Sandalen, für mich gibt es im Sommer nichts besseres.

The product is just fine. The customer support is a disaster. An absolute mastery of ignorance. The "next day delivery" fee is a scam.

EDIT: The customer support indeed contacted me with a significant delay and refunded the "next day delivery" fee. Btw. it took 5 days for the delivery, which is pretty standard and OK. I'd not recommend "next day delivery" though. It's hardly possible here, if they use UPC (or any other) and ship cross borders.

Echt mooie vrouwelijke slippers/sandalen. Zoals gewend zijn ook deze onverwoestbaar goed afgewerkt voor jarenlang draagcomfort.

Arrived on time and person delivering the sandals was friendly and polite.
