Nie wieder online mit Teva
Ich hatte 3 Paar Schuhe bestellt, davon eins behalten.
Die Rückerstattung war nicht korrekt da Teva nicht rechnen kann. Es haben 2,50EUR gefehlt.
Ist kein Vermögen, aber unverständlich.
Seit 2 Wochen versuche ich das Geld erstattet zu bekommen. Ohne Erfolg - sie lehnen die Erstattung mit immer wieder neuen fadenscheinigen Begründungen (andere Emailadresse, andere Kontonummer, ...) ab.

Just the most beautifully designed…
Just the most beautifully designed sandals. So comfortable. My feet are quite wide, and they are just about accommodating for that, though definitely not ‘barefoot’ shape, like my feet usually appreciate. Fantastic quality, and next day delivery was covered by my 10% email subscription discount. Win win.

Teva sandals rubbed badly
The sandals I purchased rubbed my feet so much the second time I wore them that I bled. Will not be recommending Teva sandals.

NON-existent customer service
I ordered a sandals from Teva (EU shop). The shipping location was to Bulgaria.I purchased them on 06.06.2026. Today’s date is 18.06. Thats more than 12 days of me not knowing where my items are because DHL probably lost my package. There is absolutely no option to contact with them. On their site is some kind AI CHATBOT that asks me what my issue is and is extremely unhelpful because he always does the same thing - say someone from Teva company will contact with me soon. (That never happens 😀). There is no email and no phone number to contact them. I can’t get info on my order where is it and i can’t even refund it. This clearly looks like a scam. I would very much want my money back and if someone from TEVA sees this fix your customer service ASAP!

I bought Teva sandals many years ago…
I bought Teva sandals many years ago and they sadly were worn out. I had no hesitation in ordering a new pair. I love the great support, Velcro fastening and sturdy soles. They give me confidence and excellent comfort when walking. They arrived in only a few days, I was kept informed of delivery times and they were well packaged. I am very happy with the Teva service.

My emails have been ignored for over a week now , ordered some sandals and one of the sandals has tighter straps that the other side . No one is getting back to me to sort it ?

Might be the most comfortable shoes I ever owed. I can immediately wear them without any friction pain. The sole is very soft and comfortable. And they look awesome!
