I have not received my parcel
I have not received my parcel. It says I signed for it, I wasn’t at home. There is no evidence on my ring doorbell of anyone deliver at that time. My neighbours were sitting outside and could clearly see my front door, no one delivered a parcel or came to my door apart from my husband.

Another pair of Tevas
They are as they looked online. They seem to have a slightly wider fitting than many shoes I've tried and that suits my feet. The soles on my ancient Teva sandals have not worn out which is great as they have done lots of miles. I hope I get the same from these new shoes.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company. I have worn a pair of their hiking sandals for years and they are so comfortable, I decided to have another pair in a different colour. They are dainty enough to wear with summer dresses. I forgot to use the code for 10% off and so I emailed Teva. They have just credited my card with the £7. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Très très bon produit, on a acheté plieurs depuis quelques années et ca tiens 2 a 3 ans en utilisant tout les jours pendant l’été. Donc sur le longterm moins cher que d’autre et pas mal au pieds mais du confort, donc très content

I have no idea where my order is
My order was supposed to arrive yesterday at a pick up location by my house. I was at work and tracking it.
It then appeared on the DPD site that the driver couldn’t deliver it because I was not home, which doesn’t make sense because I sent it to a shop. They then said they left it with my neighbour, and in the picture of proof of delivery, the address listed doesn’t exist on the street near the pick up spot, and according to the tracking, in Barking, which is nowhere near where I live in Tottenham.
I went to the shop just to check and they received nothing. I have absolutely no idea where my package is. I did report this through the Teva site, the AI assistant said it would pass on my details but I would like an email address or something to connect me to a person.
I am quite upset and disappointed with this. I’m not sure if the label was wrong or if DPD messed this up, but on the website, all my details are correct. This is also a pick up location I used frequently.

Size shrinkage of Tiva Olowahu
Purchase of Tiva Olowahu
While the buy and the delivery were smooth the item is useless to me. Previously I bought 3 identical pairs, in various colours and I love them. But not this time...
I ordered exactly the same size - except they are now shorter and more narrow than ever before, and that is no good, as whilst i might be able to get other parts of my body to shrink, this is not so with my feet!
I have wasted my time on purchase and my money on postage.
Teva you have a dissatisfied customer. I will be returning the newly arrived Olowahu sandals. My old ones will have to do this summer.
