Appalling experience
Appalling experience. I was sent the wrong sandals - a cheap model nothing like what I ordered. I initiated the ‘free returns’ process - and using the returns points map ( DHL) that Teva links to, went to 4 different supposed places in my area. Not one of them accepted the parcel. There were 2 automatic ‘locker’ points and two tabacs. The last tabac said when he scanned the return label that it indicated that the parcel had already gone to a return point! I have had to send the parcel by post - it cost me €20.
Naturally I have emailed Customer Services - twice. I have had no reply. I have never encountered such awful service and can imagine I have kissed goodbye to my €110 for the shoes as well as €20 for the postage, not to mention hours driving around , and fuel used. Not worth it. My advice - don’t order from them.

Sizing different to original version
Ordering and delivery was fine. No problem. However the sizing on the slim strap version is different to the original version. I have two pairs of the original and both fit perfectly. The straps are longer on the slim ones and if you have slim feet like me then when you tighten them they touch the floor. Also the heel straps don’t hold my feet secure enough like the original ones do. For anyone with wider feet then I’m sure they would be fine

Let op: er zijn sandalen met en sandalen zonder voering
De TEVA Hurricane XLT3 sandaal heeft geen voering. Als je ermee door water en zand loopt krijg je wondjes aan de zijkant van je voeten. Ik heb hiermee de verkeerde TEVA's besteld. Jarenlang had ik TEVA's met voering, en die bevielen heel goed. Ik ga die nu alsnog bestellen.
(Ik heb overigens na deze review een vriendelijke emailwisseling gehad met TEVA, veel begrip voor mijn verkeerde aankoop en ik krijg 20% korting bij mijn volgende aankoop)

Easy to order
Easy to order, arrived promptly, super comfy and supportive. I like the thicker soles as they are much better than the lightweight soles which have a habit of catching on rough ground and making me trip over!

Customer service were so good
Customer service were so good. I had my parcel returned without being delivered to the DPD parcel shop. I contacted customer service via the bot and received an email from a person a day later. They intercepted my parcel when it was returned to the warehouse and sent it out a second time. The non-delivery happened again and I finally realised the parcel was too big for a drop-off shop. Teva intercepted it again and sent it out a third time, this time to my home address. They were really really helpful. (Sadly the same cannot be said of DPD!)
