Delivered wrong shoe and wrong colour
Not only sent the wrong colour but the wrong model. I ordered a completely different shoe in bright coral and got a completely different sandal in brown.

Schoenen zijn prima maar bezorging!!!
Schoenen zijn prima. Zitten goed. Maar de bezorging via DHL was zeer slecht.
Thuis zijn en geen pakje ontvangen maar wel melding krijgen dat het bij mij bezorgd is. Na bij alle buren nagevraagd te hebben, hebben we het pakket uiteindelijk bij buren in de prullenbak gevonden.

Money spent, nothing to show for it.
Teva takes your money and delivers nothing. I placed an order with delivery to a DPD locker. On the day of the delivery, DPD emailed to say delivery to a locker would not be possible and home delivery would be done instead. Then - silence from both DPD and Teva. Four days after, I check the DPD website to see that Teva have requested the item back. No explanation, no reason, no warning, no comms from Teva. The Teva chatbot tells me I can expect my money back in 15 DAYS after they get their own parcel back. Joke of a company. Place an order if you feel like giving them an interest-free loan for about three weeks.
