Deceptive money back and cancelation policy
I sent back the product after my skin broke out in blisters. They have a 60 day money back guarantee. The day they refunded 64.75 (which shows they received the product and my note canceling) but yet they put through another charge of 91.76. I then went to their website again to cancel and they said okay canceled yet I have to pay $189. So now I have to send that back at my own cost. Very deceptive.

Ordering kits on line
Changing or adding to existing orders/kits are not easy to maneuver on-line. I’ve had difficulty changing my kit and out of frustration have had to contact a representative to place my order.

I had been using the products for 2 years as directed with no visible improvement in my crepy skin. I've attempted to cancel my subscription but end up just freezing it for several months. I continue to return the products unopened that are sent to me. The customer service staff on the phone is very kind, patient, and friendly.

At this time the product does keep me focused on taking care of my skin daily. Hard to get out of subscription I didn’t enroll in. Also bill showed shipping box and filler used to cushion product. Like shredded paper was $6

Does make my skin soft but doesn't really smooth out my arms. Also I had changed my delivery to 6 months and somehow it got changed to 3 months. Will be cancelling.

The products are great
The products are great, really love them and they do work. The website needs some work, it was down for almost 8 months and now that its back dont notice any difference. I do not like spreading the cost over several months would rather just pay and be done.

I have been using crepe erase for years. I really love it. It really erases the crepe from my arms, neck, chest, and on my face upper lip and eyes. I even had friends that are 8,10,12 years younger than me ask what are you using.

Awful - I don't want any more of your products - I resent the hard sell tactics when I have tried to cancel in the past, the products aren't that good, and I dislike being charged weeks and weeks in advance AFTER the products have been sent, but weeks before they arrive. You have my money long before I see the product. I want to cancel NOW.
