We bought a new pet bed to replace the old worn out one that our Lab has used for the last 5 years. It arrived quickly and our dog loves it. It is well made and has loads of stuffing. A great product.

Ordered the Brooklyn Deep Sleep pet bed, in size 2XL. This bed came well and truly "puffed up", contrary to the instructions. I wrote and told them that I felt it was faulty as I couldn't get it smooth, or flatter so my border collie could climb on it. The round insert was lumpy and pronounced and the outer was bulky and the bed didn't sit flat. I felt the bed was definitely not the quality that the slick website advertising said it was and didn't look like any of the photos on the site. The company responded promptly saying this was normal and stated I could adjust it as the filling is flexible, there was nothing flexible about this bed. In the end they stated I could return it but once its opened it isn't going back into that box and paying for the postage on such a large item adds insult to injury. The way they replied to the other 1-2 star reviews, I also felt I would spend the money returning it for them to find some other reason why they couldn't/wouldn't refund the purchase. I tried everything but the middle was just too full and high with the filling so I tried replacing the inner with other cushioning. Even then, interestingly enough neither of my dogs would lie on the bed. They usually will lie on a paper bag if you put it on the floor, but they dislike this bed intently. At no point did the company accept the bed was faulty and not fit for purpose and if you look at all their 1-2 star reviews they seem to have the same issue and blame the purchaser. Save yourself the insult, the time and some money and just go get one from Kmart - they deliver and its easy to take back if its faulty. I agree with the other 1 star reviews - Poor customer service, poor quality product and overpriced in this market, which I would be happy to pay if it met the advertised product.

I have two 80 lbs dogs. I have four Brooklynn dog beds. Two Brooklynn Deep Sleep beds in my bedroom for night, and two Brooklynn Nest beds in the living room for daytime naps. My dogs love them. As far as the company goes.... ordering was super easy, and fast shipping. The customer service desk answered my questions in a timely manner. And were able to get me a solution to my question. They have been great to deal with and I recommend to my friends with fur babies.

So great for our old arthritic pup. The memory foam cushions his joints and lets him rest easy.

the car seat cover is excellent and our puppy settled really well in the car due to feeling secure in the seat cover which contains her in her space as well as protecting my leather seats. Yay!

The dog bed is great quality. Our Retrodoodle puppy has given it a run for its money... she is very 'chewy' and it has certainly held up... still looks like new. It is super comfortable, she loves it, puts herself to bed now too. Highly recommend!!

Timely delivery. Jilly just LOVES her new bed. We sometimes wonder where she is as her black coat blends in with the cover, then her tail wags or she extends a white paw!
