This dog bed is top notch. The quality was visible as soon as I examined the product. I can see it lasting for years. My dog had hip surgery when he was very young. I've always had his comfort in mind. I've tried different beds to assure his comfort but as he's getting older and arthritis is setting in, I only wanted the best and I truly believe I found it.

Fantastic product! I got 1 complete bed and 1 extra cover.
The extra cover I put on their “old/new” bed as I couldn’t afford 2 beds at once… omg the cat took that one over!
The main bed has competition between my 2 boys! The games they play to get each other out! So funny.
Saving to get another one! Can’t recommend this product enough! Thank you!

This is the 3rd Brooklyn dog bed I’ve purchased and it’s always been easy to order them online and they all have arrived really quickly. My large dog just loves them.

I got two beds, for their advertising that it’s superior quality and wont get ripped into. I was so wrong. I got the Nest which was expensive, >$300, but thinking it would last a long time and be good for my dogs health I made the splurge. Within months the foam under the cover was covered in black mould from top to bottom. This was never indicated that it could happen. and unsure of how long it was mouldy under the cover while my dog has been using it. The company’s response was that this is normal and consistent due to pets natural oils and drool etc (isn’t it made for dogs and the drool etc should be a consideration when designing?) they and suggested using anti mould spray to fix it and washing the cover more often. I was t gonna add more toxins to the toxin. I threw the bed away. They refused to refund or replace. Gave me a “gesture of goodwill” refund of 30% off the one bed. The other bed which the zipper broke and my dog shredded the inside they refused to replace the shredded part or the bed itself. and offered I buy a new one at cost price.
Super disappointed in this company, the poor quality of their products and their response to a customer who’s made several purchases from them. Will not purchase from them again and recommend that everyone spend their money elsewhere if they’re after a quality product with reasonable customer service.

We received the bed promptly and it was exactly as described. Our Golden Doodle adapted to his new bed immediately and loves snuggling in his new bed.

The dog bed rated for my dogs weight and breed is not padded well. Her butt slams on the floor hard when she does her nesting thing and lies down. When I contacted the seller they recommended I purchase another bed more suited than the one originally purchased. I now add an old padded dog mat under the Brooklyn to compensate for the dollar store bed on top. Don't waste your money. Slick ads, great promises, poor performance.

Both Dogs Love the bed. We have a English staffie and he tried to shake it and tear it up and the Brooklyn bed came out with no tears or rips. Hes destroyed several beds but Brooklyn has survived. Now its his favorite

I have a large German Shepard and he absolutely loves his bed. It’s honestly been the best dog bed for him and we have been through a few in the past. The improved material is so good and easy to clean. Highly recommend.
