Easy purchasing experience with great communication and supportive customer service. Everything went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the overall service.

I'm very happy with the whole product, but she will only nap in it. She finds it too hot, so I will have to purchase another one down the track.

Immediately my dog jumped in his new Brooklyn bed and snuggled in. He loves it.

If I'd known it would take a week to get here, I would've waited to order. It said 1-3 days to South Island. It definitely wasn't. I know this is not always on your control.

This is the third comfort dog bed I've ordered over the past couple of years. I especially like that the cover unzips for easy cleaning on the latest one. I have one upstairs, one downstairs and my son's dalmatian has one as his place. Delivery is fast.

Outstanding Beds and service
Our 2 dogs and cat all have a Brookland bed, they just love the snuggliness and how safe they feel.

Awesome great size was bigger than thought. Dog is just getting used to it now as iys kinda a little noisy fir the water proofing. Highly recommend

Fast, efficient and brilliant😁. I’d ordered this bed from another company, a few dollars cheaper on their sale, and had nothing but problems.
From Brooklyn, not only was the service excellent but the bed came with care instructions, etc.
Lesson learned - go DIRECTLY to Brooklyn. It’s worth every penny.

I am very pleased that I found this company. I had a query before buying my dog bed and it was answered very quickly. I bought the bed and it has been the best bed I have bought in this style. My greyhound immediately lay down on it and it is her favourite place, other then my bed !! Thank you Brooklyn Pet Beds.

Fast delivery, my dog loves it

My dogs love their new bed. So do I. I tried it!!! It’s deep and soft and cuddly and the “stuffing” does not compact down with use. The bed is heavy so it doesn’t skitter around when they turn around three times. They disappear into the fluff. The bed is absolutely sumptuous.

Great service, great product. Second time purchasing. My dog loves it and looks very comfortable when in it.

I have sat on this review for a few months, but these beds have only gotten worse.
The donut bed is not a plush product, it’s far from it.
The whole thing is stuffed with a chunky type fill that clumps together. The website images show a beautiful plush looking bed, but this is the exact opposite of what they’re like in real life.
The cover of the bed is no better; it is a very thin and it will easily tear in no time. If the cover gets wet, it just seeps through onto the inner cushion layer immediately, that’s how thin the fluffy cover is.
The bed does not retain its shape and my dogs are constantly trying to scratch at it to get it comfortable (which is something they never had to do with their previous donut beds). Honestly, do not waste your money as there are better products for less (my dogs have a $20 donut bed from Kmart that is better quality than these are). Sadly, I purchased 2 beds and an additional cover which is basically a waste, I wish I'd never bothered with these beds.
The whole thing is made of cheap horrible fabrics that give a very plastic feeling. I cried when I opened these beds to assemble them because I’d been sucked in by the website images and clever marketing techniques.

They only thing is that I feel the size rating was maybe not what I needed. He firs it but maybe should of got next size up. Product and service great.
