The interactions were fast, easy, and uncomplicated. I really liked the fact that everything was simple and straightforward. It was nice to get exactly what I was looking for and that it arrived in a timely and efficient manner. Ozzy loves his new bed and settled right in.

I also appreciate sezzle. I wanted a luxury pet bed for my golden boy and there was no possible way for me to afford it if I had to pay all at once. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the bed, and impressed by the customer service.

Service and prompt delivery was excellent.

Unfortunately my golden retrievers didn't like the beds (one dog in particular had to be coerced into it and would then get out) and since I couldn't return them if the dogs were in them, I sold them on Marketplace for $90.00 each. :( The new owners of the beds LOVED them so there is a happy ending.

My dog loves it. She just doesn’t want to move sometimes.

I bought a chew resistant bed cover and within minutes my dog had the stitched seam open. Poor quality stitching. Can’t comment on the material as only used the bed cover for a few minutes. Emailed and the company refused to refund the money. Would not buy anything from this company.

Love the Brooklyn beds as do my two dogs.
They have the memory foam beds and one of my dogs ripped his cover after 3+ years. Seeing the upgraded Ultra rim cover I chose this option as my dog loves a pillow. Both dogs would fight over who got the bed and would sleep all day and night. Needless to say, I bought another cover the next day. Shipping is fast, beds are great quality.

I love the product. We have a previous one which my dog absolutely loves. Thus, we ordered a second one for the car.
Unfortunately, the wrong colour was sent (beige instead of grey). The additional cover I ordered was the correct color (grey).
Due to the inconvenience of sending it back and waiting again, I decided to keep it since I have the second cover in my preferred color.

Dog beds are so comfortable, I'm jealous that my dogs can sleep so well.

This is the second bed we buy, as our very lucky dog is going to have his old one installed in his brand new kennel and the new one will be inside the house for luxury nights of sleep. His Brooklyn is his favourite place to sleep. We have noticed that, as he gets a bit older and stiffer, he choose it over any other spot or sofa in the house, so it must be very comfy!
The delivery was very fast just as last time. couldn't be more happy.

Return process is crap. I bought 2 beds, should have returned both as they were too small.. but thought I would be nice and keep one of the small ones and return the unopened one. That cost me $26 in postage + $14 in upgrade. Then the returns only process once a month.. so 2 months after I ordered and $240 later I have one bed which my dog was too big for from day 1 (used it once when he was wet and cold) and another he still hasn’t used..

Our 11 week old Golden Retriever absolutely loves his bed. Sometimes, when he gets the zoomies he thinks its a toy. Great experience so far. Good quality and I like thatbits a Canadian Brand.
