Just had a 4 Series Android screen installed by The Cockpit UK and honestly, super impressed. Delivery was quick – way faster than I expected. The screen itself is really good quality, looks sleek and works perfectly. The guy who did the installation in East London was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and got it all sorted without any hassle.

Whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to upgrade your car tech. 👌

I think it’s a scam. The product is nowhere near compatible. Online prices varies from £100-500which is suspicious.The service was fine via what’s app the guys helped me with start it running. I have fitted it myself
But it was working for about a month and then it started constantly freezing the navigation maps. It was impossible to use. And the only answer was it’s something from your end.
It’s total Chinese rubbish product I wouldn’t recommend to install it in your car because it will do only damage but not any good
I have removed it now and throw it to the bin. It’s a waste of time and money.

Like I have mentioned before I have tried 3 more devices with this android head , all the same what a waste of £500

I contacted The Cockpit regarding the sound had gone off on my AppleCarplay unit ..It wasn’t that the unit was faulty or anything..I was guided by a member of the team through WhatsApp who guided me through the simple procedure of how to get the sound back on .less than 5 minutes it was working again ..I’m pleased and very grateful to them for helping me ..A simply superb customer service that backs up the wonderful product that they sell .. THANKS Guys…

Super fast delivery (next day!). Didnt get any instructions but contacted them and they sent thenm pretty quick on WhatsApp. Support really good. I did DIY and was simple enough to do (I have done a few of these in the past though on other cars so know my way around). Nevertheless, great company.

Had a few issues with dip switches and getting audio to work. Contacted Mo through WhatsApp and they responded within minutes and walked me through everything to help with set up. Excellent customer service and highly recommend!!

Ordered CarPlay for my C class Mercedes. Was delivered quickly and fitted by Mo, a qualified installer from Merton. Mo did a great job. You could self install, but would definitely have taken me a lot longer. Our iPhones connect perfectly now and we can use CarPlay apps on the original screen. Once you are used to switching between CarPlay and the main Mercedes system, it is pretty straightforward to use.

I was struggling with an install, they were very patient and professional, nursed me through the steps I needed.

The screen is great, do not regret buying at all ! Did have a few issues with some problems but the customer support team helped greatly.

The only issue I have is that the screen’s docking station didn’t fit perfectly with the dash of the car, so it is ever so slightly lop sided but the wires at the back also help keep it stable and in place.

Just finished installing a unit on my MB SL350 to gain Android Auto. Really pleased with it. I did have a couple of issues getting it working but Technical Support via WhatsApp was fantastic.

I messaged late yesterday (Saturday) afternoon not expecting any reply until next week and was surprised to get a response - albeit it seemed at first an auto response telling me they were closed. I was more surprised when I was then asked a couple of questions to clarify matters and then the advice started. Sorry but I don't have a name for the person but, to my mind,they went above and beyond in helping to resolve my issues. It was turning 7pm ( on a Saturday night bear in mind!!!) when the final guidance and a link to a video were sent to me. Clear, logical, instructions meant I was able to get everything sorted this afternoon.

Fantastic service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
