Carplay for Jaguar XF
Very happy with unit and works really well, I did have a few issues when installing it but get great help from the techical support via WhatsApp. If the unit doesn’t come with instructions then contact them and they are happy to help you get it set up.

I bought an android auto system for my 2015 AMG GTS. The fitting instructions were very easy and fitment was effortless. The technical support was amazing! I sent a WhatsApp message on Easter Sunday not expecting a reply until Tuesday at the earliest and to my amazement I received a reply on the same day. Due to their rapid response the system is now up and running and I'm enjoying this brilliant bit of kit. Definitely recommend.

Nice product, fiddle to install but be patient and you’ll get it. Instructions missed the part about setting up the aux audio in the settings otherwise it would’ve been 5 stars. Support were very helpful and got me out of trouble by sending me a video. Nice system. Highly recommended. Utilised built in mic & controls, Mercedes 2010 C250 CGI Blueefficiency elegance.

The product is great, works a charm and big improvement over the oem screen. What I found special here was the service. There was a problem with their initial delivery. It was genuine mistake, but the guy rang me straight away and seemed genuinely gutted about what had happened. And he fixed the situation quickly.
I took the plunge and did my own install, watched a few you tubes and all went well. The aux adapter was faulty in that the socket was loose. For me was a simple soldering job but I am sure they would have replaced it.
The help after install with settings, to iron out various issues I had, was great. They know their stuff and were able to sort my issues. They answer promptly and always end with "if any more question send a message...." which is great.
I would use again and no problem recommending.

Great people to deal with. Fast delivery of the item I bought and very helpful and easy to follow instructions. Had a technical problem with item but a short video message sorted it out within ten minutes.

From my initial enquiry through to post installation it was a very good experience. All questions answered fully and good information given. The product itself was great quality and functions exactly as I expected it too. Installation was quickly arranged to suit me and the installer too plenty of time to show me how to use and adjust settings. I highly recommended this company.

I bought the Android Auto unit for my Jaguar XJ after hearing a lot of good things about the product and The Cockpit UK. It didn't work in the end because of an Aux issue. I did get quick support and tried a few things but it was mutually agreed to return it. This is where the issues started. If you Google "jaguar blank map" you'll see that when this (or similar) units are removed from the car, the original Navigation becomes intermittent and unusable. It clearly makes modifications to the original system which renders it inoperable. This is what has happened to me and now I face at least a £200 bill for a replacement (used) screen. I did report this to the seller but got zero response or offer to make good, so I feel I should make sure Jaguar owners aware and amend my review. If you put the system in and it works, then you'll probably be fine, but if it doesn't and/or you want to remove it, you might face a large unexpected bill. Ultimately its not the sellers fault, but now I have brought it to his attention and he carries on selling them (which he is), then that's somewhat unethical.

Recently bought my Audi Q5 CarPlay/Android interface have to say the Customer Service an the aftercare with this product is Second to none had 2 issues
1. LVDs lead was faulty got onto to Support explained what was happening an they straight away resolve my issues sent me a new lead everything works perfect now
2. This was my fault Changed my phone
an tried to pair it to many times so once again back onto support an they WhatsApp me with a step by step instruction on how to hard reset & stayed on the phone until I was happy with everything.
I Would highly recommend this company for CarPlay /android interfaces from the start before I even purchased I was able to WhatsApp them an they were able to tell me the exact one I needed for my car with a few questions very professional an courteous customer service never left me till I was happy with everything was working properly the staff is a credit to the company as I live in the Republic of Ireland an I can tell you there is no way you would get this type of service here Im enjoying my new Caplay interface an I’ve also fitter reverse camera as it’s compatible also if I could any more than 5 stars I would

A very good experience.I ordered the unit for my Audi a6 and it came the next day .Due to the order been placed incorrectly by myself I contacted customer service who have a watts app chat and they responded within 5 minutes.we established my error and they sent me the correct unit as soon as they got the first one back .
When I installed it I couldn’t get it working .so I again used the watts app tech help and I received a phone call and guidance to get it working within minutes. It was my installation by the way causing the issue .
I was recommended by a friend who also has had a great experience so I would recommend.

Please, do yourself a favour and do not order any CarPlay kits from this company. Within 3 weeks of mine being in my Audi, it started messing up and glitching my screen. The customer service was beyond shocking, passed through to someone else and took days to respond to messages. They only speak via WhatsApp. Communication from their side would take 2/3 days at least which is unacceptable. I asked if I could return it back to them in exchange for a refund and they agreed. This was roughly within the first two weeks of September that I had returned it. At this point, it was taking them 5 days at least to reply once I had sent the kit back. I had then opened a dispute with my bank due to not feeling confident that I would receive a refund due to the lack of communication. When they did eventually reply, they had then used my dispute as a reason to not being able to refund me and asked me to cancel the dispute for my refund.

It had then got to the 3rd November, I had cancelled the dispute with my bank as per their request, meanwhile they are still lacking communication and no sign of a refund. At the point I’m messaging 2/3 times a day to get this sorted and they were still taking 3/4 days to reply. The system kit costs £265 and I eventually received a refund (beginning of December) for £242.05 leaving £22.95 outstanding. When I questioned this, they tried blaming it on the fact that because I had opened a dispute with my bank, it had charged them 8.65% which lead to £242.05. I cannot comprehend how frustrated and angry I am at this point and demanded them to refund the remaining as that wasn’t my fault. (If their excuse was real which I highly doubt). Today, I have finally received the difference refunded after again, chasing and chasing. This company is NOT worth the hassle nor the headache you will get. I had wished I had read online reviews first before purchasing back in June. Disgrace of a company and customer service.

Pre purchase communication gives the impression that this is a company that cares about it's customers. Helpful, quick response to emails and then you make your purchase and it all changes. Firstly your order arrives without instructions or any paperwork of any sort which means requesting it and I was provided with a link to a digital file containing the installation "instructions" and instructions on setting up and using carplay/android auto. The cable connectors are well labelled. On hitting an issue after phone connection I contacted the company via email, WhatsApp and via their websites own enquiry form for a possible reason and or solution. My mechanic started out with WhatsApp, but when the communication stopped once the reason for our contact was established, I resorted to email and the website. Still waiting for a reply one week on. As soon as an issue is raised, it seems they become invisible. Easy installation but terrible customer service and still I don't know if I have missed a part of the phone connection process or if there is a fault with the unit or the firmware. Very disappointed.

*UPDATE*
It is now three weeks on but I do have the carplay unit fully operational.
To get help with your installation it seems the best and probably the only way is to use the WhatsApp contact service. Don't phone, instead politely message them with a concise description of your issue. If possible and if relevant, include a video showing the issue. Then you're just going to have to wait. To be fair to the technical team, it was getting a response to numerous emails and even their own contact form that took two weeks just to be given the WhatsApp link. The technician responded the same day and identified a probable cause for my problem. I have a Merc W204 NTG 4.5 and a known failure of the scroll function of the command unit knob. (Not known by me until informed) I have had the shaft replaced in the command control knob and now the carplay system work perfectly as expected as does the scroll function. It's such a shame it took so long and so many emails to get through to the right department. The responses to the WhatsApp messages come directly from the fitters. The technician dealing with me knew their stuff and sent a YouTube video showing the problem with the command knob. Happy now thanks to a knowledgeable technician.

Avoid this company. Poor customer service. Argue with you every step of the way. Send out faulty products then deny they are faulty till third party company also say the same. Lie about sending out spare parts. Much better companies to use on eBay. Save yourself weeks of headache with them to still have faulty product.

Quick service - Next day delivery. Friendly staff able to help me with the advice I needed. Instructions for installation provided to me, including PDF's, instructional videos etc. Threw in a free AMI-AUX port adapter for me.

10/10 would recommend

They sell parts and ship them out quickly however
1. There’s no instructions for fitting which is unacceptable when buying expensive electronics
2. Their support is rubbish. No replies for days even on email and whatsapp, eventually they get back to you

I wouldn’t recommend them or use them again due to the bad experience i had.
