Ordered from the conscious art club well in time for Christmas. The order arrived too late, was terrible quality fabric and now I am trying to return. Not sure if the Instagram page is the one actually affiliated with the clothing brand. They have no products in pictures, only sponsored ads.

I ordered a shirt in September and never got it. I sent an email and they told me it was still in transit even though the tracking said it had arrived and was delivered. They told me a couple of times not to worry that it was still being shipped. And 3 months after getting this answer repeatedly I asked for a refund or more clarity regarding the situation they stop answering.

I kept getting adverts and liked the look of the clothes but it's really unclear where the clothes are made. I posted a comment on the advert I got asking where their factories are and where their cotton is sourced from and after being given a vague response that their company is based in France, the comment and my comment were deleted before I had a chance to reply. I don't trust a company that is not open about where it's clothes come from or how they treat their factory workers.

I bought a puffer jacket ("Aesthetic Bubble" JACKET in black) and once I ordered I went to check the reviews to see how long the shipping time was. To say I was terrified with all the bad reviews would be an understatement, but it was too late and I had already made the purchase. At this point, I was just hoping for the best. I just got my package and it only took a little over 2 WEEKS! I absolutely love the item as it's stylish, puffy, and quite warm, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm actually happy with my purchase, I'm sorry there are so many people that can't say the same :/ The only improvement I have for them is to put up what size the models are using and their measurements on their website as it would really help when picking the right fit. I could've gotten away with a smaller size but don't mind it at all.

The Conscious Art Club ows me money, like 50€ they reply kind of laughing at me answering me with a different subject !

I ordered a sweater and short set and not only did it take forever to come. The shorts weren’t even in the package!

It was perfectly fine! After I ordered a quite an expensive hoodie off here I read these reviews and was very worried that I had been scammed, but to my surprise after two weeks it arrived! It was a perfectly normal buying process and you are even able to track your order on their website. It was perfectly normal quality and didn't expect anything more so don't sweat it! Obviously I am only speaking for myself and I don't know others experiences but it is the all clear from me!

I bought the edgy line tee for 26.9€+shipping and I found exactly the same photo in ALIEXPRESS for 3.5€!!!!! Check it, ziboo is the brand. Scam!!!

Ordered a £50 hoodie, took about 3 weeks to arrive and when it came it was extremely small and terrible quality. To top it all off when i asked for a refund they refused because it was a “TCAC original item”? Complete scam, waste of money. Do not buy.

1 star only because I can't give 0 stars. Absolute scam - they copy images from other websites then send wish / shein items in place. To return you have to send to France. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

This was literally the worst experience. They charged me 35$ for a shirt that was not even what I ordered and are making the return process hell.

the material is cheap and seriously not worth it. it takes ages to be delivered and when it finally arrives the clothing is way smaller than the size it would be. I order 2 pairs of jeans and a pair of pink trousers. the trousers are loverly I like them but the jeans I ordered were size 6 and were so small I thought the waist was a size 4. sizing is unacceptable I struggled to put them on, but still wearable. and still waiting for my other pair of jeans at the moment. be safe

I ordered in August. I followed the tracking and after a month it says it went to San Francisco (where I live) and then went BACK to China. Now how the f*** does that make sense. All Julian (customer support) does is reference their website and not look into what the hell is wrong with my order. A literal scam, do NOT order here.

So bad. I have no idea why Instagram hasn’t removed this site. I ordered two travis Scott pants and not only did it take 4 months to arrive , but the size was completely off. All Travis Scott clothing is counterfeit from their website. I’m so upset that I spent to much for fake clothes that don’t fit. Never again will I shop online from this website. Lesson learnt

I ordered my package in July, it's soon October and it has not arrived. They should be reported or something.. I haven't gotten an email either. I just ordered it and NOTHING happened. They still took my money though. :)

I ordered a package in late April unaware shipping would take 3 months, so by the time July came around I was in a new lease at a new house. When I moved out of the house I emailed the conscious art club telling them I was moving and my shipping address would be changing and asked what could be done and basically was just told I could track my package with the tracking number, like thank you that does nothing to help the situation at all. The package three months later was delivered to my old address and I stopped by to ask the new owner if they’ve received it to which they told me they sent it back, I emailed the conscious art club and was told by customer service that my tracking said it was delivered. I said yes it was delivered but to an address that was no longer mine and has apparently been returned to sender or stolen, so it is not in my possession. I’ve emailed them several times and it seems I’m going to have $100 down the drain because they have neglected to return any of my money or inform me of anything that could be done. Do not buy from them their service is horrible and they are unwilling to help. I placed this order in April and it is now September and I have no items and no refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

I waited over a three months to Tshirt and hoodie the quality is very bad and the hoodie got returned to them I tell them that I want a refund and nobody answer me

I used the sweatshirt I ordered to clean my dirty ceiling fan and it worked great!

I'm so unhappy I didn't read the review before, I've been waiting for my package for 7 weeks. They keep saying it's coming for over 7 weeks!!
They are blaming the pandemic, but honestly it's not that. They have no solution just send me the same email over and over again. I paid extra for the tracking code, didn't get it. Then I emailed them, the tracking code didn't work for over a month, then they send me a new one that wasn't my tracking code but from an order that was supposed to go to a totally different country and from Sweden. And now they claim it will arrive, but they've been doing that for 8 weeks. I regret so much having spent money on this, it's a scam, it's fraud and it's disgusting.
