Well, it has been 4 Weeks and I have still not received my order. I am rather convinced it will never arrive, as Customer Service answered my first Email very friendly when I couldn’t track my order. On my second Email I didn’t even receive an answer anymore. I was stupid enough to order without checking these reviews first, I sure hope you aren’t.

Terrible. Stuff never ever arrived. Just kept hearing it will. It's been almost half a year haha. Shall I give up?

All of their items are counterfeit, pretty sure they just order off of Wish and have them fulfil the order as you return the items to france.

In terms of the fit - the sizing is based off of measurements from the 1940s.

Do not waste your time or money, because you can return it but they make you pay for it.

If you don't mind the counterfeit vibe skip them and go straight to Wish.

Serves me right for buying off of instagram.

I have contacted the Consumer Rights Tribunal because this operation is illegal and immoral. I have returned items at my own expense and they still won't refund me.

Next will be my lawyer.

I ordered a few hoodies and a pair of sweats 2 months ago... never came in. Don’t waste your money or time on this company.

Do NOT buy anything from these scam merchants. They should be shut down immediately. Total fraudsters.

I recently purchased the "Butterfly" pants from this online boutique and to say the least I was appalled. There are much better quality pants out there for less than half the price!
The lack of quality for the price is completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this store at all and will not be purchasing from here again.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered 4 months ago and still haven’t received my item. Asked ‘Julien’ for a refund, but they refuse to give one claiming that they will arrive in the ‘delivery time frame’. Awful website and definitely not worth buying from. Check reviews before you buy!

COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM. Do NOT!!! Order from this website. It is a complete scam and are just stealing from people. Wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a tie dye t shirt and sweatpants (3 months ago!!!) that were supposedly from Travis Scott’s Astroworld collection. It finally arrived after months and it is just a joke. Looks nothing like the pictures and the quality is about as bad as it gets- straight from the cheapest factories in China. Supposedly a US medium (I’m normally a small)- they’re both the size of kids clothing. The fact this clothing costs about $2 and they sell it for $50??? Infuriating.

I just ordered my package a week ago and went to track the number, and the website said "order not found." I am trying to contact them and the email on their website and my computer said the email address did not exist. Can someone please tell me how to contact them.

It’s been 3 months and I haven’t received my order yet. On top of that they keep replying to me telling me to be patient and when I ask the company that has managed my order then they ignore me and deny to give me a refund, but keep saying “if you don’t get your order be sure to be fully refunded”

can i rate HALF A STAR ? i payed like 60 $ and it’s been two months and i’m still waiting for my package. i look at the tracking order... NOTHING ! this is a SCAMMMM do NOT buy trust me. they take your order and say “sorry late shipping due to the virus” but it’s been TWO MONTHS. i think not 🖕.

this is not scam guys i thought the same bc i ordered something 4 months ago it arrived today it's super quality i love it just it arrives very slow.

I have been in contact with 'Julian' from customer services for the past two months trying to retrieve my order and he keeps assuring me that it is on its way. I do not believe this for a second. I wish I had checked these reviews previously because I have found the bag that I paid £30 for (and still haven't received) on Ali express for £12. If I ordered off Ali express today I'd still probably receive it before my order from this SCAM shop.

I ordered a dress a few months ago and I just got it yesterday. It has almost been two months! I tried it on and it was too small. I’ve sent an email to return it and they replied the day after with: you can’t get a refund for “sale” items. The dress has costed me €28,99! And the quality wasn’t even what you expected for those €30. You can find the EXACT same thing on Aliexpress for way cheaper. Returning it for a bigger size is not worth it because the shipping costs are pretty high. So i don’t want to spend more money on that dress that was overpriced after all.

It’s a big fat scam. They buy low quality clothes from a supplier and sell it on their website for a much higher price. You can find the same exact clothes on Aliexpress for a seven times lower price.
This also leads to a second conclusion: there’s nothing “conscious” about this brand so don’t be led into thinking - just like I did - that they’re ethically conscious because products are made in China, which means that probably who creates them has very poor working conditions. Plus you’re hurting the environment.

My order has mysteriously disappeared. The tracking is not available, but I never received my t-shirt. CAN WE DO SOMETHING TO REPORT THIS WEBSITE TO THE AUTHORITIES? This is illegal. They are thieves.

They stole my money. I received a terrible sweatshirt from them and tried to return it and they never refunded me. I also never even got my necklace that I paid $25 for. Wondering how I can possibly take this to the police for stealing my money? The customer service is also terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Everything is from Aliexpress, really everything! You can find all the pictures on Aliexpress. I ordered a trouser for €43 and on Aliexpress it’s €11.

Ordered 3 items on 15th December. Took multiple weeks for 2 items to arrive, haven’t received the 3rd!!

Numerous times I have requested a refund and have not yet received this!
