If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a phone case a year ago and have emailed several times, I got told several times that my order was on its way when I queried it. I repeat, it has been 1 YEAR since I ordered. I have recently sent a few emails to request my money back and I am not conveniently getting no reply. Not even bothered about the money at this point, it is just the principle. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Never purchase anything from this thieving company!!

Never order anything from this site ( Banggood.com ) they are a total Rip off , when you order item from them they are very eager to take your money but Never Deliver What Is Ordered, so never buy from these rip off merchants , I ordered the Item 2 1/2 months ago and they don't seem to give a darn about there customers at all , just rip offs

Premièrement oui, comme d'autres avez déjà écrit, il faut attendre... dans mon cas c'était un peu plus qu'un mois.
J'ai commandé des T-Shirts dont je suis très déçue, la qualité de la matière et aussi de la couture.
Livré un par un depuis la Chine directement... pas très écologique. :(
Et de tout pour un prix exorbitant par rapport aux qualité!
C'est une bande de voleurs! à éviter!

Do not order from this company. It’s a scam! I ordered two bags and a dress = 3 items. I got 3 pair of socks! I tried to find an email to write to them but there are no contact details on their Website. There was an email on the order confirmation. They responded to write to the email address listed on their website. Going in circles!

Misleading. I ordered an xxl t shirt so I could have a comfy bedtime shirt and what I got was what would normally be considered a size medium. Didn’t look like what was advertised as loose fitting. Material is also super uncomfortable....I mean I’m disappointed to say the least.

It took 1,5 months to deliver my earrings. After one month I contacted the customer care, I said I wanted my money back in case the package wasn’t delivered within a week. They replied quite fast, but with an unsatisfying answer: the shipping is done by a different company, sometimes it takes a bit longer. I was afraid the package would never come, but luckily it did. The package seemed to come all the way from Malaysia to Holland. However, the earrings look quite cheap for €20. They are clearly made of plastic or so and the silver coating isn’t smooth at all. On the picture the quality looked way better. My earrings look acceptable enough to wear, but they are definitely not worth my money. I’m not buying here again.

Horrible, the shirt I ordered was dirty, ragged and it looked like it was meant for a small child. They won't refund me and they want me to ship the dirty torn up shirt back to France which is going to cost as much as the shirt did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

It look a month for me to receive my package, very VERY cheap, not what i was expecting, not worth the money.

Since it was the first time I ordered something from The Conscious Art Club shop I decided to go for something rather small: a phone case. After payment (I recommend using Paypal) I waited several days to get a shipping update informing me of the status of my order. Taking into account that most companies only need 24h to process your order I started getting suspicous, that's when I read all the negative experiences on truspilot and decided to contact their Customer Support (I used my Paypal Platform as well to make a claim). Custommer Support answered quickly and professionally, argumenting that some of their products just need more time to be processed and shipped, they apologized for the delay and sent me a link to view the location of my order. This link however seemed to show a delayed version of my order since I received it beforehand. So in conclusion, even though their shipping process is pretty bad (my order took about three weeks to arrive) I was positively surprised with the phone case which looks just as the pictures and has a great texture and quality.

Commande passée le 30 septembre, en transit depuis le 15 octobre, il ne faut absolument pas être pressée.. La cerise sur le gâteau serait que l'article ne me plaise pas et que je le revoie à mes frais.

Update: reçue le 30 octobre, qualité du sac à dos plus que MÉDIOCRE. Je ne peux pas le renvoyer qui plus est. FUYEZ !!!!

I have been waiting for more than two weeks now since I ordered ...
Nothing is happening. I wish I had read about the experiences of the others before. Absolutley unprofessionel.

Worst website I’ve ever ordered from and I do a lot of online shopping. Ordered some jeans TWO months ago, took over a month to dispatch and arrive. Then I get a note saying it’s being held at customs due to the fact shipping feed hasn’t been paid despite them advertising themselves as free advertising. Totally immortal and an utter scam - these people are con artists. I made repeated attempts to contact their customer service but kept getting the same generic reply, just saying I had to pay the £14 fee if I wanted to retrieve the item from the post office. So that’s £14 on top of the £45 i’ve already spent on this abhorrent site. Awful.

Long story short, it took so long trying to get in touch with their useless customer service team (to no avail) that the item was sent back. And yet I am STILL waiting for a refund - which apparently they don’t do. Again, a total con. So now I have no jeans and no refund. They’ve affectively stolen from me and should be shut down. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this site like the plague. I had a friend who ordered a top from there and said it was nothing like the one advertised and the quality was terrible. It's false advertising and a scam. I only wish I’d known all of this before I ordered. Avoid avoid avoid.

I purposefully chose “The Great Wave” tee as the photos show a loose fitting & thin rib around the neck. I cannot stand tight clothing around my neck and spend far too much of my time finding clothes that aren’t tight around the neck. I thought I was on to a winner with the great wave tee but I was sadly mistaken. It arrived three days ago with a massively thick rib around the neck and is incredibly tight - the print is spot on but the actual shirt is a completely different shirt than advertised. Even the arm hem is completely different.

I contacted their customer support and included a screenshot of the advertised shirt along with what I received asking them if they thought it was the same shirt. I’ve emailed them twice now and have only received generic emails about how to return the shirt and have made a point in avoiding answering my question.

Such a disappointing customer service experience considering their company name.

I don’t take buying fast fashion lightly, I consciously thought about this purchase for weeks and fact that I live in Australia and it’s being delivered from France (supposedly but I actually think it’s just advertised as france but actually comes from China) also was a factor in deciding on the shirt. Now they’ve essentially duped me sending a completely different product to what was advertised and now I’m being told I’m responsible for paying the postage from Australia to France or China.

Apart from the cost factor - it will probably just be cheaper for me to keep the terribly made shirt, I’m honestly not interested in sending a shirt all the way to France or China purely because they can’t deliver the product that they’ve advertised, like I said this was a conscious decision for me and sending it back is exactly what I wanted to avoid. If only they would actually produce the products that they advertised! So disappointing.

So, do yourself a favour and avoid this website like the plague; I wish I would have actually searched the reviews and found this website before I purchased!

I have nothing bad to say about my product, it was exactly like described and looked like the picture (I bought the Instagram-famous multicoloured striped tee) it arrived very fast, writhin a little bit over a week, and the quality is quite good! The only thing that put me off a little bit was that I got the shipment confirmation email and delivery confirmation email days after I had already received my parcel. Although this was probably just a technical error either wit my mail or theirs! All in all I am very pleased with my product and it has grown to be one of my favourite pieces of clothing! I did however, learn after I had recieved my item that this might not be the most ethical clothing shop (like a lot of online clothing brands) and will therefore not recommend this brand. However, if they become more ethical I would be happy to buy from them again!

La matière des t-shirt est vraiment bas de gamme et surtout élastique. Vous imaginez donc les imprimés sur une forte poitrine... complètement déformés. Les vêtements sont mal coupés. Très déçue de la qualité vu le prix de la marchandise. Seule la veste en cuir est top mais taille petit.
Je ne recommande pas.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I made the mistake of not checking reviews on the shop as it seemed reputable.
The quality of the jeans is not there, they were too small even for a size Large, and there was a strong chemical smell coming from the packaging and clothing that lingered if you touched it. The shipping packaging wasn’t even nice—just tightly wrapped plastic and duct tape greasy with some type of smelly chemical.
Literally a scam, they’re charging high prices and MISADVERTISING the quality.
I’m reaching out to customer service to try to get a size change as they do not do refunds—and they’re not even paying for the return label! They should do that much—I paid way over the actual value of the product. Wasted $100+ for a haul that is probably not even worth $10, I’m over it.

I begrudge having to give this shockingly awful company 1 star – it should be zero. In fact, they should be shut down completely. After numerous attempts to contact them over my 'missing' item, they have now blocked me on every channel of social media. They also don't respond to emails. Absolutely outrageous customer service - have never experienced anything like. There is no where to leave a google review (I wonder why?!), but we need to warn as many people as possible not to use them. It's a total TOTAL scam.

The website is a misleading advertisement. What a shame !! This company absolutely puts everything in digital communication, but is totally empty of ETHICS or RESPECT towards its customers. The only thing I hope for now is not having participate in child labor.... DO NOT BUY THE CONSCIOUS ART!
We have to inform as many consumers as possible on all media as possible.

I’ve ordered 3 tees and 1 shorts, after seeing this website a billion times on Instagram. Ive ordered the shorts in size L, it was way too
small and didn’t look like advertised at all. I was afraid for the other 3 items I still had to receive (it was all send separately). Luckily they turned out not so bad.

The website makes it appear like it’s a trustworthy company. I’m always double checking trust pilot and other websites before buying, somehow I didn’t do it for this website. I’m sure they order every single item at aliexpress and sell it for 10x the price. It’s smart, but in my opinion this is just stealing. Ive placed an order for 100 euros and my guess is that they made 90 euros out of it. Would never ever buy here again.

Bad customer service: in web site there is no login or manage your order after you have placed it. I wanted to cancel and I wrote an email to cancel my order but no respond about cancelling email.
