Very good product

It’s a complete fraud. I have purchased 2 suits worth Rs. 15000 and order is still under processing, it’s been more than a month.
My order no is 1105947 and no one picks up calls or answers Watsapp.
It’s a scam and complete fraudulent.
Please give my money back.

I have two orders placed with Fashio Station. 1094974 in Feb. 2026 which was supposed to arrive by the end of March 2026. I have no update till now.

2nd order No. 1108880 which is paid, yet I got no email confirmation, and the status says "ON HOLD".

I made several calls to customer care since last many days but could not get through. WhatsApp messages are also not getting any response.

These people have been unresponsive in the past two years, but few months back, they contacted me and refunded the money in the website wallet.

Then I placed these two orders, and I was idiot enough to trust them with pre-paid order again. Now the same problem is occurring, no response to email, no response to WhatsApp, customer care never gets through, and no updates at all. Even they did not send email confirmation of the 2nd order.

I sent a message on their wholesale tean number also, which was viewed, going by the blue ticks. I requested them to help me out, but there's no response. Shows that these people are doing this fraud on purpose.
Edit 2 (4th Aug. 2026) : Even after giving this reply, there is no contact from them, and now even automated replies on WhatsApp have stopped.

I ordered and paid in advance. no body is replying now. i just got one msg from them to choose somthing else. in said no, i dont want anything else, refund my money.. till then , no response from them.

I ordered House of mist Ghazal summer lawn collection from them in April. I received delivery on time. The fabric quality is excellent with good packing. Highly recommended from my side and special thanks to Neetu Ji for helping me with order process.

Never ever shop from them. They are fraund,holding onto our money and never shipping the order.
Even the contacts available on the website are not to be trusted. There is no reply from their side.
I have ordered from them but till now there is no confirmation of the order and on top of that the order was prepaid. My money is gone but please don't let yours.

I ordered my product on feb 2026. I didn't get my order till now even poor customer support. I write several emails and try to contact on whatsapp and call. They never give reply to any call or messages. I want my refund back. worst experience ever. Never buy from them.

After facing some challenge in receiving my order even when they shipped it by Shree Maruti courier I did got the final delivery within 3 days. I had ordered from
House of mist collection which is beautiful collection. The lawn and chiffon quality is top and embroidery is also very nice.

I placed two separate orders on different dates ( Order No. 1105604 and Order No. 1105770) and had requested cancellation of Order No. 1105604, but I haven’t received any update at all. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and even the customer number provided for phone call, but there has been absolutely no response.

At this point, I’m unsure whether my request is being processed or if I will even receive my order. Seeing several negative reviews online has only added to my concern.

Can someone please guide me on how to get this resolved? I would really appreciate a prompt response from the team.

The Fashion Station is completely fraudulent based on my experience. I ordered three suits from them around 2.5 years ago and neither received the products nor got any refund.

I have sent multiple emails and messages asking for updates on my orders and refund status, but nobody ever replied. Their customer service is non-existent, and they have ignored my requests for years.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from them.

Just pathetic experience with this website. First I ordered items which never got delivered. Had to fight a lot posting here and there then got a refund as wallet cash after 9 months. I Didn't use it but now they have deducted about 8300 rs from my wallet calling it 'system error'. The WhatsApp helpdesk is unresponsive, whatsapp calling no is useless, support emails ids give automated responses and customer care numbers given on website don't exist only. Fraud business.

I am unable to contact anyone, no updates about my delivery which is really frustrating and disappointing. I feel like its a fraud website

Worst app, worst costumer support service.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this app. It has been quite stressful for me over the past two years. I ordered two suits, but only one was delivered, and the other has still not arrived.
Since then, I have placed several more orders—around four or five times. Each time, they informed me that the amount was added to my wallet and encouraged me to place a new order using that balance. I followed their instructions and ordered suits again, but unfortunately, none of those orders were delivered.
Whenever I contact customer service, they tell me that my case has been forwarded to the concerned department and is under review. However, I keep receiving the same response every time, and no proper resolution is provided. Neither have I received the suits, nor has my money been refunded.
I have sent many emails and messages, but I have not received any helpful response. This situation has been very worrying for me. I hope the issue can be resolved soon, and I kindly request others to be cautious before placing orders.

They are frauds , they dont reply to any queries nor they help, its been 4 months and i have not recieved any order .Serious action should be taken against this page and take them down for harrasing people.Not even a single help from their customer care . We dont need your products anymore just refund amount .

Dont need any of your products , just refund back them , this is a kind of mental harrasment and looting peoples money. Its too much and I am filing mental harrasment case against these looters.
Better file cyber case against these looters and stop how these people are playing with people money. They are blocking the users in instagram also who ask for their hard earned money
Its been months of countless mails but still these frauds are not taking any action but replying same apologies and drama . Kindly refund money as soon as possible

Ordered on Feb 5 2024..total amount 15000.after 2years ,out of three,got only one dress last month.they are fraudsters.the number given is invalid..whenever I send an email I get an automated msg.no response on WhatsApp also.i need to take a serious step.
