They are frauds , they dont reply to any queries nor they help, its been 4 months and i have not recieved any order .Serious action should be taken against this page and take them down for harrasing people.Not even a single help from their customer care . We dont need your products anymore just refund amount .

Dont need any of your products , just refund back them , this is a kind of mental harrasment and looting peoples money. Its too much and I am filing mental harrasment case against these looters.
Better file cyber case against these looters and stop how these people are playing with people money. They are blocking the users in instagram also who ask for their hard earned money
Its been months of countless mails but still these frauds are not taking any action but replying same apologies and drama . Kindly refund money as soon as possible

Ordered on Feb 5 2024..total amount 15000.after 2years ,out of three,got only one dress last month.they are fraudsters.the number given is invalid..whenever I send an email I get an automated msg.no response on WhatsApp also.i need to take a serious step.

They are wicked cheaters and deceitful people.I was looted by them in March 2025...they contacted me in December 2025 claiming to refund money....they offered to pay in wallet which I refused ...so they promised to pay in bank account...which never happened....meanwhile they created a false wallet telling me that someone is contacting them on my behalf...a person called Simran contacted me...she had the audacity to say that they are honest people so they are talking to me....they have no intentions of making refunds.There are enough innocent prople who fall prey in trap set by these leeches.

Never trust any promises they make. I have been there old customer and in 2024 I was defrauded by them for the first time when I ordered suits from them for my brother's wedding. I live outside India so ordering dresses online is my go-to method to save time and with Fashion station has been my most harrowing experience ever. Anyways in the beginning of 2026 they reached out to me with the promise of refunding my defrauded money from 2024 albeit in the fashion station wallet. I was glad to get it back and using it ordered some dresses which were higher than the value refunded. Again I am back in the same situation. It looks like they have found a new way of defrauding people. I would just warn everyone to stay away from them. In fact this time when I go to India I plan to lodge an official complain in the cyber cell listing them as online fraud business.

This has been the worst shopping experience ever with Fashion Station.

I placed a prepaid order on 6th March for two suits worth around ₹12,000–₹12,500, with an expected delivery within a few days. Since then, the order has been stuck on “processing” — it has never been delivered.

I tried contacting them multiple times:
• Emails → only useless automated replies
• WhatsApp → no proper response
• A representative named Simran → gave excuses like “website is not working”

It’s been weeks now, and there is still no update, no delivery, no accountability.

What’s even more disappointing is that I had ordered from them back in 2022, and the experience was fine. But now, the brand has completely gone downhill. The service has become pathetic, and clearly, they do not care about their customers anymore. I should have checked the recent reviews before ordering.

This is not just bad service — this feels like complete negligence and possible fraud.

I am demanding an IMMEDIATE REFUND of my full amount.
If this issue is not resolved within this week, I will definitely take legal action and file a complaint in consumer court.

Avoid this site at all costs. Do not waste your money like I did.

Bunch of frauds running the site.No idea how this site is even allowed to run business. If u have already placed a prepaid order your money is never coming back.
No customer support number all the numbers on their web page are just to make fool out of you and make their site look authentic.
And also the 5 star rating if u see is their customer care team calling and forcing u to put by falsely claiming they will deliver the order in 2-3 days. So beware if they are giving any such claims.

I have placed an order and there is no update about the order no one is replying on whatsapp nor on emails they definitely are a fake website

I am struggling for more than a year to get my refund. I have sent then tens of mail. Every time they are saying that they will refund my money but they are not giving my money back. Such a fraud people. Take our hard earned money and capture it and don't want to return it.even trust pilot is also not giving an option for review of more than a year

Fraud people fraud website. Have been emailing them and msging them since last one month. No update on my order no refund. Highly disappointed, was a regular customer but felt cheated not only me but when checked with others they are facing same issue. Please don’t order anything from this website. I am still msging every single day in hope to get my money back.

The customer service is very bad..you don't reply to emails and messages.. I have been kept Waiting for years for one suit delivery..and after so many messages and emails I got my parcel..and thanks to simran who assisted me and help me with my issue and she made sure that I get my parcel...
You guys should improve your customer service..

I had made this order on October 6th, 2024. I waited for a month after the order. I did not receive any updates. I contacted them on the numbers provided on their site but it says that they are not active. I emailed them, messaged them on Instagram but they've ignored them all. They only send automated messages. I'm still amazed how do they have so many followers on insta by scamming people. Many people have registered complaints regarding them but they have never taken any action.

Please never buy from them. They claim to 100% authentic and genuine but they only scam you of your money.

I got my suite from fashion station today all thanks to Shivanshu’s assistance. Im grateful for the help he has provided, his kindness and professionalism.

In 2024 i ordered many suits n as everyone knows they didn't come,no response.no money..finally after 2yrs they put the cash in my wallet.saying there was some management issue.so I ordered something for eid in jan this..again the same scam..not yet recieved, no response....so I guess scam still continuing, with a twist

Not even one star, i would have given zero if possible.
The worst experience i have had shopping online.
So back in August 2025 i have ordered a suit worth almost 7,000 it was shown ready to ship and after a weeks i checked it is still processing, i tried contacting them for months no reply and in November they finally reached back and told me they shipped the order after 2 weeks or so i got the suit but it was a different one and not what i have ordered and i tried to reach them again and again and finally they replied and refused to that the the suit was different, i showed them the evidence with several photos and videos and still they weren’t agreeing the suit was different. Then after repeated complaints and texts they told me to return the item and so i did and they told me i will get my refund (This was in December 2025)

Then in January I contacted them again asking for my refund and they said they can’t give a refund, i have to order something else from the website, after sometime i agreed to get something else from the website (given that they said they would ship this ASAP) and now its march, they haven’t replied to any of my text.
Would never recommend anyone to order from the fashion station ever again, it is a complete scam, worst customer service overall obnoxious service.

I have ordered 2 outfits from this company in August,more than 10 k of my money is stuck with them. No one answers the WhatsApp messages on the official number,no response to mails. They have just taken the money and then radio silence. No delivery,no refund,no response. Please don't buy from them.

I really appreciate the support provided by Simran. She contacted me regarding my concern and handled it with patience and professionalism. Her helpful attitude and quick response made my experience much better. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Simran and Rizwan have been a great support. Finally after a long wait of 2 years, simran immediately ensured despatch of my 4 outfits. Deepest gratitude to her. I have been a very long long loyalist of fashion station since inception. Your stuff is nice .

I have ordered one product on 19/01/2026. my order No 109017.
For Eid now there not responding my msg on what’s app not receiving my call.
They are bunch of scammers.
