The Kitchen Depot Avaliações

Well what a fantastic experience with the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs. After a number of years trying to find the right kitchen with a few let downs and disappointments the kitchen Depot was the perfect choice for me. From the beginning with Jill who planned and designed the kitchen to the excellent workmanship from David,Ian and Harvey (fitters) Ross (electrician) plasterers and plumbers. Everyone was amazing. Nothing was a problem they were all so efficient and friendly. Jill kept in touch throughout the whole process. So a big thankyou to everyone involved and I highly recommend the Kitchen Depot to anyone who’s thinking about a new kitchen. Tracy Donnelly

The Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs team were absoluely excellent from the from the very start of designing our kitchen to the very end of having a custom glass splashback fitted. The service and communication from Martin and Jill was amazing - we were kept up to date throughout, we were given honest feedback on possibilities for timing and design and they ensured everything went to the plan and agreed timelines.
We had a disastrous experice with another kitchen company a few years ago and lost a lot of money. Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs were aware of this and very considerate when it came to making payments and us asking lots of questions.
The team that Ktchen Depot Bishopbriggs assigned to fit our kitchen were also excellent. They arrived exactly on time every morning, worked diligently to make sure the work was done on time and kept us in the loop on progress, always asking if there was any question about how we wanted something placed/finished. They were tidy and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our kitchen is perfect. They spotted a minor blemish on a cupboard door (we probably would not have noticed) and obtained a replacement. And also sealed round the top of the worktops when we asked for their help.
I cannot rate the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs highly enough and would recommend them to everyone. We are so happy with our new kitchen!

We are so pleased with our new kitchen from Kitchen Depot Letchworth. From the start, Jess and Chloe listened to what we wanted, and Chloe designed the perfect kitchen for us. Rob was a pleasure to have in the house during the fitting, and the other trades that came in were equally courteous and did an excellent job. I would thoroughly recommend Kitchen Depot, and definitely the Letchworth gang!

From start to finish 1st class experience . We love our kitchen so much. From day one rikki put us at ease he planned the kitchen perfectly. I'd recommend rosyth kitchen depo to anyone thanks again guys well deserved 5 star rating.x

Great experience with The Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs. Jill was professional and patient while I worked through the final details. There was never any pressure or hard sell in the planning stages. The range and quality of options on offer really stood out and we're delighted with the end result. Trades were also all very professional and easy to communicate with. Thank you, 100% recommend.

Highly recommend Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs.
Jill came up with a great design for our kitchen. Unlike some other companies, she was not stumped by the quirky features like a structural beam and pillar that needed to be integrated. She was very patient as we dithered around trying to make decisions!
Stewart and team arrived on time to start the refit and were very efficient, tidy and pleasant to work with. Great attention to detail and did things when they said they would. Jill kept us informed all the way through, checked in regularly by text, phone and in person - any small hiccups were dealt with quickly.
Delighted with the whole process, and the end result - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We were struggling to find a contractor to fit a kitchen quoted from other kitchen companies in the market. We stumbled across Kitchen Depot by accident and we are so glad that we we did. Kitchen is beautiful and well priced. Contractors were so helpful and have done an amazing job. All done in one package after weeks of trying to put a package together ourselves. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend The Kitchen Depot at Rosyth, could not be happier with our kitchen transformation. It looks fantastic. Russell and Liam were excellent, no job was too small. They were professional, reliable and kept us informed at every stage. The whole team offered excellent advice to enhance the final result.

The moment I got my new keys we headed straight to Falkirk kitchen depot and made ourselfs at home. Before even getting to new house. Anthony made you feel like you belonged. To skip to the kitchen and install it's self. BRILLIANT. ZOLT, and his team made me the dream kitchen. They made it happen with just my ideas and whims. Got me every part I could ask for and just made it happen. Falkirk kitchen depot is a real hidden gem . Diamonds! Flawless and God given !! Especially after a previous Wren kitchen nightmare in previous home. Involving a meltdown in showroom. They gave me confidence through out.I had total trust in Antony and his team, which was well founded. I also live 45 miles away and that was not an issue atall for them . Claire Wilson

We were looking to replace a 25 year old kitchen, but were rather lost by the amount of firms on the market. Also by the differing array of kitchen styles, colours, finishes, added touches. We approched some big highstreet names and were not impressed by the hard sell and lack of customer service. We felt second best in our own ideas. We were drawn to Kitchen depot through them being a family run firm and have had many years in the industry.
From meeting Tea in the Kingston Bagpuize depot she could not have been more welcoming and helpful in the journey designing our kitchen. We never felt under pressure to step up our price range and Tea helped us work to get the best final design and finish within our budget. Tea patiently talked us through the differing options in every aspect of our kitchen, colours, styles, finishes, additions, even down to the different options of cupboard handles.
We felt very well respected as a customer and that our thoughts and final decisions were paramount, which had not been the case in the major highstreet suppliers.
When it came to fitting the kitchen, the building firm that Tea arranged were excellent. From their first meeting with us through to the end of the work they took absolute pride in their work and went above and beyond to get the final finish we were seeking. They were very respectful in our home and really friendly through the works. I would employ them both to do more works for me round our house in future, which we already have done.
In the end the final result was everything we had hoped for. The cabinets are amazing quality; absolutely solid, with loads of storage options and a great look. It was amazing to see the project transform from pictures on Tea's planning sheets to a functional and very well designed and built kitchen. Thank you. Overall I cannot recommend Kitchen Depot highly enough.

The Telford branch supplied our kitchen 10 years ago and it is still as good as new and we’ve never had an issue with any of the fittings or appliances. However, I broke the pullout larder (my fault entirely) and contacted them to see if they could help. And I can’t fault their customer service as the whole team, Chris, Holly etc have gone above and beyond to sort out replacement parts and to help us repair it even though they supplied it so long ago. Thank you so much.

We have recently had a kitchen fitted by the Kitchen Depot Dumbarton and I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We visited the Dumbarton branch looking for a new kitchen and were approached by Vincent who guided us around the showroom and suggested the different options and combinations we could have. Vincent is very knowledgeable about the stock and was a tremendous help to us in reaching a decision. We arranged for Vincent to come out to our house to measure up for our kitchen and, after placing our order, were given a full schedule of works. Work started exactly when we were told it would begin and the remaining works followed exactly as outlined on the schedule of works. Our kitchen fitter was Scott, he is more than a joiner, he's a craftsman!!! Our kitchen is fitted to the highest standard and we are over the moon with the end result. Scott is an absolute gentleman and was very respectful of our property throughout the project, so thank you Scott. We are in our 70s and have dealt with many different companies over the years and I have to say it was such a refreshing change to deal with a company who actually deliver on their promises with such care and attention to detail. The Kitchen Depot Dumbarton are a first class company that provide excellent products with excellent customer service, what more could you want? Thank you to all the staff at the Kitchen Depot for such a positive experience, having heard many kitchen fitting nightmares over the years, I was apprehensive going into this but soon discovered we were in safe hands with the Kitchen Depot. Thank you again and we wish you all the very best for the future.

We discussed the requirements to fit out our kitchen, with the very professional team at the kitchen Depot team based at the Dumbarton Branch
They provided a first class service regarding how to utilise the space and the units best for the kitchen
From Vincent in the design and the fit out ream they delivered an excellent project. I would definitely recommend this branch to carry out your kitchen install

Great experience from start to finish. We had our new kitchen designed and installed by Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs, and Martin (our designer) and Davie (lead fitter) couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. No hard sales pitch, listened to what we wanted and our kitchen looks fantastic. Thanks to all

Review of Greenock Franchise. If I could give no stars I would. A very expensive kitchen fitted by absolutely incompetent fitters, every day is a new surprise to find out what else is wrong. A catalogue of issues, poor almost non existent communications, fitted the wrong units and blamed us. I wish we’d never set foot in the showroom, it’s actually upsetting how awful it’s been. With hundreds of other kitchen suppliers please don’t risk going to Kitchen Depot Greenock.

Our new kitchen has not long been completed by The Kitchen Depot, East Kilbride. We initially popped into the store and spoke with Darren and an appointment was made for Darren to come out and measure the kitchen. Darren came up with a few ideas for the kitchen. He was very patient with us as we did to and fro a bit with the design. Once we agreed the design the process of ordering the kitchen and installation was quick. The kitchen was fitted by Stewart and his team who were arranged through the Kitchen Depot. We can’t praise him and his team enough. They have installed the kitchen to a very high standard. There were a couple of curveballs during installation but they dealt with it and found solutions which exceeded our expectations. All the units are really good quality and they came up with a design that is completely functional for our family. Would definitely recommend Kitchen Depot, East Kilbride.

5 star rating for a professional outfit, our kitchen now looks amazing and we’d like to thank Stuart and Ethan for the design and making the whole process an enjoyable experience. We’d also like to thank Gary and Dave for fitting the kitchen, it really makes a difference when you deal with people who know what they’re doing.

EXCEPTIONAL

So pleased with The Kitchen Depot from start to finish. Oliver in the Telford depot was so helpful.
Great communication all the way through! Kitchen fitter was professional, and left the place so clean and tidy.
Finished result is amazing, so happy with our new kitchen.
Had shopped around but so glad we bought here.

Douglas and Paul went over and above for us when fitting our kitchen nothing was to much trouble for these guys couldn’t fault them from start to finish would highly recommend

Really impressed with the quality of our new kitchen. As this is our first home we weren’t very familiar with how best to design a kitchen… Ben was amazing and accommodated all of our requests whilst providing honest and open advice throughout! Really affordable and communicated with our builder (MattTheBrick) along the way so that installation ran smoothly and on time with building work. We used their recommended kitchen fitter Russ who did a fantastic job… would highly recommend!
