Superb advice from Lisa, ably supported by Chris. Lisa spent a lot time patiently explaining our options and answering our questions promptly and in a very friendly way. She really helped us to understand the possibilities and her advice was so helpful as we had little experience and knowledge. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately the advisor did not have a clue about redundancy payments and being able to use as a carry forward into the pension.
After several hours looking online I managed to sort it out myself.

I was impressed with the service and advise given, which enabled me to make informed decisions. From the start I was kept informed and given regular updates on how things were moving forward, which in turn allowed me to make plans for the future.

The only reason for 4 star review rather than 5 star is my dislike of using the zoom / teams platform for meetings. I would much rather be able physically sit down with a person when discussing important information.
