Terrible customers service. Called and emailed and never received any word in response. It was over a month and I had no way to tells when and if the items I ordered was going to be received. I finally had to go through my bank and cancel the order. My bank reimbursed me the money. I’m not sure if my bank ever received their money back. Again, terrible service if you go to his personal website. Prior to this, I have ordered from him through Amazon and did receive my order in a normal fashion.

First time I bought from them and now that I have and found them to be honest, I will be buying again. Pricing was good and shipped fast.

Placed an order on May 1st 2024. It is now 9 weeks later and no response to e-mails, call messages or chats.

Took my money instantly, then no response. I had originally ordered a single item and the service was slow, but I received the item ordered and the quality was good.

The second order is another story. Late, and no follow up or even an eta. I did notice the Sheet Metal Kid had time to post a YouTube Video on his channel since my order. Good information, Nice.

This is my fault. I should have read the reviews. The BBB (Better Business Bureau) reviews are a real eye opener. Remember to look for reviews on Google or else ware before ordering on-line. Still hoping I get my order. Would love to post a positive follow-up, good quality, poor communication or something like that. Otherwise, I will be looking to send my complaint to the appropriate folks in Oregon.

the order took 132 days to fulfill. After 90 days of trying to contact Sheet Metal Kid to find out where my order was, to which I had no reply's, I requested that the order be cancelled and the monies refunded. The service was diabolical, I definitely will not refer Sheet Metal Kid to my HVAC contractor buddies...

Should have just ordered from Home Depot. Took 6 weeks for the part to arrive, and the quality wasn't any better than the Home Depot duct wye. Had to call in 30+ times with only 1 answered call. I was planning to cancel my order the day I called in about 8 times in a row when the status finally switched to "shipped".

Hands down best quality beyond all the big manufacturers - I ordered Wyes from 3 major supply shops all were built with poor welds, wavy bends and not even actual circles in many cases. This place is simply beyond any level of quality I have seen for the price. He uses rivets instead of welds and they honestly hold far better and cleaner,

As others have stated: (1) SLOW processing time (weeks to months to fulfill order), (2) ZERO ability to get a response to emails, phone calls, or online requests/tickets, and (3) I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering.

I ordered $520 worth of wyes on 28 Jan 2024. As of 14 Feb, the order status was still “AWAITING FULFILLMENT”. I made 4 online requests and 2 voicemails over the course of a week (the last of which was requesting cancellation of order), but I received no response. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company.

If you can wait for months for the order, it sounds like they do good work. But, their customer service is nonexistent.

On the website, they say core values are: Relationships, Quality, and Service. That was NOT my experience.

When i order the parts your guys said shipping is take 5 days 15 days later your guys send email that will send it out that too late for my job

The order took almost a month from placing it, to shipping. During that time I reached out more than once with zero response. I even emailed to cancel my order and no response. Parts finally arrived and one is not correct. I ended up spending more to get the right part from a reputable supplier. One star only because it wouldn’t let me leave 0.

I am not a professional in the sheet metal business. I had some not quite right things up in my attic and it didn't take a professional to realize that. I went on their site and found the parts to make all the connections properly. Prices were good as well.

Well made products that you will not find on the local shelf. Thank you.

I STILL have not received my order 2 months later. I placed my order back in the beginning of august and still have not received it. I tried calling EVERY extension many times at the company because no one there responds to emails either and no one answers. Please get someone to respond to something. I haven't had issues in the past.

bro it took like 2 months, no communication, i panicked and bought new duct from the local supply house and this package comes in a few days later lol what a joke

Parts were just as described, great price.

This order was advertised as 3 to 5 day shipping. After two weeks I called and emailed to cancel with no response. 30 days after the order was placed it arrived to my doorstep. I have now tried to return it over email and phone with no response. I will be filing a fraudulent card charge with my credit card company tomorrow if I do not receive a response for the return.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered from Sheet Metal Kid with advertised shipping of 3-5 days. After 3 weeks I emailed and called to cancel but got no response. The ordered arrived to my door step over a month after placing it. I've emailed for a return label with no response.
