Product arrived timely and in good condition. Product was exactly as described and performed as expected. Very pleased with purchase.

You don’t answer your phone or return calls. My order took over six weeks for delivery. I had to make threats in order to get anything done. Other reviewers had similar complaints. If you’re too busy to provide proper service then hire more people.

I placed my order and within a week, because of Amazon and other "fast serve" companies, I was anxious to receive the product. I sent notes, tried to leave messages, wanted updates, but after 2 weeks did I understand that I was dealing with a one-man show. He wasn't going to drop everything to answer my internet questions or phone calls; I will get it when it is done. I received 2 perfect parts after about 3 weeks, and I think that was great.

Bought a 9x8 reducer. Had a difficult time finding the item locally. Other places were two times the price.
The product is high quality materials with excellent manufacturing. Would definitely buy again!

Excellent quality at a fair price

Never ever order from this company. I ordered and waited weeks for info on shipping. Multi times I tried to communicate through phone, voicemail, email, and their own internal message service. Not one response at all. Had to switch to another company for the ducting. Tried again to communicate through all previous ways to cancel order. Again no response. I sent a message on their own internal message system stating I was canceling as a last resort. Only when I put a claim in through Mastercard 2 weeks later, did they suddenly ship my order that i cancelled. 2 full weeks after cancellation and multiple times still trying to get them to respond. I refused delivery and now will not refund my $1200 dollars. When they refused to communicate at all. Stating I had to get permission to cancel. Even though I tried and tried. They do not practice good company policies or ethics at all

The boot price was very reasonable.
This was a 1 off, odd ball boot that The Sheet Metal Kid was able to put together.
Would have been better if I lived next door so I could walk over and pick it up. The shipping was as much as the boot (doubled the price).
Still, it was worth it.

I was not very impressed with the 4 inch vent dampers or the 4 inch vent 45’s . One 45 had a hole in it and the dampers were just cheaply made .

The product was exactly as stated.
I would and will be using them again

Parts are MONTHS late. No communication until I reached out. Apparently, supply chain issues which I understand, but it would be nice to get a heads up. Still don't have my parts. Not the best time to reach out for a review from me.

I didn’t get all of my order and the shipping package said it was all there, I got on the there account and it didn’t have a tracking on the shipping, so I don’t know what the hell is going on, I’ve emailed and called but no response, it feels I got screwed

They had exactly what I needed, a price that was affordable, and shipping that was fast. They also had an easily navigated website with secure purchasing. When the part arrived, it was better than expected and it fit perfectly.
